今日はストーリーの力について話すね。
Today I want to talk about the POWER of STORIES!

使徒22章に、使徒パウロが大勢の人々の前で自分がどうやってイエスに人生を変えられたのか話す場面があるんだけど、めっちゃ鳥肌がたちます！
In Acts Chapter 22, Apostle Paul talks about how Jesus changed his life in front of the crowd. I always get goosebumps when I read this part.

パウロは自分の過去を人前で話すのね。
Paul talks about his past in front of people.

パウロは昔、クリスチャンを見つけ次第縛り上げ、「逃げる者たちを、どこまでも執念深く追い回し、男でも女でも手当たりしだいに縛り上げて投獄したり、殺したり・・・」してた。
Paul used to persecute Christians and chased after those who ran away from him and killed men and women.

そんなある日、天からイエスがパウロに話かけた。
Then one day, Jesus spoke to Paul from heaven.

「パウロ、パウロ。なぜわたしを迫害するのですか。」
"Paul, paul, why are you persecuting me?"

パウロはイエスに驚き、あまりの光のまぶしさに目が見えなくなってしまう。　
Paul gets surprised and because it was too bright he loses his sight.

イエスに言われたとおり、遠くの町にいって、アナニヤというクリスチャンに　「パウロよ、見えるようになれ。」と祈ってもらうと「目からうろこのようなものが落ち、見えるようになった」。
So Paul goes to Damascus and finds Ananias who prayed for his sight and then suddenly something like a fish scale fell of Paul's eyes and then he regained his sight.

そこで、パウロは自分が神様から選ばれてることを知る。　イエスのことをあらゆる人に教え、神様が自分の人生に何をしたのか伝え続ける使命が与えられていた。
Then Paul realises that he was chosen by God. His destiny was to share about Jesus to everyone and keep on sharing about all the things that God has done in his life.

イエスを受け入れ、洗礼を受けてからのパウロは今までのパウロとは全く別人になった！　
After receiving Jesus and getting baptised Paul became a completely different person!

神様のことをいつでもどこでも大胆に話した。その為、何度も攻撃され、殺されかかったけど、それでも彼はやめなかった。
He started sharing about God with boldness and because of that he was persecuted and almost killed many times. But he was unstoppable!

イエスに変えられた彼が周りにどれほどの影響を与えているのか、その後の手紙シリーズを読んでいたらわかる。
You will konw how much Paul influenced people after being changed by Jesus.

（使徒２８：２３）　パウロは彼らに、神の国のことを語り、またモーセの立法から預言者の書に至るまで、聖書のありとあらゆる個所を使って、イエスのことを教えました。話は、朝からえんえん、夕方まで続きました。　信じる人もいれば、信じない人もいるというぐあいで、人さまざまです。しかし、ああでもない、こうでもないと言い合いながら帰る彼らの耳には、いつまでもパウロの最後のことばが響いていました。　

(Acts 28:23) They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. From morning till evening he explained and declared to them the kingdom of God and tried to convince them about Jesus from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets. Some were convinced by what he said, but others would not believe. They disagreed among themselves and began to leave after Paul had made this final statement.

パウロもそうなんだけど、「神様によって人生を変えられたストーリー」には力があると思う。
Seeing Paul's example, I think there is a power in "stories of lives changed by God."

今年神様が私に語ってるのが、「イエスによって人生が変えられた話をもっと発信していくこと」
God is speaking to me this year to speak out more about stories of LIVES CHANGED by Jesus.

私がクリスチャンになる前の話。
Before I became a Christian,

教会とかクリスチャンに興味を持ち始めた時、　途中からクリスチャンになった人の話に触れる機会が少なかった。
I was intersted in church and Christians but I didn't have the opportunity to hear the stories of people becoming Christians after growing up.

当時、クリスチャンのブログとかも普及されていなかったから、ネットを調べても出てこないし・・・。
Back in those days there weren't many Christian blogs so I couldn't find them on Internet as well.

クリスチャンってやっぱりクリスチャンホームに育った人がなるものなのかな？って思ってた。
I used to think, "Are Christians those who were raised in Christian families?"

だから、最初に教会に言った時にある牧師が　「私は大学生からクリスチャンになりました。宗教ってつまらない、考え狭いって思ってたけど、イエスはホンモノだって知ってクリスチャンになりました。」って聞いて驚いた！
So when I went to church for the first time and I was surprised when I heard from this Pastor saying, "I became a Christian when I was in University. I used to think religions are boring and you'll get narrow minded but I realised that Jesus was real and became a Christian"

「え？？？　途中からでもなれるの！？？？　どうやってイエスを信じられるようになったの？　昔と今とどう違うの？？？」って、凄い興味が持てた。
"What??? Can you decide to become a Christian??? How did you get to believe in Jesus? How are you different from then to now?" I was very curious.

もちろん、家族がクリスチャンだけど、神様から離れてしまったという人は、似たような過去があって、神様と関係を再び気づくようになった人の話が響くと思う。
Ofcourse some people could be those who were raised in Christian families but somehow went away from God. Those people might want to listen from those who have similar background and now having a great relationship with God.

一人ひとり、「イエスに変えられたストーリー」は若干異なるかもしれない。　
Everyone's story of how Jesus Changed their lives will be different.

だけど、それぞれ凄い影響力がある。　
But they all have power.

He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of  the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field (Luke 10:2)

The fruit of patience (2nd half)

どうやったらもっと忍耐強くなれるのか？
So how can we become more patient???

1) 忍耐を「身に着けること」。　
Put on Patience

忍耐は聖霊の実だから、まず神様から受け取らないといけない。
Patience is the fruit of the spirit so you need to receive it from God to start with!

イエスを受け入れた時に忍耐という小さな種が与えられる。そして、筋トレのように毎日、小さなことから大きなことまで実践していくことによって大きく育っていく。
When we receive Jesus, we receive a small seed of patience. And we need to train our patience everyday just like building our muscles. This means putting it into practice.

