ホンモノの友情 後半 Real friendship part 2

前回の　ホンモノの友情のメッセージの続きです！
This is continued from the previous post, "real friendship"

ホンモノの友情　
real friendship.

マタイ 5:37 だから、あなたがたは、『はい。』は『はい。』、『いいえ。』は『いいえ。』とだけ言いなさい。それ以上のことは悪いことです。
Matthew 5:37 (Today's New International Version) All you need to say is simply 'Yes,' or 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.

イエスがいってるのは、信頼できるということがホンモノの友情でめちゃくちゃ大事だといってる。
Jesus was saying it's so important for real friendship to know that I can trust.

ホンモノの友情において大事なこと。
This important for real freindship.

1.    いったことはちゃんと実行すること。
We need to do what we say we are going to do.

2.    その人が目の前にいてもいなくても同じように話すこと
We need to speak about people the same way to their face as away.

3.    関係において心地がよくないときはちゃんと真実を伝えること
We need to tell the truth when we are not feeling good about the relationship.

友達は真実を伝える。　「かわいそう」と同情するだけだと、相手はどんどん落ちていく。
Friends tell the truth.- They don't just say "poor you" and let their friends go down and down

それって、思ったこと全部相手に吐き出すこと？　気にいらないことも全部いってしまうってこと？　それは違います！友達いなくなってしまいます（笑）
Does that mean that you tell your friends everything, you dump on the them? Does it mean that you tell them everything that you don't like? NO! You wont have any friends!

エペソ 4:15 むしろ、愛をもって真理を語り、あらゆる点において成長し、かしらなるキリストに達することができるためなのです。
Ephesians 4:15 (New International Version)　Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.

愛をもって真実を語るということは自分のためではなく、相手のために話すこと。
Speaking in love means that we do it for their benefit, not for ours.

4.    良いことも良くないことも伝える。　（吐き出すのではない）
We need to tell the good things as well as the bad things. – no dumping.

5.   ネガティブさではなく、ヴィジョンによって友情を築く。
We need to build friendship based on vision, not on negatives.

6.    彼らの成功をこころから喜び比較しない。
We need to celebrate with their successes and not compare ourselves.

箴言 27:6  本当の友達から受けた痛みは信頼できるが、敵はくちづけをしてもてなす。Proverbs 27:6 (Today's New International Version) Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses.

僕自身は信頼できる友達がほしい。　愛をもって真理を語ってくれる人。　自分もそういう人になりたい。　お互いにそれができたら、本当の友達。
I want friends who I can trust. Who can tell me the truth in love, and I can do the same. If we can do that to each other, I know we are real friends.

 

また友情というのは、一方的ではなく、お互いに築くもの。　もし自分ばかりが追いかけてるのなら、それはホンモノの友情ではない。　自分だけが関係を築く努力をしているのなら、長続きしない。
Friendship goes two ways. – of you are always chasing the friendship them its not a real friendship. there may be a while that you do more work then the other person, but its not forever!

一方的ではないってどういうこと？
What does that mean?

- 悪いことだけではなく、良い知らせも教えてくれる。　電話した時ネガティブな知らせだけを一方的に告げない。
they don't just tell you the bad things, but they also tell you good news. – they don't just dump bad news on you.

- 　チャレンジもするし励ましてくれる存在。　彼らもあなたからのチャレンジも受け取れる。
they encourage you as well as challenging you. – and they can take a challenge as much as they can give it.

3. 新しい友達をつくる余裕はいつもある！
There is always room for a new friend.

ルカ 14:23 主人は仕えるものに言った。『道路や街に出かけて行って、この家がいっぱいになるように、無理にでも人々を連れて来なさい。」
Luke 14:23 (Today's New International Version)"Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.

教会が新しい友達を作る場所。　友達を誘う場所。友情を築く場所。
The church is a place to make new friends. To bring friends. to build friendship.

受け入れられる場所。　会員制のクラブではない。
it's a inclusive place, not a membership club!

僕が最初に教会にいった体験。
EXAMPLE: My first experience at church.

僕が最初に教会に言った時、若い男の子が自己紹介してくれて、自分の友達全員を紹介してくれた。チームにまねいてくれて、凄く受け入れられた気持ちになった。　今でも彼に感謝してるのは、僕がその後教会に行き続けたいと思ったのは彼のその優しさがあったから。もし彼に出会わなかったらまたいくことはなかったと思う。
A young man came up to me and introduced himself and took me to meet his friends. He invited me to be part of his team and made me feel so welcome. I still see that guys and am thankful for him, because the only reason I went to church was because I was convinced to go their one time. I would have never gone back if I didn't meet that friend.

最後に、　ホンモノの友情はイエスと築くことが必要。
Lastly we need to have a real friendship with Jesus.

ヨハネ福　 21:1-9
この後、イエスはテベリヤの湖畔で、もう一度ご自分を弟子たちに現わされた。その現わされた次第はこうであった。 シモン・ペテロ、デドモと呼ばれるトマス、ガリラヤのカナのナタナエル、ゼベダイの子たち、ほかにふたりの弟子がいっしょにいた　 シモン・ペテロが彼らに言った。「私は漁に行く。」彼らは言った。「私たちもいっしょに行きましょう。」彼らは出かけて、小舟に乗り込んだ。しかし、その夜は何もとれなかった。　夜が明けそめたとき、イエスは岸べに立たれた。けれども弟子たちには、それがイエスであることがわからなかった。　イエスは彼らに言われた。「子どもたちよ。食べる物がありませんね。」彼らは答えた。「はい。ありません。」　イエスは彼らに言われた。「舟の右側に網をおろしなさい。そうすれば、とれます。」そこで、彼らは網をおろした。すると、おびただしい魚のために、網を引き上げることができなかった。　 そこで、イエスの愛されたあの弟子がペテロに言った。「主です。」すると、シモン・ペテロは、主であると聞いて、裸だったので、上着をまとって、湖に飛び込んだ。 しかし、ほかの弟子たちは、魚の満ちたその網を引いて、小舟でやって来た。陸地から遠くなく、百メートル足らずの距離だったからである。　 こうして彼らが陸地に上がったとき、そこに炭火とその上に載せた魚と、パンがあるのを見た。

John 21:1-9 Afterward Jesus appeared again to his disciples, by the Sea of Tiberias. It happened this way: Simon Peter, Thomas (called Didymus), Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together. "I'm going out to fish," Simon Peter told them, and they said, "We'll go with you." So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing. Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.He called out to them, "Friends, haven't you any fish?" 
"No," they answered.He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" As soon as Simon Peter heard him say, "It is the Lord," he wrapped his outer garment around him (for he had taken it off) and jumped into the water. The other disciples followed in the boat, towing the net full of fish, for they were not far from shore, about a hundred yards. When they landed, they saw a fire of burning coals there with fish on it, and some bread.

