夏のパーティレシピ！！！ Summer Party Recipe

久しぶりにレシピネタです！！！
I haven't posted any recipes recently...so today I will!

結婚してからほぼ毎日料理を作っていたんだけど・・・　毎日のことだから写真とか撮らなかった（笑　
I've been cooking since I got married but I didn't take photos because it has just become  part of daily life.

でも今日はみんなも家でできる夏のパーティメニューを紹介するね☆
But today I will post a summer party dish that you can try at home!

生春巻きパーティ！！！！
Fresh spring rolls Party!!!!

必要なもの
What you need....

生春巻きの皮（スーパーで売ってるよ）
Fresh Spring roll paper (You can buy them in supermarkets)

スイートチリソース
Sweet Chilli Sauce

具　（何でも　種類が多いと楽しい）
Any ingredients (It's good if you can prepare many)

ボウルにはった熱湯
Hot water in a bowl

作り方はめちゃ簡単。
It's really easy to make.

生春巻きの皮を一枚とって、熱湯がはいったボウルに一瞬だけ浸らせる。
Get one fresh spring roll paper and soak it in the bowl with hot water. (just few seconds)

その皮をお皿の上において、好きな具をまんなかにのせていく。　
Then put it on a plate and put all your favorite ingredients in the middle.

最後にそれを包む。　（包み方は上と下をまげて、右か左どちらかにクルクル巻く感じ？）
Then you just wrap that. (fold the top and bottom slightly and then roll it over on either side)

これめちゃめちゃ準備簡単だし、おいしいし、何よりもパーティ料理として盛り上がるのでおすすめです！
This is so easy to prepare, tastes good and people love it so I recommend you to do this for parties.

私達がいつもつかってる具は、蒸し鶏、えび、かにかま、きゅうり、マンゴー、にんじん、貝割れ、レタス等・・・
We usually have boiled chicken, prawn, crabsticks, cucumber, mangoes, carrots, sprout and lettuce etc...

結構大葉とかおいしいです・・・！！！！
Japanese OOBA is good too.

色々な具で試してみてね！！！
Please try it with different ingredients!

大阪大好き～！ I love osaka!!!

私は昔から「住めば都」タイプなんだけど・・・☆
I always love the place where I live but...

神様が計画した場所に自分がいる時ってその場所自体が大好きになるんだよね！
I think I always fall in love with the place where God called me to be in!!!

というわけで・・・　大阪　めっちゃ大好きです！！！
So... I LOOOOOOVE OSAKA!

関西弁まったく話せないけど、聞くの好き。
I can't speak Osaka dialect at all but I love listening to it!

大阪の何が好きっていわれたら・・・　この街から感じるパワーかな！？　関西がクリスチャン地域になったらめっちゃ凄いよ～！！！
What do I love about Osaka? Perhaps the energetic spirit of this area! I think things are going to become wild (in a good way) when the whole Kansai (western Japan) becomes Christian area!!!!

大阪きてから些細なことで感動したり、「おお～」ってなってます！　エスカレーターを右側にたつことはもちろん（もうすっかり右）
Since I came to Osaka, I am really enjoying the uniqueness of this city! Including standing  on the right side of the escalator.

楽しいな～って思うのは広告を見つけること！　センス良いよね☆
I love finding unique ads! They have good sense of humor :)

チカンアカン！・・・ってうまいこというよね～
This means "NO GROPING" using Osaka dialect.

アカンずきん・・・・　さむい？
No smoking while walking. (using the little red ridinghood as a joke)

あかん　多いね（笑
They use alot of "AKAN" which means NO in Kansai dialect.

火の用心もこてこて（笑）
Even for warning fires they use old Osaka dialect!

これも関西弁っぽい・・・
Everything sounds so OSAKA!

関西の人はこれをみて、「え、普通やん！？？？　何がおもろいん？」
By the way, this is so normal for Osaka people that they say, "Hey, this is normal, what's funny about it??"