コロサイ 3:12 に　「忍耐を身に着けなさい」ってかいてある。
In Colossians 3:12 it says clothe yourself with patience.



忍耐は選択していくこと。
Patience is a CHOICE.　

みんな、忍耐強くなることを選択していこう！　自分が急いでいる時に前の人がゆっくり歩いている時でも、特別な相手がまだ現れなくても、夢がまだ実現していなくても、感謝して穏やかに過ごすことを選択しよう！
Let's CHOOSE to be patient. If someone in front of you are walking really slow when you are in a rush, or when you don't have that special SOMEONE yet, or even if you haven't got your dreams fulfilled let's have a thankful heart and leave peacefully.

2) 待つことを楽しむ。　
Enjoy the WAIT 　

「愛するみなさん。あなたがたの人生は、多くの困難と誘惑に満ちていますか。そうであれば、喜びなさい。行く道の険しさは忍耐を養う良いチャンスとなるからです。忍耐力を十分に養いなさい。さまざまな問題が持ち上がった時、そこから逃げ出そうともがいてはいけません。忍耐力が十分に身につけば、感情に成長したどんなことにもびくともしない、ねばり強い性格の持ち主となれるからです。」（ヤコブ1:2～4）

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4)

ここでのポイントは、”fully developed” 成長していくって書いてある。　忍耐は成長させていくもの。一日で身につくものではない。
The most important point here is how it says, "fully developed." Patience needs to grow. You don't have it all in a day.



誰かがこういう風にいってた、　「自分ができることをしたら残りは神様におまかせ！」
Someone said this before, "Do what you can do and God will do the rest."

私たちができることと、どうにもできないことがある。　例えば、農夫の話に戻ると種をまいたり、雑草をぬいたり、水をあげたりするのは私達の仕事。でもその種から芽を出し、成長させるのは神様の仕事。
There are somethings that we can control and that we can't. For example, the farmers part is to sow seeds, pull out the weeds and give water. But it's God's part is to actually grow the plants.  　

多くの人は自分でコントロールできないことにイライラして、待ってる間も全く楽しめない。　特に日本人は常に何かしてないと罪悪感を持ちやすい。　だけど、自分ができることをしつくした後は神様におまかせしよう！待つことをもっと楽しもう。
So many people get frustrated about things that they can not control. They can't enjoy the wait. Especially Japanese people tend to feel guilty if they aren't doing anything. But after doing your part, let God do his part! Let's enjoy the wait!

待つことを楽しめた時にどんどん自分の中でホンモノの忍耐が身についてくる。
When we can enjoy the wait, we will develop real patience inside us.

そして一番大事なのが・・・
But the most important one is..

３）　イエスを身に着ける！
Put on Jesus

忍耐強くなる一番の鍵はイエスを身に着けること。　私達は自分の力では限界がある。　
The key to becoming patient is to put on Jesus! We will reach our limit if we try to do things by our own strength.
 
イエスこそがわたしたちが模範とできる最も忍耐強い人。イエスは、私たちを愛してくれている。私達が失敗しても何度も赦し、またチャンスを与えてくれる。イエスは、私の成長を信じ、待ってくれている。
Jesus is the most patient man who existed. He is our role model. He loves us, he forgives us even though we make many mistakes and he gives us many chances. He always believes in us and waits for us to grow.

法律で活動することが禁止されてる中でも、病気の人がいたらリスクを犯して癒した。罪人や社会的に疎外されている人、どんな人に対しても、「あなたたちは神に愛されている」と教え、また一緒に食事をして交わり、愛を示した。
He always healed those who were sick even during the days that they were prohibited to work. He always shared his love to the sinners and outcasts of the society and told them that God loves them.

そのために、彼の人気と力を恐れるリーダー達に憎まれ、最後は十字架につけられて殺されてしまった。
So He got killed on the cross by the leaders who were scared of his power and popularity.

何故そこまで耐え忍ぶことができたのか。
Why was he so patient???

イエスは、未来をいつも思い描いていた。十字架の先に、復活があることを信じていた。そして、自分の死と共に、愛する人間たちの罪が流され、復活と共にその人達の新しい命を思い描いていた。
He always envisioned the future. He knew that He will rise again after the cross. And He knew that sins of people will be washed away as He dies on the cross and people will have new life as he rise again.

だから、攻撃に耐え、十字架の死にさえも忍耐することができた。
That is why he could stand firm in midst of all the attacks and He behaved patiently even when he was on the cross.

そのイエスの愛のすばらしさを深く味わえば味わうほど、私たちはイエスを愛するようになる。
The more we get to know about the love of Jesus and experience it we start loving Jesus more and more!

聖書にイエスがあなたを受け入れたように他の人々を受け入れなさいって書いてある。
In the bible it says, “Accept each other just as Christ has accepted you”. 　
私達が他の人を受け入れられるのは神様がまず私達を受け入れてくれたから。他の人に対して忍耐強くいられるのは、神様が自分達にたいして忍耐強くいてくれているから。
We can accept people because God accepted us first. We can be patient with people because God was patient with us.

どれだけイエスが忍耐強く愛してくれているのかを知って欲しい。そうすれば、自然と周りの人々に対して、状況に対して受け入れることができるようになっていく。
I want you to know how much Jesus loves us and How much He is patient with us. Then we will find people/things/situations easier to accept and be patient with them.

Do what you can do and God will do the rest! 　
自分ができることをしたら、あとは神様におまかせ☆

忍耐の実 (前半） FRUIT OF PATIENCE (part1)

日曜日、最高だった～！！！
We had great day on Sunday!

オーストラリアから高校生がたくさんきて、11時15分の回は人、人、人！
We had highschool students from Australia and the 11:15am service was PACKED!

ワーシップも盛り上がりました！
Worship was sooo good!

そして11時15分で聖霊の実シリーズをはじめて3週目！！！　日曜日は私がメッセージをさせてもらったよ☆　というわけで、ここにシェアするねー！　
And last Sunday was the 3rd week of Fruit of the Spirit series!!! I got to preach it, so I will post it here!