イエスに出会うまで、私達は罪があるから、壁に覆われて身動きがとれない。　罪っていうのは、私達の間違った言葉、考え、行動。　そういう自己中な人生の結果は破滅だって聖書には書いてある。
Before we meet Jesus, we can't remove our walls because of SIN. Sin is everything we have done wrong, said wrong or thought wrong. In the bible it says, self-centered life (SIN) will lead to destruction.

でもイエスはその罪を取り除いて、私達達の壁を壊すために、私達の身代わりとなり十字架にかかってくれた。　それで終わりではなくて、3日後に復活して、今も生きている。　
But Jesus died on the cross to remove our sin and break our walls. He died on the cross to take away our sin . But the story doesn't end there, he rose again 3 days later and He lives today.

イエスを受け入れた時、壁は壊れて、自分を見つけることができる。そして、神様と周りとも良い関係を築いていくことができる。　しかも、ビジョンに共感できる教会に根付いた時、自分を成長させてくれる最高の友達にも出会える！！
When you receive Jesus, your walls will be broken and you will find yourself. And you will start building great relationships with God and people.  And when you get planted into the church that has the vision you agree with, you will make great friends who will help you grow!!!

  ただイエスを知ってみたいって受け入れるだけ。めっちゃシンプル。　クリスチャン＝宗教ではなくて、神様と人々を愛する人生です！！！
It's so simple. You just need to receive Jesus in your heart. Christians are not a religion! It's all about loving God and people!

とりあえず、一見は百聞に如かず！ってことで日曜日教会にきてみませんか？ 絶対に楽しいです！！！！
Anyways, SEEING IS BELIEVING so why don't you start by coming to our church on Sunday?  It's going to be SUPER FUN!!!!!

He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of  the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field (Luke 10:2)

ホンモノの友情 前半 Real friendship Part 1

おひさしぶり！！！Hello!

ビックな１１月に突入したけど、ジーザスライフハウスも大きな変化がはじまっています！
Now BIG November has started and so many big changes have started happening in Jesus Lifehouse Osaka!

今週でルイードライブハウスで教会をするのは終わりです！
This is the last week to do church in Ruido Livehouse.

今後は、もっと大きな会場にうつって、午後に１回になるよ～＾０＾　凄い！！！！
After that we are going to move to a bigger venue and have one service in the afternoon! WOW!

最近思うんだけど、教会に毎週きている人たちの成長のスピードがはやいこと！
I really think these days, people who come to church every week grow very fast!

教会に一年近くきている子が言っていて嬉しかったのが、　「正直、最初はただ楽しいから教会にきていて、成長するとか変わるとか考えとかなかった。でも教会に通い続けて、メッセージとか聞いたりして、自分は確実に変わった。成長した。」っていってたこと（＾＾）
I was really happy to hear from someone who has been coming and serving in our church for almost a year saying, "To tell the truth, at first I didn't think I will change or grown by coming to church, I just came because it was fun! But coming to church and listening to message for almost a year, I can say that I have definitely changed. I've grown so much."

ジーザスライフハウスのメッセージは１００％聖書に基づいています。　そして、実生活の中でどう適応できるのか　ハウツーが必ずあるから、めっちゃ実践的です！

ホンモノの友情
REAL FRIENDSHIP

箴言 22:11 心のきよさを愛し、優しく話をする者は、王がその友となる。
Proverbs 22:11 (Today's New International Version) One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace will have the king for a friend.

最高の友達がほしい？それは偶然できるものじゃない。　努力しないといけない！
Do you want  great friends? It doesn't just happen. We have to work at it!

1.　賢く友達を選ぼう！Choose your friends wisely.

友達は自分が心を開く人たち。　彼らはあなたのことをしっている。
Friends are those who you open your heart to – they know you.

僕はたくさんの人たちと知り合いにはなるけど、繋がる人は自分が選ぶ。
For me, I associate with everyone, but I join myself to the people I choose to.

多くの人が友情で悩むのは、相手から選ばれて友達になるから。
Most people struggle with friendships because they let people choose you to be their friends.

でも、自分が繋がりたい友達は自分で選ぶ必要がある。
But actually you need to decide who you want to join yourself to.

この違いを知ることが大事。　みんなに対して優しくフレンドリーになれるけど、自分のこころに近づける人は自分で選ぶ。
It's important to know the difference. You can be nice and friendly to everyone but you need to choose who you need to be close to.

箴言 12:26 正しい者はその友を探り出し、悪者の道は彼らを迷わせる.
Proverbs 12:26 (Today's New International Version)The righteous choose their friends carefully, but the way of the wicked leads them astray.

色々なタイプの人たちが周りにいる。
We have different types of people in our lives.

プリクラ友達。　いつもハッピー。　自分が聞きたいということを教えてくれるけど、その人たちといても成長することはない。満たされることはない。
PURIKURA FRIENDS. Always happy. The people who tell you what you want to hear　but you never grow around them. you never leave feeling full.

５分間の友達。　あなたとそんなに近くないのに自分の意見を述べる人々。　インターネット上での友達。ネット上での友達。　フェイスブックやミクシィにコメントを書くだけで、あとは何もしない。関係に対して何も投資していかない人たち。
5 MINUTES FRIENDS the people who don't know what they are talking about but they will tell you something. – Internet friendships.Those who write on facebook and mixi what they think. People who have no stock invested into a relationship.

そして、ホンモノの友達。　愛をもって信実を伝えてくれる人達。　こういう人たちが必要で、自分達もこういう人たちになる必要がある。彼らはあなたを励まし、あなたが間違ったことをしても赦し、他の人たちに対してあなたのことを良い風にいってくれる友達。
REAL FRIENDS The people who will tell you truth in love. – We need these people and we need to be these people. – they will encourage you, challenge you, forgive you when you mess up, speak well about you to other people.
 

あなたが困った時、誰に走っていく？
When you are in trouble Who do you run to?

私達は時に自分が聞かなければならないことではなく、自分が聞きたいことを行ってくれる人に走っていく。　
Sometimes we run to the people who are going to tell us what we want to hear, not what we should hear

もし成長したいなら、それはしないで！　真実を聞くのは痛いけど、それでも本当のことを言ってくれる人に走っていくべき。
If  you want to grow, don't do that! it hurts, but go to the people that are going to tell you the truth.

2.  正直さは友情の土台。
Honesty is the foundation of friendship

イエスと弟子のペテロの話。
Story of Jesus and his disciple, Peter.