どんどん熱くなっていく! Gets hotter and hotter! :)

チャーチは毎週毎週よくなっていく！っていうのは本当です☆
It's true when we say church gets better and better!

夏がはじまったばかりだけど、ジーザスライフハウス大阪もアツイ！！！！
Summer has begun and Jesus Lifehouse Osaka is ON FIRE!!!

日曜日もこのブログをみてチャーチにきはじめた子がクリスチャンになりました！！！
On Sunday, the girl who started coming to church through this blog became a Christian!!

イエスとか神様のことを最初はまったく知らなかった彼女だけど、最初にチャーチに来た時に、イエスの名前を初めて聞いて、「ＵＳＪでのバイトの仕事を与えてください！」って祈ったんだって。
She did not know about Jesus or God at first but when she came to church for the first time and heard about Jesus, she prayed "Please give me a part time job in USJ!"

そしたら、見事に面接で受かって、「イエスってホンモノなんだ！」って思ったって（＾＾）
And then she got the job and realised that Jesus was real!!!

そして日曜日にイエスを受け入れました！！！
So last Sunday she received Jesus!!!!

最近イエスに祈ったら祈りがかなえられて、イエスがホンモノなんだっていう話をよくきく。
Recently I hear alot about people praying to Jesus and realising that He is REAL!

ジーザス（イエス）はホンモノだよ！！！　あなたの人生を変える力をもってる！
Jesus is REAL! He has the power to change your life!!!!

日曜日にジーザスを受け入れたＹは　「ずっと心がポカポカしてます～」ってメールくれた。
Y who received Jesus on Sunday sent me an email saying, "I'm feeling warm all the time!"

もっともっと大阪の人にジーザスに出会って欲しい☆　そのためにブログも熱くがんばります！
I want more people in Osaka to meet Jesus :) That's why I will continue my blog with PASSION!!!

仕事スタート！ I started working :)

ちょっと自分の近況を報告するね（＾＾）

今週から仕事はじまりました！！！
I started working from this week!

派遣のフルタイムです☆
I'm working as a full time temprary worker.

なんで派遣かというと・・・
You might be wondering why I decided to work as a temporary worker?

１）　家庭優先なので、定時にきっちりあがりたい。（正社員で定時であがれるところは日本では珍しい・・・）
２）　ミスマッチだったら契約期間終わったら、更新しなければいい（＾＾）

1)  Because I prioritize my time with Luke more than work. (In Japan, it's really rare not to work overtime if you are full-time employee)

2) I can not renew the contract if I don't want to continue working there.

ここんところ１～２ヶ月派遣で仕事を探していたんだけど、なかなか見つからなくて思ったより、時間がかかった！　
I was looking for a new job for 1~2 months but I couldn't find a job for a while.

そして、ようやく仕事が与えられた。　（＾＾）
But finally I got the new job :)

新しい職場は家からもめっちゃ近いし、派遣だから定時にあがれて、仕事内容も英文事務っぽい感じだから凄い嬉しかった！
The office where I am working is really close to our house and because I'm a temporary worker I can finish right on time and I was hired as a bilingual office worker so I was really happy.

でも・・・　
But....

めっちゃチャレンジな環境に入りました（笑）
I find the new working place challenging from week 1  (lol)

 

社会人歴5年目だけど、今までにないチャレンジみたいです。
I've been working for 5 years in different companies but this is a new challenge!

どうチャレンジなのかは具体的にここには書くことができないけど・・・.
I don't want to write here in detail about what's challenging..

でも、たくさん祈った後、しばらくここで頑張ってみようと思った!　自分のなかでしっくりくるまで。（＾＾）　
But after I prayed heaps, I decided to try my best in this environment for a while. Until I feel right to quit.

優先順位は守れてるし、せっかく与えられた職場だし、どんな環境・人間関係の中でも学ぶことがあるし！
I can still keep my priorities right and Ibelieve that God provided me this job and there is always something to learn from any circumstances and relationships.　