忍耐の実
The fruit of patience

忍耐は聖霊の実の一つ。
Patience is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit!

（ガラテヤ５：２２－２３）　しかし、御霊の実は、愛、喜び、平安、忍耐、親切、善意、誠実、柔和、自制です。このようなものを禁ずる律法はありません。
（Galations 5.22-23）
But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Against these things there is no law.

「忍耐」と聞いてあまりワクワクする人はいないよね。
No one really gets EXCITED about being PATIENT.

待ったりするその状況そのものが好きっていう人はいないと思う。
I think most people don't like the process of WAITING.

例えば、ディズニーランドにいって乗りたいアトラクションが３時間待ちでイエーイ！って喜ぶ人はいない。
For example, if you go to disneyland and if it says 3 hours wait for your favorite ride, you won't say "YES!!!!!!!" right?

でも、「忍耐力」って絶対に必要。
But we need the ability to be PATIENT!

毎日忍耐が試されることが起きる。　どんな人間関係においても、仕事においても、結婚生活においても、なければならないもの。
Everyday our patience is tested. In any relationships, at workplace in marriage... we need to be patient.

忍耐がないと、友達も少ないだろうし、人を育てることができないから良いリーダーにもなれない、結婚も子育てもうまくいかない。小さなことでイライラしたり、落ち込むから常に平安がない状態。
If you don't have patience, you can't have good friends, you can't be a good leader because you are not patient enough to train people and you can't succeed in your marriage life and child rearing. You'll get frustrated in small things and get depressed so you won't have peace at all.

聖書では忍耐力がある人のことをこういう風にいっている：
The bible explains patience is like this:

「愛するみなさん。あなたがたの人生は、多くの困難と誘惑に満ちていますか。そうであれば、喜びなさい。行く道の険しさは忍耐を養う良いチャンスとなるからです。忍耐力を十分に養いなさい。さまざまな問題が持ち上がった時、そこから逃げ出そうともがいてはいけません。忍耐力が十分に身につけば、完全に成長したどんなことにもびくともしない、ねばり強い性格の持ち主となれるからです。」（ヤコブ1:2～4）

忍耐の実。　完全に成長したどんなことにもびくともしない人間！　そういう風になりたいよね？
Fruit of patience... Don't you think you want to become a mature and complete person, not lacking anything?

そのためには忍耐が必要です！！！
We need patience to become that person!!!

忍耐ってどういうもの？
What does PATIENCE look like?

１）    忍耐と我慢は違う。
It is different from GAMAN (tolerating)

忍耐と我慢の違いを特に日本人に知って欲しい。
I want to say this to the Japanese especially.

日本人って我慢強いよね。　例えば、満員電車で通勤。真夏にスーツにスーツを着ているビジネスマン。それとか、食べたいもののためなら、並ぶ人多いし。祝日でも仕事や学校にいく人達が多い。
I think Japanese are very tolerant people. For example, People get on packed trains, I see many Japanese businessmen wearing suit in summer. Also people still line up in a long queue to eat what they like to eat and many people go to school and work in public holiday.

小さい頃から、「我慢しなさい！」ってしつけられてるから、我慢することになれてるのかもしれない。
Perhaps Japanese people are used to tolerating things as they are told from childhood to supress themselves.

でも聖書でいっている忍耐は我慢とは違う。
But patience and tolerance are different!!!

我慢＝　ただ苦しみが過ぎ去るのを待つこと、結果的に消極的な感じ。しかも溜め込んでいるのでいつ爆発するかわからない。我慢には喜びも希望も感じない。
Tolerating= Just waiting for the pain to leave. It's passive. Also you are suppressing yourself so you will never know when you will explode. There is no joy or hope there.

聖書でいっている忍耐はもっと行動的なもの。　あきらめないこと、ただ受身に待つことではなくて、待っている間も活動をすること。　目標に達成するまで、全てのことを耐え忍ぶことができる力。　
The Bible says that patience is more ACTIVE. It's about not giving up. Not just waiting passively but doing something as you are waiting. It's the power to overcome anything until you reach the goal.

「わたしたちはさらに、さまざまな困難に直面した時も喜ぶことができます。　それは忍耐を学ぶのに役立つからです。忍耐によって、私たちの人格は筋金入りにされて、ひいては神様への信頼を深められるのです。こうしてついに私たちの希望と信仰は強く、何者にも動じなくなるのです。そうなった時、どんなことが起ころうとも失望落胆せず、また、万事が益であるとわかります。」（ローマ５：３－５）

Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. (Romans 5:3-5)

忍耐の先には必ず希望がある!!!
There is always hope in PATIENCE!!!



2) 約束（ビジョン）を思い描き、期待し続ける力
Ability to see the promises (VISION) and wait in expectation

忍耐は待つことではない。待っている間にどういう行動をとるかということ。
Patience is not about waiting but it's how you act while you are waiting.

聖書の中で、農夫の例えでわかりやすくかいてある：
The bible gives us a clear illustration of patience through the farmers:

「こういうわけですから、兄弟たち。主が来られる時まで耐え忍びなさい。見なさい。農夫は、大地の貴重な実りを、秋の雨や春の雨が降るまで、耐え忍んで待っています」（ヤコブ5:7）。

Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. (James 5:7)

機械など無い時代、硬い土地を耕したり、種をまいたり、水をやったり、雑草を取ったりする農作業はつらい仕事だった。それでも、農夫たちはそういうつらい仕事を続けて、収穫をまつことができた。
Imagine how hard it would have been with no machines to cultivate the land, sow seeds, give water and pull out the weeds. It wasn't an easy job. But the farmers were able to continue that everyday and wait for the harvest.

なんでだろう？
Do you know why?

それは、豊かな収穫の時を思い描いているから。ビジョンがあったから！
That's because they were focusing on the harvest time. They had vision!

マルコ 4:27 夜は寝て、朝は起き、そうこうしているうちに、種は芽を出して育ちます。どのようにしてか、人は知りません。

(Mark 4:27) Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.