マタイ 26:69 ペテロが外の中庭にすわっていると、女中のひとりが来て言った。「あなたも、ガリラヤ人イエスといっしょにいましたね。」　70 しかし、ペテロはみなの前でそれを打ち消して、「何を言っているのか、私にはわからない。」と言った。　71 そして、ペテロが入口まで出て行くと、ほかの女中が、彼を見て、そこにいる人々に言った。「この人はナザレ人イエスといっしょでした。」72 それで、ペテロは、またもそれを打ち消し、誓って、「そんな人は知らない。」と言った。73 しばらくすると、そのあたりに立っている人々がペテロに近寄って来て、「確かに、あなたもあの仲間だ。ことばのなまりではっきりわかる。」と言った。74 すると彼は、「そんな人は知らない。」と言って、のろいをかけて誓い始めた。するとすぐに、鶏が鳴いた。75 そこでペテロは、「鶏が鳴く前に三度、あなたは、わたしを知らないと言います。」とイエスの言われたあのことばを思い出した。そうして、彼は出て行って、 激しく泣いた。

Matthew 26:69-75
Now Peter was sitting out in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him. "You also were with Jesus of Galilee," she said.  But he denied it before them all. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said.  Then he went out to the gateway, where another girl saw him and said to the people there, "This fellow was with Jesus of Nazareth."  He denied it again, with an oath: "I don't know the man!"  After a little while, those standing there went up to Peter and said, "Surely you are one of them, for your accent gives you away."  Then he began to call down curses on himself and he swore to them, "I don't know the man!"    Immediately a rooster crowed. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: "Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times." And he went outside and wept bitterly.

イエスはペテロに対してたくさんつくしたのに、何故ペテロはイエスを裏切ることができたのか。
After Jesus gave him so much, how could he betray him?

もし、モラルにかかわる決断を迫られた時、あなたはどうする？　自分の言動に対して何か言われたらどうする？
What do you do when you are in a moral decision? What do you do when your confronted about your behavior?

嘘をつく？　　 　　
Do you lie ?

嘘をつくことの罪悪感は肩で荷物を背負っているようなもの。
The guilt of lying and carrying around little lies is a weight on our shoulders.

ペテロはイエスを裏切った後、愛するものをなくした悲しみと同じぐらいに泣いた。
Peter wept like someone who had lost a loved one.

「嘘も方便」という言葉もあるし、人を傷つけるぐらいなら小さな嘘をつくのは仕方がないという考えをもった人たちがたくさんいる。
We say that telling a small lie is better than hurting people.

でも、これは知っておかないといけない。　小さな嘘は嘘であることにかわりない。　自分の肩に荷物をのせている。
But you need to know that it's still a lie! You are putting weight on your shoulders!

正当化する嘘。　「傷つけたくないから、相手が聞きたいことを言おう」という嘘。　自分がするつもりは一切ないことをするということ。　例えば、一緒に遊ぶ予定はないのに、「遊ぼうね」っていうこと。　最初から行く予定はないのに、「いく」ということ。
The justification lie – "I don't want to hurt their feelings so ill just tell them what they want to hear." Telling people that you are going to do something that you never intend to do. E.g saying "let's hang out soon!" when you are never intending to do it.

向き合うことを避ける嘘- 対立したくないから避ける。
Confrontation lie- we don't want to be confronted

はぶく嘘- 問題を避けるために、必要な情報は省いて話すこと。　
Omission lies- to get out f trouble we leave out things that could get us into trouble.

嘘をつくたびに私達の周りにレンガを積んでいる。　小さな嘘が積もると、壁になって、他の人々が見えなくなる。ついには自分自身も見えなくなる。　自分と友達を見失ってしまう。
Everytime we lie we are putting a brick aroundus. Each little lie builds a wall between people until the other person cant see you anymore and you can see yourself anymore – you lose yourself and your friends.

逆に「信頼」は建物の土台のようなもの。
On the other hand trust is like a foundation in a building.

僕は毎日結婚生活の中で信頼の種をまいてる。　どうやって？
Everyday I am sowing trust into my marriage. how?

こころを開き正直になることによって。妻に仕えて、他の人よりも妻を一番においている。
By being open and honest. By serving my wife. I put my wife before any other person.

僕がしている全てのことが信頼という土台を築いていて、その土台から良い関係を築いていける。
All these things that I do are building a foundation of trust that a great relationships can grow on.

あなたも友情において、信頼という種をまいていく必要がある。
You need to sow trust into your friendships.

これを読んでいる人の中でも神様から許しを受け取って、壁を壊して新しい土台を建てていく必要がある人がいると思う。
Some of us need to ask God to forgive you and pull down that wall and start building your relationship.

箴言１８：２４　信頼できない友人を持つ者は滅びるが、兄弟よりも親密な者もいる。
Proverbs 18:24 (Today's New International Version) One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

僕の日本での最初のライフグループにいた男性の話。
This is the story about my first lifegroup guy in Japan.

彼がクリスチャンになる前、友達の陰口をいつもいってた。　友達からも盗んでいた！
Before he was a Christian he used to talk about every one behind their back. He used to steal from his friends.

でも彼がクリスチャンになった時、彼に友達から赦してもらうようにと語られた。　彼自身も本当に変わりたかった。　だから彼が傷つけた人全員に手紙を書いた。　みんなに赦して下さいといって、正直になった。彼はリーダーになった。そして彼は失った友達の何人かは戻ってきた！
But when he became a Christian, God started speaking to him about asking those people to forgive him. He really wanted to change. So he wrote letter to all those people. He started asking all those people for forgiveness. He started telling the truth. Became a leader. And he won back some of the friends that he lost!

彼がしたことは簡単ではなかったけど、確実に壁を壊して信頼という土台をたてた。
What he did wasn't easy at all but he teared down his wall and built a foundation of trust.

リッツカールトンで初キングダム・ビルダーズ！ First Kingdom Builders in Ritz Carlton!

先週、大阪でキングダム・ビルダーズがスタートしました！
Last week we started our first Kingdom Builders in Osaka!!!!

キングダム・ビルダーズはジーザスライフハウスの金銭的に捧げるミニストリー。
Kingdom Builders is Jesus Lifehouse Ministry of giving.

ジーザスライフハウスのビジョンにむけて捧げたい社会人・準社会人が参加します。
It's for workers and students who are in the last year of uni who want to sow into the vision of Jesus Lifehouse.

キングダムビルダーズが捧げるエリアは主に三つ。
There are 3 main areas of giving in Kingdom Builders.

①　宣教活動　Missions

②　教会開拓　Church planting

③　建物の基金　Building Fund

ジーザスライフハウス東京では、数年前に始まり、最初は主に日本にいる西洋人のビジネスマンで集まってたらしいんだけど、今では日本人も増えて、70人近く参加してます！！　ほとんどが日本人。
In Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo, it began few years ago with couple of  Westerners working in Japan. But now they have many Japanese and have around 70 people coming every month! And most of them are Japanese!

キングダム・ビルダーズは仕事がはじまる前の時間にホテルで朝食を食べながら、ビジネスで活躍しているクリスチャンの人たちから話が聞けたりします。
So Kingdom Builder is on in the morning before work. Usually we have breakfast in Hotel and get to listen from Christian people who are succeeding in buisness.

