カンファレンス2日目-ワトト（パート２）

カンファレンス2日目！ Conference Day 2!!!

昨日の続きです・・・This is continued from yesterday...!

ワトトの子供達の通訳を頼まれた私。　かなりドキドキだった・・・。
I was asked to translate for Watoto Childrens' testimony.. I was a little nervous!

でも、子供達のハートを伝えることができるように、聖霊に満たされるように祈った。
But I prayed that I'll be filled with the Holy Spirit so I can share their hearts to people.

そして本番・・・。
And the session started...

不思議と緊張していなかった。　子供達の言葉も理解できた！！　自分の力ではないものが私を助けてくれて通訳することができた（＾＾）　自分の力じゃない。。。聖霊だ！
I wasn't nervous anymore. I was able to understand what they were saying!!! And I felt this incredible strength inside me that helped me to translate! It wasn't me, it was the Holy Spirit!

子供達が話していた内容もパワフルだった。
What these children shared was really powerful.

彼らは、親をエイズや戦争で亡くしている。　神様から見放されたと思っていた。　
They lost their parents from HIV AIDS or war. They thought God had forsaken them.

でも、神様は彼らのことを見捨てていなかった。
But God did not forsake them.

彼らはワトト村にきてから、親や家族のように思えるひとたちに出会えた。　イエスに出会えた。
Through Watoto Village, they met people who became their new parents and brothers/sisters. They met Jesus.

イエスを通して、新しい希望が与えられた。
And through Jesus, they had new hope.

彼らは今ウガンダをもっと最高の国にするために、リーダーになるという夢が与えられた。
Now they have a dream of becoming the leaders of Uganda, to change Uganda to a become a better nation.

「神様は僕たちに最高の計画を用意してくれている！だから僕たちは神さまに感謝を歌います!」　と何度もいっていた。
They said many times, "God has a best plan for us!! So we want to sing to thank our awesome God!!!"

通訳をしながら、心がポッカポカになった！！！
I felt really warm as I translated!!!

彼らの希望が、喜びがすっごく伝わってきたから！
Because I really felt their JOY and HOPE!

通訳するたびにスピーカーの子供たちがクルって振り向くんだけど、目がキラキラしていて可愛かった！！！
Every time I spoke after them, they turned around to see me.. (LOL) Their eyes were shining and they were sooooooooo cute!!!

終わった後も、「通訳ありがと～～～」とか「よかったよ～」っていってくれて、大きなハグしてくれたんだ。　涙でそうになった・・・幸せだった。
Afterwards, they ran to me and said, "Thank you for translating!", "You were great!!" and they gave me a BIG HUG!! I almost cried... I was blessed!

「偉大な神様はこの素晴らしい国に最高の計画を用意している。その神様のために大きな夢をもって！」
Dream a big dream for a big God who wants to do great things to change this great country!!!

「神様は私に立ち上がって、世界中の人と教会にこのことを伝えなさいといっている。」

"God has put in my heart to stand up all around the world and say to the church, "

「ＨＩＶエイズは私達の最大の問題ではない。最大のチャンスである。夜が暗ければ暗いほど、光は明るい。」

"HIV aids is not our greatest problem, it's our greatest opportunity. The darker the night, the brighter the light."

ワトト・チルドレンズ・クワイアの子供達が世界ツアーに参加できるのは一生のうち一度きり。なるべく多くの子どもたちにチャンスを与える仕組みになっているんだって。
All the children in Watoto Childrens' Choir only have one chance in their livesto go to world tour. This to give as many opportunities as possible to the children in Watoto Village.

また来年のカンファレンスにもきてほしい！！！！
I want them to come again to our next Conference next year!!!

そして、ワトトの子供達のように次の世代の子達には命と希望で満ち溢れて欲しいって強く思った私でした。
And I strongly thought that I want to see the next generation full of life and hope like these WATOTO kids!!!

心を尽くし、精神を尽くし、力を尽くして、あなたの神、主を愛しなさい。 私がきょう、あなたに命じるこれらのことばを、あなたの心に刻みなさい。 これをあなたの子どもたちによく教え込みなさい。あなたが家にすわっているときも、道を歩くときも、寝るときも、起きるときも、これを唱えなさい。 これをしるしとしてあなたの手に結びつけ、記章として額の上に置きなさい。 これをあなたの家の門柱と門に書きしるしなさい。 (申命記 6:5 -9)

"Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.  Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates."　(Deutronomy 6:5-9)