私達は、「いつ、どうやって」　待っているものを与えてくれるのかは知ることはできない。だけど、神様は知ってる!!!
We don't know WHEN and HOW things happens but the good news is... GOD KNOWS!!!!

一つ確実なことは必ず神様がベストを用意してくれているってこと。
And we know that God has the best for us.

多くの人は結果を見る前にあきらめてしまう。 待っている途中で「やっぱり無理」とか｢神様は何もしてくれないんじゃ・・・」って疑ってしまって、神様の約束を見ることができない。　でも、神様はこういっている。
So many people just give up before seeing anything. When they are waiting, they will say "oh, I can't wait anymore!" or "I don't know if God is going to do anything for me..." and they miss out on seeing God's blessings! But God says this.

ハバクク２：３　だがわたしがしようとしていることは、今すぐには起こらない。ゆっくりと、少しずつ、しかも確実に、実行に移される。遅いように思えても、失望するな。必ず計画通りになるのだ。忍耐してまて。ただの一日も遅れることはない。

Habakkuk 2:3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time;it speaks of the end　and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it;it will certainly come and will not delay.

今、仕事を探している人。結婚相手を探している人。友達や家族にイエスを受け入れて欲しいって思っている人。　あきらめないでいこう！　今結果がでてなくても種をまき続けよう！　　
So if you are looking for a job, life partner, or waiting for your family and friends to get saved... let's not give up!!! Let's keep on sowing seeds and wait in EXPECTATION!

２)　It’s the beginning of Love
忍耐は愛のはじまり

この前ルークが「愛の実」について話したけど、「愛」の実を結ぶには、忍耐は欠かせない。　
Luke talked about fruit of love before, but in order to bear fruit of love you need patience!

特に結婚したい人、子供が欲しい人！　忍耐がなければ、うまくいかないよ！（笑）
Especially if you want to get married and have children, you can't succeed without being patient!

聖書の第１コリント人への手紙13章に愛についてかかれてるんだけど、一番最初にかかれているのは・・・
In the Bible 1 Corinthians 13, it is talking about LOVE, but the first thing it says about love is,

愛は極めて忍耐強く、 Love is patient.

第一コリントでも忍耐が一番初めにきている！　忍耐は愛を表す行動のはじまり。
Wow, patience comes first in love! So patience is the beginning of act of love.

忍耐を行動にうつすというのは人を赦し、その人達の変化・成長を期待して待つこと。
Act of patience means forgiving people, believing in their potential and waiting for them to grow and change.

 

ルークと遠距離恋愛をしていた時に忍耐をめちゃくちゃ試された。
When Luke and I were doing long distance relationships our patience was tested all the time!

２４時間通話無料の電話に契約したんだけど、話している間にずっとキーンという音が鳴ったり、ルーク耳がおかしくなるほど突然私の声が大きく聞こえたり、ルークは何度携帯を投げたくなったかわからないといっていたほど！（笑）
We got a phone that you can call for free 24hours but while we were talking, sometimes we had really irritating noise and on Luke's side of the phone, many times my voice went suddenly so loud that he almost became deaf! Many times Luke wanted to throw the phone out of the window! (lol)

忍耐強くないと自分でいってるルークが何も言わずに電話を続けてくれたことを後で知った。その時愛を感じた。
But he told me later about it, and I felt loved as he says that he is not naturally patient man.

忍耐は愛のはじまり。
So patience is the beginning of love.

神様は家でも職場でも学校で接する人に対して、小さなことから大きなことまで私達に忍耐することを求めている。でも、どうやって？　
God wants us to be patient with everyone and everything from small things to big things in our workplace, schools etc.

どうやったらもっと忍耐強くなれるのか？
So how can we become more patient???

回転寿司とやっぱりマリオカート SUSHI TRAIN AND MARIO CART (ofcourse!)

ついに聖霊の実シリーズ大好評です☆　毎週11時15分のチャーチでメッセージがきけます！
People are really enjoying our fruit of the Spirit series!!!  Everyweek, in the 11:15am service you can listen to the message.

クリスチャンとして結果をだしていくこと。　神様が約束している結果について話してます。
It's about seeing the results of being a christian. the kind of results God promises.

一週目はルークが愛の実について話した。
Luke talked about Fruit of LOVE in the first week.

先週はベッカが忠実さの実についてシェアした。
Last week, Becka talked about faithfulness.

そして明日は・・・　私が話します！！！！！
And tomorrow.... I am going to talk about a fruit!!!

何の実でしょう？？？　きてからのお楽しみです☆　是非きてね！

そして、昨日はチャーチのカップル、けーすけとゆみと回転寿司屋に行きました！！！
And yesterday, Luke and I went to SUSHI TRAIN with Keisuke and Yumi, one of the couples in our church.

ゆみのバースデー祝いです☆
We went there to celebrate Yumi's birthday！

実は・・・ルーク、人生２回目の寿司屋・・・・！　いつも外食にいくにしても絶対にすし屋は選ばない・・・。　刺身が苦手みたい。
And this was Luke's 2nd time eating in a sushi shop. He never chooses SUSHI when we are eating out. He doesn't like raw fish.

でも、昨日ついにはじめて一緒にすし屋にいきましたー！
But yesterday for the first time I went to sushi train with Luke!

ちなみにみんなルークが何を食べるのか大注目。
Everyone was interested in what Luke will eat (lol)

そしたら以外にも・・・・
Surprisingly...

サーモンとえびをとったよ！！！
He chose Salmon and Prawn!

しかも　「おいし～！」っていってた。　ルークが生のものを食べるのは衝撃的だ(笑）
And he said it was delicious! It's really surprising to see Luke eating raw food!

　

けーすけとゆみはシェアしながら食べていてかわいかった（＾＾）　この夫婦は本当に面白くて可愛い。
Keisuke and Yumi were sharing together and they were so cute! They are such a funny and cute couple!