大阪はリッツカールトンで6時半からスタート！！！！
Osaka Kingdom Builders are held at Ritz Carlton from 6:30am!!!

早朝だけど、リッツカールトンで朝食なのでテンションが高くなった！

最高なのが、オーダーメードのオムレツ！！！　その場でつくってくれるなんて贅沢！
Loved the omelette that the chef makes for you on the spot! You can choose the ingredients!

こんな良い笑顔でちゃいます！　Can't stop smiling!

第一回目は特別に東京からロド先生とアレックス夫妻がきてくれたよ！
For our first Kingom Builders, we had special guest speakers from Tokyo, Pastor Rod and Alex! 　

まず、ロド先生がキングダム・ビルダーズのビジョンについて話してくれた。
Pastor Rod shared about the vision and purpose of Kingdom Builders.

ロド先生がキングダムビルダーズを通して、たくさん日本人に周りに良い影響を与えられるクリスチャンのビジネスマンになってほしいっていってた。　神様が大好きで神様の法則をビジネスにも適応できている人達は成功する！
Pastor Rod wants to see many young Japanese rising as sucessful Christian business people to give great influence to people around them.　Those who love God and apply God's principle will succeed in business!

今まわりでも「不況」とか「就職難」っていう言葉を聞いてるけど、ジーザスライフハウスでは「仕事が与えられた！」っていう良いニュースをたくさん聞いてる。
Lately we hear words like "recession" or "difficult time to find a job" but in Jesus Lifehouse, every week we hear news of people getting jobs.　

最近東京で仕事が与えられた人が受かった倍率が200人中の1人やもっと凄いのは2000人中の1人。　
Recently people from tokyo got a job by being chosen out of 200 applicants or someone was chosen out of 2000 people!

彼らが採用された理由が、　「姿勢が素晴らしかったから」　とか　「人格が良かった」　という理由だった。
And the main reasonswhy they were chosen was "They have a great attitude" or " I liked his personality."　

神様の好意もあるし、神様の法則を実践している人は企業も魅力的に感じるみたい（＾＾）
There is God's favor and people who applies God's principle are attractive to companies.

もちろん、行動にうつさないと与えられないことは確か。　ロド先生も製薬会社の営業マンになりたかったけど、受かるまで50社ぐらいあたってみた。　
Ofcourse you need to take actions to get a job. When Pastor Rod wanted to become a salesman in a pharmaceutical company, he applied for more than 50 jobs.

でも神様の信仰をもってドアをノックし続けて、そして周りの人たちにも励ましの言葉をかけることが大事！　キングダムビルダーズにくるみんなのビジョンが大きくなって、ビジネスでも成功して周りを祝福になっていく存在になるのを信じてる。
But we can keep on knocking the door with faith and enourage people around us! We want to see people who come to Kingdom Builders get a bigger vision and to succeed in business and bless other people around them!

アレックスのメッセージもよかった！　「神様に捧げる理由」について話してくれた。
Alex's message wa sgreat too! He shared about "Reasons to give to God"

理由１：　神様は祝福してくれるから！ Reason 1 :God blesses us!

(ルカ　６：３８) 与えなさい。そうすれば、自分も与えられます。人々は量りをよくして、押しつけ、揺すり入れ、あふれるまでにして、ふところに入れてくれるでしょう。あなたがたは、人を量る量りで、自分も量り返してもらうからです。」　

(Luke 6:38) Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

アレックスは日本でもトップ１５％には入るぐらいのヘッドハンター。　主にバイリンガルの重役を企業に紹介する仕事をしていて、めっちゃ成功している神様が大好きなビジネスマン。　今は高級住宅街に住んでいるし、車もあるし、美しい妻もいるし、貯蓄もあって人生最高！って感じ。
Alex works for the recruiting company, he in the top 15% of headhunters in Japan. He introduces bilingual senior position people to other companies. He is a successful business man who loves God. He lives in a great house in one of the beautiful area in Japan, has a beautiful wife, a nice car and he has savings.

でも、最初からこんなに豊かではなかった。
But he wasn't this blessed from the beginning.

クリスチャンになる前、1人暮らししてた時はおんぼろアパートに住んでいて、ゴキブリと一緒に暮らしてた。　
Before he became a Christian, he was living in a old small apartment with cockroaches!

クリスチャンになってから、神様の法則に従って神様に捧げることによって、神様は必ず祝福してくれてる！　
But after he became a Christian, he has learned God's principle of giving and God always blesses him!

理由２：　神様は不況知らず Reason 2: God is recession proof!

(箴言１０：２２)　神様の祝福そのものが人を富ませ、人の苦労は何もそれに加えない。
(Proverbs 10:22) The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it.

「不況」といわれてる中、人材紹介会社も厳しくなっている。　年間の目標をたてるんだけども、この10月でほとんどの人が目標達成率　３０％ぐらいしか達成していない。　でも、アレックスはなんと9月に目標を達成してしまった！
Japan is facing recession to like the rest of the world, and Alex's industry of recruiting is also facing challenges. Everyone sets annual goal in Alex's workplace but most of them have only achieved 30% yet. But Alex has already reached his annual goal in September!

神様が味方だと、不況とか関係ない！　忠実に捧げてることによって更に素晴らしい神様からの祝福がそそがれる（＾＾）
If God is with you, recession is not going to affect you! By giving faithfully you will receive God's blessing unlimitedly!

理由３：　捧げるライフスタイルが最高！　Reason 3: Lifestyle of giving is the best!

捧げることによってたくさん受け取ることになる。
By giving, we will receive more and more.

捧げる人はそれだけ寛大な心になるんだよね。　寛大な人には友達も集まるし、チャンスも集まる。
People who give are generous. Generous people will have great friends and have more opportunities.

アレックスがロド先生のことを「友達」って呼べるのはアレックスが寛大なライフスタイルを選んでるからっていってた。　なぜなら、類は友を呼ぶから。　寛大な人には寛大な友達が集まり、ケチな人は友達が少ない。
Alex can call Pastor Rod his friend because Alex is living a generous life. Like-minded people attract each other. If you are generous you will be surrounded by generous friends and if you are stingy you will not have many friends.

また神様からの好意も受け取れる。　神様に喜んで捧げる人を祝福するって聖書には書いてあるから。
Also you will have God's favor. In the bible it says, God loves a cheerful giver!

そして、ライフスタイルになると捧げることが楽しくてしょうがなくなる。すべての面で良いものを築いていけるっていってた。
And you will start loving the lifestyle of giving! You will build great things in every area of your life.

アレックスはめちゃくちゃ寛大だし、捧げるメッセージする時、本当に興奮して嬉しそうにしてるから、凄い説得力のあるメッセージでした☆
Alex's message was powerful because he is really generous person and when he share about giving he is super excited all the time.