すでに色々学んでいて、「メッセージにつかえそう！」って思えるし、社会の色々な面を見ることで、もっと人の気持ちに共感できることになると思う。
I'm already learning heaps and I know I can use my experience for my message one day! Also by seeing a part of Japanese working culture will help me relate to working people more.

何よりも私にはジーザスがいるから、最強です！
And most of all I have Jesus so nothing can harm me!

ジーザスがいない人はどうやって自分を支えてるのだろうか・・・　本当に苦しいんだろうな・・・ってますます思うようになった。　
I think more and more about people who don't have Jesus as their foundation. They must be struggling heaps.

神様の言葉に支えられて、大好きな夫とクリスチャンの仲間たち、親, ともだちに支えられて、もっと感謝の気持ちが大きくなってるよ（＾＾）
And I am so thankful about how God's word always encourage me and I have a great husband, Christian friends, parents and friends who supprt me. I feel more thankful than ever!

今週支えてくれた神様の言葉を紹介するね！
This week God encouraged me through these scriptures!

「強くあれ、雄雄しくあれ。　恐れるな。　おののくな。　あなたの神様があなたがどこにいても共におられるからだ。」（ヨシュア１：８－９）
Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:8-9)

神様が今していることに集中し、今日という日を力いっぱい生きなさい。明日起こるかどうかわからないことについて思い煩うのはやめなさい。　辛い時が訪れても神様があなたが乗り越えられるように助けてくれる。　（マタイ６：３４　メッセージ訳）
Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes. (Matthew 6:34 The Message)


どんな状況にいても喜びなさい。常に祈りなさい。何が起きても神様に感謝しなさい。　イエスキリストに属するあなたにそういう風に生きて欲しいと神様は願っています。（１　テサロニケ５：１６－１８　メッセージ訳）
Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 The Message)

そして。。。明日はまちにまったチャーチ！！！！！！！！！！
And tomorrow... we have chuuuuuuuuuuuuuurch!!!!

ジーザスライフハウス香港！ Jesus Lifehouse Hong Kong!!!

ジーザスライフハウス香港にいってきたよ☆
We went to Jesus Lifehouse Hong Kong!!!!

 
香港は土曜日の6時に教会があります。
In Hong Kong they have church at 6pm on Saturday.

Jordan駅からすぐ！
Right near Jordan Station :)

めっちゃ都心にあります☆
it's right in the middle of the city :)

毎週メッセージのタイトルをボードに書いてるんだよ～　わかりやすくていいね！
They write the title of the message of that week on the board. Good Idea!

はじめにミーティングがあります！　ピーター牧師が言葉をシェアしてみんなを励ます☆
First they have meeting, Pastor Peter shares the word and encourages people.

驚いたのは、香港のリーダーのほとんどが香港人だってこと。　オーストラリア人はピータとリサだけ！！　
I was surprised when I realised most of the leaders are Chinese people! Peter and Lisa are the only Australians in the church.

若い香港人の男性のリーダーもいて心強いよ（＾＾）
Great to see young Chinese male leaders :)

英語と広東語のワーシップはやっぱり感動した～！！！
I was so moved to hear Kantonese and English bilingual worship!

同じワーシップソングを違う言葉で歌うっていいね！！！＾０＾
It's great to sing the same worship song together in different language.

みんなめっちゃ元気で、パワーもらいました！
People were so hyper and they encouraged me alot!

香港の人の印象・・・

ほとんどの人が英語はなせる
めっちゃフレンドリー
パワフル！！！

Most of them can speak English
Very friendly
So powerful!!!!

ルークも私のことも凄い歓迎してくれて、心地よかった！
They welcomed Luke and myself and made us feel comfortable.

本当に素敵な人達（＾＾）
People were so sweet!!! :)

He preached about "Saying Goodbye to Yesterday." He mainly told about having the right attitude and saying good bye to negativity

広東語の通訳～！！！！！
Kantonese translation...!

