This is Luke's message on Sunday
あなたは誰を着てる？
Who are you wearing?
僕は革ジャンが大好き！ 古いのがあるんだけど、やぶれてるし、ぼろぼろだし、しみがついてる。
I love leather jackets. I have an old one, but its ripped, and torn and stained.
ハネムーンで、いずみと一緒にオーダーメードの革ジャンを買うことにした。革をあつかってる店に足を踏み入れ、店長のチャーリーブラウンに寸法を測ってもらって、お金を払った。
On our honeymoon Izumi and I decided to get a custom made leather jacket each. We went in the leather store and we had a to pay the money and Charlie brown took our measurements.
そして数日後、最高のオーダーメイドの革ジャンが完成した。それは体にぴったりフィットして、求めていたものだった！
And a few days later he handed us our beautiful custom leather jackets. They fit perfectly and they are exactly what we wanted!
神様は私達それぞれにピッタリの洋服のつくってくれた。 私達の形を作ってくれて、彼の完全な愛で覆ってくれた。聖書ではこういってる。
God has made each and everyone of us a custom collection of clothes. He has fitted us and shaped us and he has wrapped his perfect love around us. The bible puts it this way.
ガラテヤ ３：２６－２８（メッセージ）
しかし、あなたはすでに目的地にたどり着いてる。キリストへの信仰によって神様と直接関係を築くことができます。 洗礼を受けたことはただ新しいスタートを切るために洗い流しただけではありません。 大人の信仰の服を着せてくれたのです。キリストの命、神様のもともとの約束です。キリストの家族の中で、ユダヤ・ユダヤではないもの、奴隷・自由人、男性・女性という隔たりがありません。私達は平等です。なぜなら、イエスキリストと関係を築いているという共通点があるからです。
Galatians 3:26-28 (The Message)
But now you have arrived at your destination: By faith in Christ you are in direct relationship with God. Your baptism in Christ was not just washing you up for a fresh start. It also involved dressing you in an adult faith wardrobe—Christ's life, the fulfillment of God's original promise. In Christ's family there can be no division into Jew and non-Jew, slave and free, male and female. Among us you are all equal. That is, we are all in a common relationship with Jesus Christ.
私達の多くはイエスが私達のために代価を払ってくれたから赦しを得たんだけど、そこからどうすればいいの？どうやってクリスチャンとして人生をおくればいいの？どうやってイエスから与えられた服を着ればいいのか・・・。
So many of us have received the forgivness and life of Jesus that he bought at a high price for us, but now what? How do I live the Christian life? How do I wear this wardrobe that jesus offers.
信じられない話をしよう！今朝起きて、朝食を食べて、シャワーをあびて、洋服ダンスの前を歩いたら転んでしまった！そして、起きたら完全に着替えてた！
Well you wouldn’t believe what happened to me this morning. I woke up, ate breakfast, had a shower and I was walking passed our wardrobe, and tripped and when I got up I was completely dressed!
そんなことありえないから、信じないよね？（笑）
You don’t believe that because that’s crazy!
聖書には古い洋服を捨てて新しい洋服、イエスを着るように書かれてる！
Well the Bible says that we have to take off our old cloths and put on jesus!
（コロサイ 3:7-11)
あなたがたも、以前、そのようなものの中に生きていたときは、そのような歩み方をしていました。しかし今は、あなたがたも、すべてこれらのこと、すなわち、怒り、憤り、悪意、そしり、あなたがたの口から出る恥ずべきことばを、捨ててしまいなさい。互いに偽りを言ってはいけません。あなたがたは、古い人をその行ないといっしょに脱ぎ捨てて、 新しい人を着たのです。新しい人は、造り主のかたちに似せられてますます新しくされ、真の知識に至るのです。 そこには、ギリシヤ人とユダヤ人、割礼の有無、未開人、スクテヤ人、奴隷と自由人というような区別はありません。キリストがすべてであり、すべてのうちにおられるのです。

You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.
私達はイエスの人生を変える力が中にあるから、みんな変わることができる！！！
Every one of us can change because we have the life changing power of Jesus inside of us.
みんな変われない理由がある。 この国で生まれたからとか、上司が悪いからとか色々な言い訳をする。
We all have reasons why we can’t change. Their excuses were I am from this country or that. I have a bad boss etc.
でも、もしイエスがあなたの中に住んでいるなら、イエスを受け入れるというステップを踏んだなら、あなたの人生を変えるために必要なものを全て与えてくれた。そして瞬間的に変わることができる！
But if you have Jesus living on the inside of you, if you have crossed the line of inviting jesus to be in the center of your life you have everything you need to change whatever needs to change in your life! And they can change immediately!
僕自身、クリスチャンになってから変わることができたこと。
These are the things I got to change after becoming a Christian.
怒り： クリスチャンなる前に嫌いだった人を愛せるようになった。神様の力によってできた決断だった。
ANGER. I began to love people that I used to hate! It’s a decision followed by God's power.
ゴシップ・悪口：私がクリスチャンになってから、ゴシップをいいたくなくなった。でも、もう人のことを悪くいいたくなくなった。もちろん、過去の自分が戻ってきそうな時がある。過去のルークの癖や性質が出てくるときもある。そのときはいつも脱ぎ捨てて、イエスに渡して新しい洋服を着る。
SLANDER AND GOSSIP. When I became a Christian I wanted to stop gossiping without people telling me. I just didn’t want to speak badly about people anymore. and there were times when that old life would try to come back. The old luke's habits and nature. And I had take that off, give to jesus and then put on the new clothes.