こうやって一緒に楽しく遊べる夫婦が近所にいること、神様に感謝だよ～！！！
Thank you God that we have great married couple near our house! It's so fun hanging out with them! They are our great friends.　

ゆみはまだ２３歳！　そして今年ママになる。　来年はもう１人参加だね（＾＾）
Yumi is still only 23. And she is going to be a mum this year! So next year we will have one more person :)

食事の後はゲーセンでプリクラとったり、４人でマリオカート対決して楽しかった！　
After dinner we went to take PURIKURA (photo stickers) and played mario cart together.

神様、いつも最高の仲間をありがとう！！！！
God, thank you for great friends in our lives!!!!

夏の誘惑・女性ができること Temptation in Summer- What women can do

最近ルークと話していてあがった話題をシェアしたいと思う。
I was having this conversation with Luke recently,

実は世の中の多くの女性がこの事実を知らない、または考えたことがないんじゃないかな～って思うんだ。
and I realised that perhaps many women don't know this reality, or maybe never thought about it.

夏にむけて女性が一番油断してしまってること！　（私もそうだった・・・）
One of the things that I recommend women  to watch out during this summer season is..

体の露出について- 着ているもの
WHAT YOU WEAR.

夏になるとやっぱり女性の露出が激しくなってくる。　ミニスカート、ショートパンツ、そして海の定番のビキニ！！！
In summer, women tend to wear less. For example, mini skirts, short pants and bikinis for beach!

ルークいわく、「もし男性から大切に思われたいなら、露出はひかえて！」ということ。
According to Luke, "If you want men to respect you, don't expose your body too much!"

ルークがいつもいってる、　"You will attract what you show." 「あなたがひきつけてるものはあなたが見せてるもの。」
Luke always says, "You will attract what you show."

だから、露出が激しい子には、体目当の男性が集まることが多いと思う。
So girls who expose their body too mcuh will attract in your body, to have sex..

もし、誠実な男性と結婚したいと思ってるなら、彼らにリスペクトされる服装・態度をとろう！
So if you want to marry a good guy let's dress and behave in a way to earn their respect.

誠実な神様を愛している男性は、誰にでも自分の体を見せびらかすような女性に対して「尊敬の心」を持つ事は難しいらしい。　「自分のこと大事にしてないのかな。」と思うことが多いらしい。
Good guys, especially Godly men will find it hard to respect you if you are wearing clothes that exposes your body too much. Most of them will think that you are insecure.

ルークがいってることで、私には男性心理はうまく説明できないんだけど、「男性は視覚（ビジュアル）によって性欲、情欲、誘惑を感じる」らしい。
Because I'm not a guy, so I can't explain everything but according to Luke, "Men get tempted and sexually aroused by visuals"

だから、クリスチャンの男性は、女性を性的な対象としてではなく、人間としてリスペクトしたいし、何よりも罪を犯したくないので、戦ってるんだよね。　
That's why Christian men are battling against temptation. They do want to respect women. They don't want to see women as sexual objects.

（マタイ 5:28－29) しかし、わたしはあなたがたに言います。だれでも情欲をいだいて女を見る者は、すでに心の中で姦淫を犯したのです。もし、右の目が、あなたをつまずかせるなら、えぐり出して、捨ててしまいなさい。
.
(Matthew 5:28 -29)  But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.  If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.

特に日本は電車の中吊りとかコンビ二の本棚とかありとあらゆるところに女性の体が露出されてる。　そして、夏になったら、街中の女の子の露出が増えるから、チャレンジは大きくなる。
Especially in Japan, there is temptation everywhere starting from train advertisements and in convenience store bookshelves. And in summer, girls wear less in town so the challenge increases.

でも一番悔しいのは、クリスチャンの女性が誘惑するような服装・態度をとってしまってる時。
But the worst thing is if Christian women dress/act in a way that tempts Christian men.

私も最初にクリスチャンのリーダーたちに説明された時は、「え、ちょっと大げさなんじゃないの？　私をみて誘惑される人なんていないだろうし」って思ってた時もあった。　男性じゃないから、理解するのが難しかった。
When Christian Leaders explained to me about this I used to think, "Aren't they overexaggerating? No one will get tempted by seeing me!" and some things were hard to understand because I'm not men.

でも、大事な男友達が神様に従うのを応援する意味でも自分自身が気をつける必要があるんだなって思うようになった。
But I started to realise the importance of doing what I can do to support Christian men to obey God and win this battle.

（ローマ 14:13）ですから、私たちは、もはや互いにさばき合うことのないようにしましょう。いや、それ以上に、兄弟にとって妨げになるもの、つまずきになるものを置かないように決心しなさい。

(Romans 14:13) Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother's way

私が具体的に気をつけてることは、
So this is what I be careful of.

＊ちょっとかがんだくらいで簡単に胸が見える服は着ない
＊下着が透けないようにする
＊かがんだ時に背中とか下着が見えないように気をつける (ミニすぎるのをさける）
＊ビキニとか露出の多い服は避ける。　海でもショートパンツにタンクトップかビーチドレス。

- I don't wear clothes that exposes my chest when I bend down.
- I don't wear see through clothes.
- I make sure my underwear and back won't show when I bend down.
- I don't wear bikini at the beach. I wear beach dress or short pants and a singlet top.

あ、これはちなみにルールではないです！　チャーチでもこれを着ては駄目・これを着てっていうのは規制はしてないし、個人の自由になってる。
By the way, this is not a rule! In our church we never say don't wear this or do wear this etc. It's up to that person.

でも、私達が露出を控えることがクリスチャンの男性を守ることだと思ったら、自然に気をつけるようになると思う。
But when we know that by wearing modestly protects Christian men, we want to be careful.

ルークと遠距離恋愛をしていた時に私が露出の激しい服装を着なくて、他の男性の気をひこうとしない態度をとっているのをみて、信頼できたっていってた。
When Luke and I were doing long distance relationship, Luke said it helped him feeling secure and build trust towards me because I dressed modestly and I didn't try to attract other guy's attention.