最後にフィリピンの洪水に巻き込まれた教会の人々のために薬とか食料の助けになるように基金を集めました。　東京のキングダムビルダーズとあわせてフィリピンにおくりました。　神様、彼らの助けになりますように・・・！
In the end we collected money to support the church who have been affected by the flood in the Phillipines. This money is for providing medicine and food for people over there. We collected together with Tokyo. God please use this money to help them!

キングダムビルダーズ最高！！！！！
Kingdome Builders is awesome!!!!!!!!!!

もっともっと日本人の社会人やこれから社会人になる人達にも参加してほしい・・・！！！！2ヶ月に1回なので、次回はのがさないようにね！！！
I want more Japanese business people and people who are going to enter the workforce to come! It's on every two months so don't miss the next one!!!

もう一組東京からのサプライズゲストは新婚旅行帰りのスティーブンとゆみでした！驚いたけど結婚式いけなかったので嬉しかった！
Another special guest was Steven and Yumi from Tokyo who came to visit us after their honeymoon. What a surprised! We were happy because we couldn't get to go to their wedding!

結婚したとききつけたリッツのスタッフからのプレゼントでデザートを用意してくれたよ。最高のサービスだね！
Ritz Carlton Staff overheard that they just got married so they gave them special dessert! WOW! Great service :)

きゃー　ご無沙汰すぎて何から書いたらいいのかわからない・・・!!!
Wow I haven't updated this for a long time I don't know where to start from..!!!

めっちゃ毎日盛りだくさんで、自転車で怪我というアクシデントもあり、更新できずにいました・・・・。
So many exciting events have been happening and I injured myself from bike accident so I didn't update this blog...

でも、やっぱりブログを通して神様のことを伝えたい！この最高の教会にきて繋がってほしいっていう思いがあるから、ブログはやめないよ☆
But I won't stop writing and sharing  because I want to share about God to people and I want people to be connected to this awesome church!!!

今日のブログのタイトルのことなんだけど・・・・
So as the title of today's post says....

実は11月の終わりから教会の場所が変わります！！！！
We are moving our church venue from the end of November!!!!

ジーザスライフハウス大阪は去年の4月からずっと心斎橋にあるルイードライブハウスで教会をしてたんだけど・・・　1回では人が入りきらないので礼拝が2回になった。　そして、2回でもいっぱいになってきたので、更に大きな会場にうつることにしました！
So Jesus Lifehouse Osaka's church was held in Ruido from last April, but we've changed form 1 service to 2 because of growth. And now 2 services are getting packed so we have to change venue!

最初に　「ライブハウスで教会！？」って凄い驚き＋感動したのを覚えてる。
I remember the first time I came here, I was surprised and excited about having church in a night club setting.

最近、ほとんどの人は、教会のみんなのフレンドリーさとか、「人」にまず感動して、この教会が好きっていってくれてる。　もちろん、ワーシップとメッセージを通して神様から触れられてるけど☆
Recently most peope love our church because our people are so friendly. Ofcourse they are touched by God through message and worship.

逆にライブハウスだから「教会にきてみようかな」とか「きつづけよう！」って声はどんどん聞かなくなってきた。
But we don't really hear that they come or keep on coming because it's a night club setting.

場所は関係ない。　みんながつくりだしてる雰囲気が好きで、フレンドリーさが好きでチャーチが楽しいっていってくれるんだ（＾＾）
It's not about the place. What's important is the atmosphere that we are creating. And people love our friendliness!

というわけで、ライブハウスで教会はあと2回！！！
So we only have 2 more days in Ruido Livehouse!!!

11月はしかも新しい試みでもっと大きめな会場で午後から教会をする日もあります！
And in November, we will have some services in a bigger venue and start from the afternoon!

というわけで、11月1日は西梅田にあるハートンホールで２：３０ｐｍから教会がありました！！！
So on 1st November we had our church in Hearton Hall, Umeda from 2:30pm!!!!

We rented the whole buildling!

めっちゃ立派！ Looks great :)

セットアップに集まったみんな☆　広い部屋にちょっとウキウキ。

People who came to set up. They were excited about this spacious room!

　　

東京では一からのセットアップは当たり前だけど、大阪にとってはめっちゃ新鮮！
It's normal to start from set up in tokyo but for Osaka, this was quite new!

全て整ってるライブハウスとは違って、自分達でセットアップしないといけないけど、みんな楽しんでた。
It's different to Livehouse where there are staff who set up for you, but everyone enjoyed this whole process of doing it together!

午後からの教会のせいか、みんなのテンションがいつもより更に高かった！
Everyone was sooo excited during worship.... perhaps beccause it was in the afternoon?

ワーシップ大好き！ We love worship!

この日のルークのメッセージは
On this day, Luke preached about

『何がなんでも成長し続ける！』っていうメッセージだった。
Keep on growing no matter what!

ルカ５；３６－３９

イエスはまた一つのたとえを彼らに話された。「だれも、新しい着物から布切れを引き裂いて、古い着物に継ぎをするようなことはしません。そんなことをすれば、その新しい着物を裂くことになるし、また新しいのを引き裂いた継ぎ切れも、古い物には合わないのです。　37 また、だれも新しいぶどう酒を古い皮袋に入れるようなことはしません。そんなことをすれば、新しいぶどう酒は皮袋を張り裂き、ぶどう酒は流れ出て、皮袋もだめになってしまいます。  :38 新しいぶどう酒は新しい皮袋に入れなければなりません。

Luke 5:36-39

He told them this parable: "No one tears a piece out of a new garment to patch an old one. If they do, they will have torn the new garment, and the patch from the new will not match the old. 37 And people do not pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the new wine will burst the skins; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. 38 No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins.

クリスチャンになる＝ゴールじゃないんだよね。

Becoming a christian isn't the goal

神様の新しい祝福を受け取るためには、私達の古いもの全て新しくしないといけない。
in order to receive God's new blessings, we need to renew our old things.

古い考えとかこだわっていた間違ったものを振り切って前進していく必要がある。
We need to cut off old way of thinking and wrong things and move forward.

ジーザスライフハウスのみんなはめっちゃ成長が早いのは、神様の言葉を実生活に取り入れて、行動にうつしてるからだと思う。成長するために変わり続けることに対して真剣。
We believe that Jesus Lifehouse people grow fast because they take God's word and apply that in to their lives. We are committed to keep on changing to grow.

最近よく聞く言葉が
Recently I hear words like,

「この教会ならめちゃくちゃデカイことができる！って信じられるようになった」って。
"I can now believe that through this church we can do something HUGE!"

みんなのビジョンがどんどん大きくなってきて、凄い感動する（＾＾）　神様凄い！
I am so moved to see peoples' vision getting bigger and bigger! God is amazing!