嘘： 人々が嘘をつくのは、隠すものがあるから。神様の新しい人生を受け取った時、もう隠す必要はない。赦されて自由になっている。
LYING. People lie because they have something to hide. When you receive God's new life, you don’t need to hide anymore, you are forgiven and free.
教会は古い靴を脱いだら、新しいスリッパを与えられるホテルのよう。
Church is like a good hotel where they take your old shoes and out them away and then they give you new slippers.
教会に来ると新しい考えが与えられる。新しくなる。古い考えを捨てて、新しいイエスから与えられた命をもらうところ！
When you come to church you get a new mindset, you get renewed. It’s a place to take off the old way of thinking and keep putting the jesus life!
The jacket is free, jesus paid for it. But you decide how you wear it.
革ジャンはタダでもらえる。イエスが払ってくれたから、でもどのように着るのか、自分で選ばないといけない。
色々な着方がある
Some people wear it.
1. カジュアルルック-肩掛けスタイル
Casual over the shoulder.
ミスターカジュアル。誰かその人に教会について聞いた時、「ああ、いったことあるけど・・・俺縛られるの嫌いし、自由でいたいから、デートの約束がない時いくね。」
Mr casual. When someone asks him about church, he says“yer ive been there… I go there when I don’t have a date. I don’t commit to anything man.”
そろそろベンチから降りて、試合に参加する時がきた！
Its time for you to get off the stands and into the game.
2. 腰巻スタイル
Tied around the waist.
必要な時にだけ着る。 寒くなってきたら、着てやろうっていう態度。
When I need you ill pull you out. When it gets cold i'll put you on.
3. Underneath
下に隠すスタイル
隠してるクリスチャン。誰にも知られたくない。
秘密の探偵のクリスチャン。イエスとのアイデンティティを隠す。
Undercover Christian. Don’t let anyone know.
Like a secret agent. I will hide my identity with jesus.
ペテロもイエスがつかまった時にアイデンティティを隠した。
Peter did that when jesus was on trial for being perfect man.
でも同じ間違いを2回犯さなかった。まもなく、数千人の前にイエスのことを語り、みんなペテロの人生がどれぐらい変わったのかを知った。
But he didn’t make the same mistake twice.
A little while later he was speaking to a couple thousand guys about jesus and everyone saw how changed peter was.
4. キツキツに着る状態。
Straight jacket style.
たのしんでは駄目という態度。 まじめすぎて、握手もできない。宗教的なのがすき。
This is the attutude of "You cant have fun. Im so serious that I cant even shake your hand. Ive been religious."
キリスト教はルールや宗教ではない。いかった神様が間違いを犯したらあなたを罰するとかそういうものでもない。イエスと個人的な関係を持つってこと！そして、彼の力によって内側から外側まで変えられるということ。
Christianity is not about rules or religion, watering for the all knowing angry god to come a smash you when you stuff it. Its about having a personal relationship with jesus! And letting his power change you from the inside out.
イエスを一番にするってこと。イエスに権威があるってこと。
Making Jesus number one. It’s all about authority.
僕のジャケットで一番他のジャケットと違うのは、パーカーの帽子の部分。イエスによって頭を覆われたい。自分の考えを覆ってほしい。決断を覆ってほしい。最終決定をする存在。
What makes my jacked different from others is my hood. I want Jesus to go over my head. To cover my thinking, to cover my imagination. To cover my decision making. Who has the last say?
アカデミー賞で芸能人が聞かれることはこの一言。 何を着てますか？ ある人はアルマーニとい、ティファニー、ロレックス・・・ユニクロ。
At the academy awards, people are asking one question…what are you wearing?
Some say Armani, Tiffany, Rolex. Uniqulo.
それがあなたが着ているもの。イエスの言葉を最終決定にするって決めた時にあなたの人生も僕の人生も最高のものになる。
That’s who you are wearing. When you make the decision to put jesus’ word as your final word your life and mine will end up being in the best place possible.
だから選択はとってもシンプル。
So the choice is simple.
イエスを受け取ったことがない人・・・あなたはぼろぼろの服にしがみつきますか？ それとも僕がチャーリーブラウンの店に足を踏み入れたように、イエスの店に足を踏み入れて、オーダーメイドの最高のイエスとそれに付属する最高のものというジャケットを受け取りますか？
For those of us who have never received Jesus, are we going to hold onto our old ripped and worn cloths or just as I stepped in to Charlie Brown's store, are you going to step into Jesus store to receive the custom jacket of jesus and everything that comes with that?
そしてクリスチャンの皆。 あなたは正しくイエスを着ていますか？
And for Christians, are you wearing Jesus in the right way?
多くの人は古い服にしがみついているので、神様からの祝福と新しいイエスという服を逃してしまう。
So many people miss out on the new wardrobe and the blessing of god because they are holding onto their old ripped and stained jacket.
自分で正しいことをしようと思ってもそれでは十分ではない。イエスの人生を変える力を受け取らないといけない。彼は綺麗で新しいというオーダーメイドのジャケットを与えてくれる。そしてそのジャケットはやぶれないし、しみがつくこともない！
Everything you could ever do right is not good enough. You need to receive the life changing power of Jesus. He will give a custom jacket that is clean and new and can never be ripped or stained again.