気をつけていても油断してしまうことがある。でも、やっぱりわたしは徹底したい。
Even though I try my best, sometimes I make mistakes... but I still want to make this commitment.

自分の体を、誘惑の材料にしたくないから。
Because I don't want to tempt men around me.

夫以外の男性を性的に刺激したくないから。
Because I don't want to sexually stimulate men beside my husband.

それは、ダサくなれっていってることではない。　露出が高くなくたって、オシャレを楽しむことはできる☆　
Wearing more doesn't mean you'll look daggy. Even if you can't expose your body too much you can still dress cool.

また、どれほどイエスが私のことを愛し、高価で尊いと思ってくれているかを知ることによって、もっと自分を大事にしようって思えるようになった。
Also by knowing how much Jesus loves me and thinks highly of me, I realise that I should take care of myself more and more.

(1コリント 6:19－20) あなたがたのからだは、あなたがたのうちに住まれる、神から受けた聖霊の宮であり、あなたがたは、もはや自分自身のものではないことを、知らないのですか。あなたがたは、代価を払って買い取られたのです。ですから自分のからだをもって、神の栄光を現わしなさい。

(Corinthians 6:19-20) Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

中身が同じだったとしても、綺麗ななラッピングがされているプレゼントと、ラッピングなしで中身丸出しのプレゼントがあるとする。
Imagine if there are two  same gifts. One is not wrapped with paper at all. And the other one is wrapped with beautiful paper and a ribbon.

どっちが大事にあつかわれると思う？　
Which gift looks more special? 

ラッピングがしてあるほうが大事に扱われると思うし、わくわく度が違う。　しかも、そのラッピングをあけられるのはただ1人。　神様の前で一生のコミットメントを誓った夫のみ（＾＾）
I think people will treat the wrapped gift better and get excited about it! And only one person can open that gift. Your husband who made a vow infront of God. Who decided to make a commitment.

実は、外で露出を控えることはつまらないのではなくて、大事な夫の前で一番魅力的でいられるので、楽しいんだよね（＾＾）
So dressing modestly outside is not actually boring, but it's fun because you can be the most attractive in front of your husband.

長くなってしまったけど・・・　最後にもう一度だけ・・・　 "You will attract what you show." 「あなたがひきつけてるものはあなたが見せてるもの。」
Sorry for this long post but I want to say again "You will attract what you show."　

男性にリスペクトされる服装・態度をとって、誠実な人と結婚しよう（＾＾）　
Let's dress and act in a way that we can gain guys trust and marry a faithful man!

ときめきビーチにいってきた！ Love at first sight beach

夏のジーザスライフハウス大阪イベントで・・・・ときめきビーチにいってきました！！！
We went to "TOKI MEKI BEACH!" (Love at first sight beach) as Jesus Lifehouse Osaka Summer Event!

ときめきって最初冗談かと思ったけど・・・　本当です！！！
I thought they were joking when they told me the name of the beach was TOKI MEKI but it really exists!!!

みんなで一緒にいったよ☆　30人ぐらいはいたと思う。
We went together....! I think there were at least 30 people.

ガールズ Girls

ボーイズ！ Guys

駅に到着してテンションあがります！！！　
People got excited as they arrived at the station!

無料送迎バス・・・！　ときめきビーチってかいてある！（笑　
Free bus... it said "Love at first sight beach" (lol)

めっちゃ遠足気分です！　バスの中でもおお盛り上がり！
It was like an excursion. People got super excited on the bus.

海についてからそれぞれ色々な行動をとっていて面白かった。
When we arrived at the beach people did different things. It was fun!

ラグビーをしたり・・・
Some played rugby

海に突き飛ばしあったり・・・・
Some pushed each other in the sea

浮き輪を離さない男の子にみんなが水泳を指導したり（笑
Some taught the guy who didn't let go of his float how to swim (lol)

砂で顔を作ったり・・・・　ん、ちょっとまって
Some made a face out of sand... hey wait a minute...

リアルに怖い顔だよね（笑）
This looks really scary!

みんな：　「きも！！！！」
All of them: "EEEEEW."

かずを砂で埋めたり・・・
We buried Kazu in the sand (lol)

人魚になっちゃった！？？？（笑）
He became a mermaid!!!

とにかくたっくさん笑って、思い切り遊んで、みんなとも時間が過ごせて　めっちゃ最高の海のイベントでした☆
We had such a great time together, we laughed alot, played alot and this was the best beach event!

日本の海で泳ぐのってはじめてだったけど、みんなと海にこれて本当によかった！
It was my first time swimming in the Japanese beach but I was so happy to be there with people!

ジーザスライフハウス大阪ではこうやってチャーチ外もチョコチョコあるので、是非参加してねー！！！！！
In Jesus Lifehouse we have fun events outside church as well so please come and join us!!!!

ラブラブでいいじゃん！ Let's get more affectionate!

今日はルークとの結婚生活で実践していることについて話します☆　夫婦がラブラブでいる秘訣！
Today I want to talk about things we are doing as married couples... one of the ways to keep our romance alive!

それは・・・
that is...

言葉によって、スキンシップによって相手に対して愛情を表現すること。
expressing love towards each other by words and being affectionate.

＜言葉によって BY WORD＞

人前でお互いのことをめっちゃ褒めること！
Saying good things about each other in public!

ルークは人前でもめちゃめちゃ私を褒めてくれる。
Luke always says good things about me in front of others.

私の外見のこと、性格のこと、能力すべて。
My looks, personalities and abilities... everything.

最初は照れたり、「オーバーなのでは？」って思ったけど、これって凄く大事なことだって気がついた。
At first I was shy and thought "isn't he exaggerating?" but I realised how important this is.

よくパートナーのことを人前でけなしたり、短所を笑ったりする夫婦がいるけど、これって二人の関係において何も良いことがないと思う。　
Sometimes I hear husbands and wives saying bad things about each other or making cruel jokes about each other but this is not building the relationship at all.