教会終わってからのリーダーズミーティングでルークがリーダーシップについて話したんだけど、凄いみんなの顔がキラキラしてたよ！
After church we had Leader's Meeting and Luke shared about Leadership and peoples' faces were shining!!!!

イエスの教えはいつもシンプル、かつ実践的。　だから、私達のリーダーシップも教会ですることも全部シンプルに実践的にしていく。
Jesus' teaching was always simple and practical. So our leadership and what we do at church is always going to be simple and practical.

リーダーシップは自分が良い模範になることで周りに良い影響を与えていくこと！
Leadership is all about being a good example to create good influence around you.

 そして、周りの人たちも　「自分もできる！」って思えるぐらいシンプルにすることが大事。　それが成長の秘訣です。
And we need to make things simple so people around us can think "I can do it too!"That is the key to growth.

日本でたくさんの神様大好きな素晴らしいリーダーが増えていくことが楽しみでしょうがないです☆　
I'm so excited to see many great leaders in this nation loving God!

4.　あなたもこの動きの一部になれる！　
You can be a part of this!

ここで神様がいってること。　今イエスのことを知ったら、受け入れたいって心の準備ができている日本人がたくさんいるってこと！
God is saying here that there are so many people in Japan who are ready to receive Jesus if they got the opportunity to know about Him!

でも、伝えていく人がまだまだ少ない！ もっともっと必要！！！！！
But there aren't many workers YET. We need more people!!!

もっともっとそういう準備ができている人たちに出会って伝えていく人がもっともっと必要だって、神様はいってる。
God is saying that He needs more people to go out there to meet those who are wanting to hear about Jesus!

日本は、歩いているとすぐ教会があちこちに見える海外と違って、イエスのことを聞くチャンスは少ない。
Japan is different to overseas where you can see churches around as you walk. So many people don't have the opportunity to hear about Jesus.

だから、みんな1人ずつでいい。自分のおかれてる環境で伝えていこう。　日本にはあなたが必要なんです！！！　　海外に憧れてるなら、日本を拠点にして、海外旅行にいけばいいよ☆　だけど、本当に日本にはあなたが必要。　
So one by one, let's keep on sharing in your environment. JAPAN NEEDS YOU! If you are wishing to go overseas, why not stay in Japan and go there for holidays? Because Japan really needs you!

大学生も、大学に通っている間に凄いチャンスの場所におかれている。　そして、一人ひとり、自分の周りの世界から影響を与えていける。
University students have great opportunities to reach out to Uni students while they are there. And each one of us can make a difference from our environment.

神様は今、日本全国から、そして世界中からジーザスライフハウスに人を呼び集めている。　凄いワクワクするよね。
God is now calling all the people from around the world and Japan to Jesus Lifehouse. It's so exciting.　

教会というのは1人のスーパースターによってたてあげられるんじゃない。全員が教会をたてている。　だから、あなたには凄い可能性がある！ みんなしてることは違うけど、目的は同じ。
Church is not built by one super star. Everyone together is building this church. You have great potential! Everyone is doing different things but we are doing it for one purpose.

大切なのはしていることそのものではなくて、　このチームの一員になっているのかどうかということ。　　立ち上がって参加しよう！　
So what is important is not what you are doing but if you are on the team or not. So let's rise up and join us!

そして、イエスをまだ心で受け入れていない人・・・・　このブログを読んでるけど教会いったことないっていう人もこの最高の人生を歩めます！！！！
And those who haven't receive Jesus yet, perhaps you've been reading this blog but never been to our church before.... you an live this amazing life too!!!

イエスに出会うまで、私達は罪があるから神様の計画にしたがって歩めない。　罪っていうのは、私達の間違った言葉、考え、行動。　そういう自己中な人生の結果は破滅だって聖書には書いてある。
Before we meet Jesus, we can't live according to God's plan because of SIN. Sin is everything we have done wrong, said wrong or thought wrong. In the bible it says, self-centered life (SIN) will lead to destruction.

でもイエスはその罪を取り除いて、私達が神様の前で正しくいられるように、私達の身代わりとなり十字架にかかってくれた。　それで終わりではなくて、3日後に復活して、今も生きている。　
But Jesus died on the cross to remove our sin so we can be right before God. He died on the cross to take away our sin. But the story doesn't end there, he rose again 3 days later and He lives today.

イエスを受け入れた時、私達は新しくなる。神様との関係もスタートして、最高の人生を歩める！　しかも、ビジョンに共感できる教会に根付いた時、退屈とは無縁のわくわくする計画の一部になれるよ。　自分を成長させてくれる最高の友達にも出会えるし、私みたいに素敵な結婚相手も出会えるし（＾＾）
When you receive Jesus we become brand new. Our relationship with God starts and you can live the best life ever! And when you get planted into the church that has the vision you agree with, you can be part of an exciting plan. You are never going to be bored! You can make great friends who will help you grow and you will meet that special someone like I did ;)

ただイエスを知ってみたいって受け入れるだけ。めっちゃシンプル。　クリスチャン＝宗教ではなくて、神様と人々を愛する人生です！！！
It's so simple. You just need to receive Jesus in your heart. Christians are not a religion! It's all about loving God and people!

とりあえず、一見は百聞に如かず！ってことで日曜日教会にきてみませんか？ 絶対に楽しいです！！！！
Anyways, SEEING IS BELIEVING so why don't you start by coming to our church on Sunday?  It's going to be SUPER FUN!!!!!

前回のつづきです（＾＾）
This is continued from last post!

2.　神様の祝福をこの国に流している
We are bringing gods blessing to the nation.

箴言１４：３４　神様に忠実であることは国を強くし、神様を避けることは人々を弱くする。
Proverbs 14.34  (message bible)　God-devotion makes a country strong; God-avoidance leaves people weak.

私達はこの大阪という街に神様の祝福を流す教会をたてている。　
We are building a church that will bring God's blessing to Osaka.

たとえば、人間関係の分野。　神様を知る前は、人間関係で悩んでいたっていう人多いと思う。　私もそうだった。本当の自分を出せない、コミュニケーションをとるほうほうがわからない。恋愛も不器用でうまくいかない。
For example, in relationships. Before you find God, so many people struggle with relationships. I used to be like that too. You don't know how to be yourself. You don't know how to relate to people and communicate. You struggle with romantic relationship.

でも、この教会は神様と出会えて、最高の仲間と出会える最高の場所！　神様が間にいる関係の絆ってめちゃめちゃ強い。
But this church is the place that you can find God and make great friends! Relationship with God in the middle is so strong!

私の話：　私は小さい時に父親がオーストラリアに転勤になって、そのまま現地スタッフになったから、16年オーストラリアで育った。でも、5年前にたった一人で日本に戻ってきた。
My story. I lived in Australia for 16 years because of my father's work and my father became the local staff so we got permanent residency. But 5 years ago I came back to Japan by myself.