めっちゃ早かった！！！！　聖書の箇所も英語の半分で、日本語と逆だ～ってびっくりした。
She was so fast! Also, I was surprised that the length of the Kantonese scripture is half of English scripture! Japanese is the opposite!

通訳してくれたのはフィービー。　バイリンガルで頼もしい通訳者だった☆
Phoebe translated. Bilingual and really reliable translator.

みんなも楽しんでくれたみたい（＾＾）
People seemed to enjoy his message.

今回感動したことを３つシェアします！
I share 3 things that really moved me!

1) ジーザスライフハウスは場所が変わっても同じ！！！
Jesus Lifehouse is the same regardless of the place

東京も大阪も香港も多少地域の特徴があって違いはあっても、ジーザスライフハウスのＤＮＡが凝縮されてる。
Although Tokyo Osaka and HongKong have different local features, all of them contain strong Jesus Lifehouse DNA!

みんな、神様を愛していていて、人々を愛してる！
People love God and love people!!!

喜びであふれている人々。　
People are filled with JOY.

何よりもフレンドリーで、初めてきた気持ちにならないぐらいウェルカムしてくれる。
And they are so friendly that you feel welcome from the beginning. You almost forget that you came for the first time :)

2)　ほとんどが香港人のリーダーで、彼らは香港に、香港の人にビジョンをもってる！
The leaders were mainly Chinese and they were passionate about Hong Kong and their people!

やっぱりその国の人々がリーダーになって、同じ国の人たちに対して情熱を持つことがベストだとおもう！
I think nothing is more effective than the local people becoming leaders and having passion for their people.

日本人は日本のジーザスライフハウスを通して日本人の救いに情熱をそそいでる。
Japanese people in Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo and Osaka are passionate about reaching out to the Japanese.

どんなに外国が好きだとしても、自分が自分の国にうまれたのには理由がある。
I don't know how much you love other countries, but there is a reason why you were born in your country.

同じ国の人に伝えたいという情熱がもてた時、チャーチのビジョンにもぴったり一致するし、ありのままの自分を最大限に生かして、使命を発見できる。
When you have a vision for your people, your vision will match with your church's vision and you can use all your skills and talents and find your destiny.

3)　牧師のピータとリサの香港と中国人に対する愛。
Pastor Peter and Lisa's love towards HongKong and Chinese.

ピータとリサにとって、香港が家になってて嬉しかった。　そして、チャーチを愛していて、中国人を本当に愛してるんだな～って伝わってきた。
It was great to see Hong Kong has become home for Peter and Lisa. They love their church and Chinese people :)

ルークと私は日本と日本人をこよなく愛してる。　ＪＬＨ大阪を愛してる。　ピータとリサにとって一番最高の場所は香港。　私達にとっては大阪！　良いことだよね（＾＾）
Luke and myself love Japan and Japanese. We love Jesus Lifehouse Osaka.  For Peter and Lisa, their best place is Hong Kong. For Luke and myself, it's Osaka. That's great!

ジーザスライフハウスという最高のチャーチをリードできて幸せ！！！！　神様ありがとう！
We are so blessed to lead a great church like Jesus Lifehouse!!! Thank you God!

これからももっとたくさんの場所・国にジーザスライフハウスが増えるのが楽しみだー。
I am soooo looking forward to see more Jesus Lifehouse churches in different cities/countries!!!

パワフル香港！ Hong Kong full of energy!!!!

香港にいって驚いたことがいくつかあった・・・・！　
I was surprised at many things in Hong Kong!

香港人ってめちゃエネルギッシュ！！！
Hongkonese are so energetic!!!

滞在中ずっと、ピータとリサが滞在中ずっと案内してくれた！　ありがとう！！！
Peter and Lisa guided us the whole time while we were there. Thank you so much!!!