私もルークの良いところを人前で褒めるし、尊敬していることを隠さない。
I always say good things about Luke in front of other people and I don't hide the fact that I respect him.

「ルーク凄いね、いいね！」って言われた時は、　「うん！」って言う。　だって本当だもん（＾＾）
If someone says, "Luke is great!" I will say "Yes he is great!" because that's true!

夫婦はお互いのことをトコトン褒めあうべき。　日本の謙遜文化なんて壊しちゃえ！
I think married couples should say good things about each other all the time. Let's get rid of "humble culture" in Japan.

これは、西洋文化ではなく、クリスチャン文化！　日本人同士でも実践できる。
This is not Western Culture but it's Christian culture. Japanese people can do it as well!

チャーチの日本人夫婦のよしととやよいも凄い実践してる。
Our Japanese married couple Yayoi and Yoshito in our church do it too!

この前よしとがやよいを探していた時、「あれ？僕のミセスユニバースはどこ？」っていっていて凄い微笑ましかった！　
Last time when Yoshito was looking for Yayoi he said, "Where did my Mrs Universe GO?" That was so cute!

夫婦はとことん人前で褒めあおう！
So if you are married, let's say good things about each other in public!

この前ルークが恋愛相談を受けていたんだけど、　「僕は婚約者と手をつないだり、ハグしたりしたいんだけど、日本の文化は違うみたいで、それをすることで周りが嫌がる。やっぱり控えたほうがいいのかな・・・」
Few days ago some guy asked Luke, "I want to hold hands and be affectionate with my fiance but things are different in Japan and many people don't like it when I do that. Should I stop being affectionate in public?"

これに対してのルークの答えは　「そんなこと気にせずにどんどん手をつないじゃえー！」（笑）
And Luke said to him, "Don't worry about it! Just hold her hand!"

婚約してる頃、私とルークが手をつないだり、ラブラブなのをみて嫌がる人達もいた。
When I was engaged to Luke, some people didn't like us holding hands.

「見せ付けないで！」みたいに思ってる子がいたんだ。
Someone actually said, "Stop showing off!"

逆に人前でアッサリしてるカップルをみて、「あの二人は人前でさっぱりしてるからいいね。」っていう人達もいたんだ。
Some people loved seeing couples who weren't affectionate in public at all.

でも、それって何で？？？？
But WHY????

恋人同士でラブラブなのを見かけることが多くても、夫婦でラブラブなのを見ることは少ない。
We don't see many married couples being affectionate but we do see lovers being affectionate.

きっと、嫌がる子とかはそういうロールモデル（模範）を見て育たなかったんだと思う。
I think those people who couldn't stand it haven't seen any good role models in their lives.

私は、ルークと一緒に　「堂々としようね！」って決めてるんだ。
Luke and I made a commitment to be affectionate in public no matter what.

だって、私達がラブラブでいることによって「結婚っていいな」って思って欲しいし、本当にラブラブだから隠す必要ないと思うし！
Because by us loving each other we want people to have vision for great marriage and I don't think we need to hide how much we love each other!

またルークは、「夫婦がみんなの前でラブラブだったら、二人の間に第三者が入る隙はないんだよ」ってまわりにも伝わるっていってた。　
Also Luke said when we show others that we love each other so much there is no space for anyone to come into our marriage.

もし、夫婦がお互いを褒めあったり、ラブラブでいるのを見て　「やめて！」って思ったり心地悪く感じる人がいるなら、何故思うのか考えてみて欲しい。　心のどこかに傷がない？
If you always feel uncomfortable when you see married couples saying good things in public or being affectionate, I want you to think why you feel like that. Maybe you need to be healed in some areas.

私とルークはこの面で妥協する気持ちは一切ない。
Luke and I are not going to compromise in this area.

クリスチャンの夫婦が日本文化を越えて、クリスチャン文化を実践した時に、周りにとってもそれが普通になっていくって信じてるから（＾＾）
We believe that when Christian married couples put Christian Culture first  over Japanese Culture, that becomes the new normal for people around them.

夫婦こそ人前で愛情表現していくべき！　そしてそれを見てる周りの人達は嫌がるのではなく、自分も結婚したらそういう風になるってビジョンをもってワクワクしてほしい☆
Married couples should be more affectionate in public! And those around them shouldn't feel uncomfortable but I want you to get excited and have vision for great marriage.

というわけで、世界一素敵で尊敬できる旦那様をもった私は幸せです（＾＾）
So I am so blessed to have the best husband in the world :)

聖霊の実： 愛 Fruit of the Spirit- LOVE

ルークがはじめた聖霊の実シリーズ、最初のフルーツを紹介します☆
I'll share about the first fruit of the spirit, the series that Luke started :)

愛の実
The fruit of love.

神様が愛！　神様が愛の原型だから、神様に出会うまえはホンモノの愛を体験することはできない。
God is love! You can't really experience love to its greatest potential until you meet with God because he is love in its original, purest form.

イエスという木に繋がった時、イエスが私達を覆い、彼の愛によって実を結ぶことが出来る。
When we connect to the vine of Jesus and let him wrap his love around us the fruit of that will show in our lives!

（ガラテヤ５：２２－２３）　しかし、御霊の実は、愛、喜び、平安、寛容、親切、善意、誠実、柔和、自制です。このようなものを禁ずる律法はありません。
（Galations 5.22-23）
But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy peace, patients, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Against these things there is no law.

愛は聖霊の実。
Love is THE fruit of the spirit.

愛から他の実を結ぶことができる。
Out of love come all the other ones.

私達みんなの中に愛がある。神様の愛。　あなたの中で愛を詰まらせてない？
We all have love inside us. The love of god.
Is the love of clogged up inside you?

（ローマ５：５）　神の愛が私達にそそがれているからです。
（Romans 5:5)　The love of god is shed aboard in your heart.

イエスを受け入れた時、愛は種の状態で植えられる。　筋トレのように使えば使うほど大きくなる。
Love begins as a seed when we receive Jesus. Like a muscle that gets worked when we use it, it grows.