最初は一時帰国のつもりだった。日本に5年以上住むとオーストラリアの永住権が切れてしまうから、5年以内に帰るつもりだった。　
First I came as temporary return. I was planning to bo back to Australia within 5 years as my Australian permanent residency visa will expire if I lived in Japan for more than 5 years.

でも、神様はこのジーザスライフハウスという教会という教会を通して、私を凄く祝福してくれた。　
But God blessed me so much through this church, Jesus Lifehouse Osaka.

例えば人間関係。　オーストラリアにいたときよりもずっと友達が多い。ホンモノのオーストラリア人の友達もオーストラリアにいたときよりも多い（笑）
For example in relationships. I have more friends than I had in Australia. Even I  have more real and closer Australian friends than I had in Australia ! (lol)

国を越えて、文化を越えて、年齢を超えて、性別を越えて、神様が大好きでこの教会が大好きな仲間！ということで何よりも強い絆でみんなと結ばれている。
It's amazing how we can all feel united no matter what country, culture, age-group we are from. We are connected strongly and closely by God and the passion for this church!

それから、この教会を通して、私の友達がたくさん、イエスに出会ってクリスチャンになった！そして、自分が導いた友達が更に友達を神様に導いていくのをたくさんみてきた。　教会がどんどん大きくなっていった！
And then God lead my friends to Jesus through me. And I saw those friends leading their friends to Jesus.　Church kept on growing and growing.

神様が日本を祝福してるのって本当なんだ！って感動した。　神様が日本で凄いことをしているってみればみるほど、次第にオーストラリアに戻ろうという思いがどんどん弱くなっていった。
I was moved seeing that God is really blessing Japan.  The more I saw what God was doing in Japan, my desire to  wanting to go back to Australia started to fade.

っていうか、「こんな最高の仲間達とお別れしてまで、オーストラリアに戻る必要はあるのか？ ここを去ってまで、自分が欲しいものって何? いきたい場所はどこ？」 って考えたら、帰りたいって思いがなくなった。
Then I thought, "Why do I need to go back to Australia not being a part of this amazing church and saying good bye to my great friends? What do I want leaving this church?" Then I realised that I didn't want to Go back.　

自分が今一番いたい場所は日本なんだって、もっと大きなビジョンと日本に対する情熱が与えられた。　
God gave me bigger vision for Japan when I realise that Japan was the place I want to be.

そして、もっと凄いことに、ここのチャーチを建てるために日本に残ろうって決めた後に、今の最高の夫、ルークと付き合うことになって、今年の3月に結婚した！　
And amazing thing happened, just after I decided to stay in Japan to build Jesus Lifehouse, I started going out with Luke (my great husband) and we got married in March this year!

私がオーストラリアに帰っていたら、凄いたくさんの凄い祝福を逃すところだった！　
If I went back to Australia, I would have missed out on all of this!

ルークと結婚できたこと、神様からの素晴らしいプレゼント。　そして、こんなに愛せる教会とみんなに出会えたことも最高のプレゼント。　
Luke is God's special gift from me  and this church and everyone in this church are gifts from God.

先月、オーストラリアの永住権が切れました。　後悔はまったくしていません。　私もルークも大阪を愛している！　私達が今一番いたい場所は大阪。　
Last month my permanent residency expired. But I have no regrets! Luke and I love Osaka! Osaka is the place we want to be in this entire world!

　3.　他の人達がついてこられるような道をつくっている
We are preparing a way for others to follow
.
イザヤ 62:10 通れ、通れ、門を。人々の道を整え、建て上げ、建て上げ、大路を造れ。石を取り除きなさい。　国々の国民の上に旗を揚げよ。
Isaiah 62:10 (New International Version) Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations.

私たちが今建てているものは、日本が今までみたことないこと。　
We are building something that Japan hasn't seen before!

ジーザスライフハウス大阪は数人でたてはじめた。最初ルークのアパートとかスタバでチャーチしてたんだよね。
Jesus Lifehouse Osaka started with few people. It started in the boys apartment and starbucks!

2007 December

   

それにたくさんの人が加わって、どんどん大きくなっている。成長が止まらないから、今度はもっと大きな場所にうつることになった。　今まで大阪が見たことがないものを私達はみている。　
Now we have more people and it's growing and growing. And because it doesn't stop growing, we are going to move to the new venue. We are seeing what Osaka hasn't seen before.

でもこれはスタートにしか過ぎない。　この箇所に書いてある通りに私たちは高速道路を立てあげている。　もっとたくさんの人たちが、イエスに出会えるための道をたてあげている。
But this is just the start. I believe that we are building the highway. We are building the way so more people can meet Jesus.

 

ジーザスライフハウスを建てあげることによって、他の日本の教会も一緒に、成長していくって信じてる。　ロド先生が言っている言葉で、
By building this church other churches in Japan are goin to rise. Pastor Rod often says,

港の水の高さがあがると、全ての船が高く上がる。“　っていう言葉があるんだけど、“ When the water in the harbor goes up all the boats rise.”

私達の教会がたちあがったとき、他の教会も一緒に成長していく。　あと１０～20年たてば、日本中、教会がたくさん増える。　クリスチャンが少ないっていう言葉は聞かなくなる。
When we rise, other churches will rise with us! After 10~20 years there will be more churches in Japan. We are no longer going to hear that there aren't many Christians in Japan.

職場とか大学はクリスチャンだらけになる。　そして、休み時間にライフグループとかが行われたりする。　
There are going to be many christians in companies and schools, universities... and during lunch time there are going to be lifegroups happening!

私達にとって、凄い！ってことが次世代にとっては、当たり前になる。
Things that surprised us would be normal for the next generation.

だから、ビジョンをもって建て上げ続けよう！
So let's have a great vision and keep on building!

*　開場11時と1時　Doors open 11am and 1pm

2回といっても、2回ともまったく違うから、２つ参加したら2倍楽しめるよ！
We will have 2 different serivces so if you come to 2, you can get double the fun!!!

今までチャーチに行ったことがなくて神様のことをよく知らない人でも、英語が好きで外国人と友達になりたい人、楽しく歌うことが大好きな人、神様や聖書の言葉をもっとわかりやすく知りたい人、どのような理由であれ、とにかく遊びにきてください！
So, if you haven’t been to a church before and don’t know about God, but like meeting new people, singing great songs, and want to know more about God and the Bible in a simple way, please come and be our guest!

日本よ、立ち上がって輝こう！
Arise and shine, Japan!

(イザヤ 60:1-3) 起きよ。光を放て。あなたの光が来て、神様の栄光があなたの上に輝いているからだ。　
(Isaiah 60:1-3) “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.”

私は日本が大好き。　日本人が大好き。　日本人として、今この時代に生きていることを誇りに思うし、めちゃくちゃワクワクしている。　この世代は最高の世代。　今が日本の『時』だって信じている！　
I looooove Japan! I love Japanese people. I'm so proud to live in Japan in this generation as a Japanese. I'm so excited! This generation is the best generation ever! I believe now is the time for Japan!