香港の電車☆　　普通に携帯かけたり大声で話してる。　驚いたのが、降りる人をまたずに普通にのってくる。　香港では人を気にせず歩いたり行動するのが普通みたい（＾＾）
Inside a train in Hong Kong. People are talking on mobile phones and talking very loudly. I was surprised how people didn't wait for others to get off and pushed in. I heard that it's pretty normal for the Hong Kong people to push others as they walk if they need to get to somewhere.

また高層ビルやマンションがほとんど。　一軒家は見当たりません☆
There were many high-rise buildings and apartments. I didn't see any house.

地震のない国だからありえる構造！
The building structure is the way it is because they don't have earthquakes like Japan!

これをやらなくちゃ駄目でしょ！（笑）　港にあるブルースリー銅像は観光客に大人気！
This is a must do for all the tourists who see this Bruce Lee statue in the harbour.

港にあるスタバ。　立地最高！　港がみえて気持ちよかった～
Starbucks in the harbor. Best location!!! It was so relaxing to see the harbor as we had coffee.

そして驚いたのがこれ！！！！
I was surprised with this!

香港の人気スポット、ピーク。
One of the most popular tourist place in Hong Kong, the Peak.

「ピーク・トラム」はふもと駅から終点まで、約1.4kmの間に369mもの高さを昇るトラム。
Peak Trams go up the mountain approzimately 1.4km.

その最大傾斜は、なんと27度！　まるでジェットコースターのようなトラムだけど、100年以上もの間、一度も事故を起こしたことはないんだって（＾＾）
The maximum altituede is 27 degress! It was like a rollacoaster. But I heard that it never had an accident since it was built. (more than 100 years)　

ピークとラムにのって、更に山上にあるパークタワーの屋上にいくと・・・
After getting off the Peak Tram, we went to Park Tower on the top of the mountain. And there we can see...

100万ドルの香港の夜景がみれるよ！！！　世界三大夜景の一つらしい！　本当に綺麗だった～～～！！
Night view worth a billon dollars! I heard that it's one of the best night view in the world. It was soooo beautiful!

ロマンチック～☆
It was romantic!

夜景をみながらの食事は最高だった！！！！　苦しいぐらい食べたよ！（＾＾)
So great to have good food with the best view! We ate soooo much!

ピータとリサという最高の友達を囲みながらの絶景の夜景をみながらの食事は忘れられない思い出となったよ（＾＾）
It was one of the unforgettable experience. Having great food with the great view eating with our great friends Peter and Lisa.

そのほかにも私達が見れなかった　シンフォニー・オブ・ライツがオススメみたい！
Also we just missed out on "Symphoney of lights"!!!

これは、香港島側にあるコンベンションセンターや中国銀行、香港で最も高いIFCビルディングなど計30棟以上の高層ビルが参加する、壮大な“光と音のシンフォニー”。
More than 30 buildings such as convention center, bank of china, and IFC Building the tallest building in HongKong are involved in this "light and sound symphoney."

毎日20時からやってるというので、驚き！
It's suprising that they have this show after 8pm everyday!

次回は絶対にいこう！！
We must see this next time!!!

そして最後の日のランチは飲茶！！！
And we had Yum-cha for lunch on our last day.

本場は美味しかった（＾＾）
Real Yumcha was delicious!

マンゴープリン美味しかった～～～
Mango Pudding was the best!!!!

とにかく１泊2日だったけど、めちゃ充実してましたー！
Anyway, we only stayed for 1 night and 2 days but it was really good!!!!

目的がＪＬＨ香港にいくことだったからあまり観光できなかったし買い物する時間もなかったけど、次回は色々もっとみれたらいいな（＾＾）
Because our purpose was to go to JLH Hong Kong so we didn't get to do many touristy things and do any shopping but next time we would love to go around and see more!

大阪から片道4時間弱、そして往復4万以下！！！
It's only less than 4 hours one way and below $400 Australian dollars return ticket.　

香港ほんとうに観光におすすめです☆
We recommend you to go there for a visit!