日本は今まで以上にホンモノの答えを求めている。　神様を求めている。
So many people in Japan are looking for REAL answers. They are seeking God more than ever!

いい会社に入ること以外に人生の目的があるんじゃないか。
Perhaps there are more to life than entering a good companyor having a great job.

どうしたら、長く続く結婚生活ができるのか、多くの人が答えを求めている。
Or they are searching for finding the answer to great long-lasting marriage. So many people are looking for the right answer.

でも、答えを求める場所がわからずに葛藤している人が多いと思う。
But so many people don't know where to find these answers and they are strugggling. 

そんな中、この教会を通して、日本で神様の光が今まで以上に輝いている。
And then, God is shining his light to Japan brighter than ever through this church!!!

このジーザスライフハウス大阪にみんなが光！　
People in Jesus Lifehouse Osaka are the light!!!

はじめてこの教会にきた人たちからよく聞くんだけど、彼らがここにきて一番最初に感じることは、「なんで、みんなこんなにキラキラしているの？」ってことなんだって。
So many people who came to this church for the first time say to me, "Why are these people shining so much!?"

ここには、神様を愛していて、未来に対してビジョンでいっぱい持っている最高の日本人の若者がいっぱいいる。　
There are so many great young Japanese people in this church who love God and have great vision for their future!

ジーザスライフハウス大阪を通して、ここにいるみんなを通して、たくさんの日本人がイエスと出会って人生が変わっていきます!!!
I believe that through Jesus Lifehouse Osaka, through all the people here, so many Japanese are going to find Jesus and have their lives changed!

エステルの話。　エステルは聖書版シンデレラ。　彼女は孤児だった。でも彼女には凄い使命が与えられた。　彼女の美しさ、そして神様からの特権によって、彼女はペルシアの王妃として選ばれた。
Esther's story. Esther is the bible version of Cinderella. She was an orphan. But she had great destiny to fulfill. Because of her beauty and God's favor she was chosen to become the Queen of Persia.

でも、彼女は自分の国、ユダヤを救うために王妃という地位についたということを彼女は知らなかった。王の家来の1人が、ユダヤ人の虐殺を計画していた。王妃である彼女しかユダヤ人を救うことができなかった。でも、彼女は自分がユダヤ人だということを隠していたので、このことで彼女も一緒に殺されるかもしれないというリスクがあった。
But little did she know that she was in her position to save her people, the Jews. One of the King's men was planning a genocide of Jews. As she was a queen, she was the only one who can save her people. But that meant that she had to risk her life as she was hiding the fact that she was a Jew too.

そんな状況にいる彼女をみて、彼女のいとこが彼女にこういう言葉を送りました。
Seeing her situation, her cousin sent her a message that said this:

エステル4:14　もし、あなたがこの時に沈黙を守るなら、別の所から、助けと救いがユダヤ人のために起ころう。しかし、あなたも、あなたの父の家も滅びよう。　あなたがこの王国に来たのは、もしかすると、この時のためであるかもしれない。

Esther 4:14 (New International Version)　 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?"

エステルはこの言葉を受け取ったあと、勇気を出して立ち上がり、最終的には彼女の国民を救った。　
Esther after receiving this word, stood up with courage and in the end she saved her people.

私達もエステルのように、神様はあなたにも使命を与えている。　日本の「この時のため」にここにおいてくれている。　
Just like Esther, God has given you destiny to fulfil. For "such a time as this" in Japan.

そこで、私達にもエステルのように選択が与えられている。　「沈黙を守るのか」それとも、この世代のために、自分の国のために立ち上がるのか。
We have 2 options like Esther. To remain silent or rise up for our country and next generation!

あなたも神様が日本で起こしているこの凄い動きの一部になれる！
You can be part of this amazing thing that God is doing in Japan!!!

この教会には、日本と日本人を心から愛していてビジョンもっている海外からきている人達がたくさんいる。　本当にそれを見ていて、凄い感動する。
In this church there are so many people from Overseas who love Japan and Japanese passionately! It's so moving to see that.

でも、ジーザスライフハウスをみて　「日本人が一番、日本に対して情熱がないね」っていう風に思われたくないよね。そうならないって信じてる！
But never let it said that in Jesus Lifehouse that the Japanese are the least passionate people about Japan. I believe that it's not going to happen!

日本人、もっと自分の国に情熱をもとうよ！　
Japanese people, lets be more passionate about your own country!

ジーザスライフハウスは『日本人も他の国の人達もめっちゃ日本と日本人を愛している！！！！　凄い！』っていう教会にしたいし、そうなるって信じてる！
I believe that Jesus Lifehouse is going to be a church which people willl look at us and be amazed how Japanese people and people from overseas all together love Japanese and Japan so much!

日本人のみんな、情熱をもとう！今この教会を通して、日本を変えるもののたてている。
SO Japanese people, let's be passionate about this country. We are building things that are going to change Japan!

1. 未来のリーダーシップをたてている
We are building leadership for the future.

（箴言２８：２）　国民が悪いことをしようとすると、政府は倒れますが、知恵と物事がわかるリーダー達は国を安定させます。
Proverbs 28:2 (New Living Translation)2 When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily. But wise and knowledgeable leaders bring stability.

リーダーシップは地位とか年とかではない、リーダーシップは自分が模範になることによって、周りに良い影響を与えてること。
Leadership is not about position or age. Leadership is about influencing others in a good way by being an example.

ジーザスライフハウスでは次世代のリーダーを立てあげている。　
In Jesus Lifehouse we are building next generation leaders.

そして、この教会で育ったリーダーが教会の外でも影響を与えていく人たちになるって信じている。　この教会で身についたリーダーシップって、どの分野でも適応できる。政治の分野でも、教育の分野でも、ビジネスの分野でも様々な分野で、クリスチャンのリーダーが活躍していく。
I believe that many leaders who grew up in our church will influence in other areas too besides church. Leadership skills that you learn in church ccan be applied to any area . Politics, education, buisness field we are going to see many great  Christian leaders in Japan!

また、未来の家庭の最高のリーダーをたてあげています。　独身の男性のみんな、神様の法則に従って、最高の家族のリーダーになるように育てています！　神様を一番にして、妻を大事にする方法を学べる。　
Also we are building great leaders of the family! Single men, we are building you to become the great husband by teaching you God's principle. To put God first and to love your wife.

大阪で, この教会がこの世の中の模範になるって信じている。今はシングルが多いけど、神様を中心にしたラブラブな夫婦が増えて、この教会から地域を変えて、地域から日本が変わることを信じている。
I believe  that in couples in our church are going to be Osaka ! Most people are single right now, but I believe that we will have so many happily married couples with God in the middle. From this church we will change the community and once the community changes, Japan will change!