愛を実践することは感情ではなく、選択。
Operating in love is not a feeling but a choice.

私達の人生の中で愛のフルーツをならしていかないといけない。
We need to develop the fruit of love in our lives!

じゃあ愛ってどんな形？
What does love look like?

1. 傷つくことを手放すこと
Disregards offenses

簡単に気分を害さないこと。
Not easily offended.

１ペテロ４：８　何よりも互いに深く愛し合いなさい。なぜなら愛は多くの欠点を補うからです。
I peter 4.8
Above all love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sin.

良い結婚は正しいこと・間違ったことの記録をつけたりしない。
Good marriages don't keep score cards of rights and wrongs.

私達は間違ったことを記録する記録係ではない。
We are not accountants of wrongs

 

ホンモノの愛の中心には必ず赦しがある。
At the center of real love is always forgiveness

ある人はめっちゃ傷つきやすい。　自分の傷ついたことに注目をあてすぎるのはやめよう。傷つきやすいとイエスからフォーカスがずれてしまう。
Some people are so easily offended. Stop paying so much attention to your hurt feelings.That keeps our focus off Jesus and puts it on us all the time.

小さなことを大きくしないように。
Don't make a big deal in your heart about small things.

記録してるものはすべて破り捨てよう。
Throw away the score card.

2. 愛は謙虚　Love is humble.

（ヤコブ３：１３）あなたがたのうちで、知恵のある、賢い人はだれでしょうか。その人は、その知恵にふさわしい柔和な行ないを、良い生き方によって示しなさい。
(James 3.13)　Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by their good life, by good deeds in the humility that comes wisdom.

毎回自分が正しくないといけないのはプライド。
Having to be right all the time is actually pride.

どんな関係でも、外側に表われる人と内側にあらわれる人がいる。
In any relationship there are innies and outies.

外側にあらわれる人は人のせいにして攻撃する。
The outies explode and fight right there and then about the thing.

内側に表れる人は爆弾のよう。すべて心にこめて、沈黙で人をコントロールする。　フラペチーノ式の締め出し方。もうあなたと話したくない。氷のように冷たくなる。
Innies are like time bombs. They keep everything in. they manipulate through silence. The frapachino style disagreement. Well I just wont talk to you.. ill ice you out.

それは相手を支配しようとしてること。コントロールしようとしている時に良い関係を築くことができない。他のひとを変えようとしてる。
That's manipulation, and you cant good relationships when you try to control people. Trying to turn people into something else.

謙虚さについてのもうひとつの間違いは謙虚な人は自信がないということ。イエスは謙虚で自信があった！
Another mistake about humility is thinking humble people are not confident. Jesus was humble and confident!

3. 愛は辛い時もそこにある
Love sticks through tough times.

箴言 17:17 友はどんなときにも愛するものだ。兄弟は苦しみを分け合うために生まれる。
Proverbs 17.17　A friend is born for adversity.

ある人はキリスト教は従わないといけないルールだって思う。実際は一つのルール。愛！
Some people think that Christianity is a list of rules that you have to follow. Actually, it is one rule. LOVE!

ヨハネ福　 13:34 あなたがたに新しい戒めを与えましょう。あなたがたは互いに愛しあいなさい。わたしがあなたがたを愛したように、そのように、あなたがたも互いに愛し合いなさい。
John 13. 34-35
A new command I give you. Love the lord your god with all you heart, all your soul and all your might. And love your neighbor as your self.

愛が全てのクリスチャンの特技！
Love is the prize of every Christian. Its what we major in!

人生で愛を発展し、実践することで全てがついてくる。
Develop and practice love in your life and all the rest will follow.

人を愛することができたら、忍耐強くなるし、良い関係がもてる。人に対して穏やかになる。
If you love people you will be patient with them, you will have joyful relationships, you will be gentle with people etc.

4.　愛は恵み深い Love is merciful

値しない人に良いことをしていくこと。
"Doing good to people who don't deserve it."

福音：神様は自分が模範となっていないもので私達に求めることはない。そして、私達が恵み深くなれるように霊をあたえてくれる。イエスが十字架で行ったことが今まで起きた中でも最大の犠牲の愛だった。
GOSPEL: God would not expect us to do this if he didn't model it and put his spirit in us to help us live mercifully. What Jesus did at the cross was the greatest symbol of sacrificial love that ever happened.

ローマ５：８　しかし私たちがまだ罪人であったとき、キリストが私たちのために死んでくださったことにより、神は私たちに対するご自身の愛を明らかにしておられます。
Romans 5.8 　But god demonstrates his great love for us in this, while were yet sinners Christ died for us.

私達の中では自分勝手さと神様の道で戦ってる。
It's a war between selfishness and God's way inside of us.

自己中を勝たせないで！！！
Don't let selfishness win.

楽しみとして、返せない人に良いことをし始めてみて！大阪人はきっとこれが大好き！ボランティアスピリットはこういうことだよね（＾＾）
Just for fun, start doing things for people that cant pay you back. Osaka people love this. This is the spirit of volunteering!

We are going to have a special guest from Tokyo, Pastor Ryuta!

そして、皮ジャンをこよなく愛し、ジーザスライフハウス東京でファッションリーダーとなっている牧師（笑）
He is the pastor who loves leather jackets and is kind of a fashion leader in Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo(lol)

I think he is the Japanese preacher who can deliver the most powerful inspiring message of God in Japan!

洗礼式＝大パーティ！！ Baptisms= Massive Party!!!

昨日は洗礼式でした！！！　めっちゃ感動だった・・・！　写真レポをＵＰします！
Yesterday we had BAPTISMS!!! We were soooo touched! I will share some photos here :)

今回洗礼を受けた6人！！！　6人というのも記録突破だし、何より...
6 people got baptised yesterday!!! That's a record and most of all...

めっちゃインターナショナルだった。
it was sooo international!

日本人3人、台湾人1人、フィリピン人1人にケニア人1人！！！
3 Japanese, Taiwanese, Philippino and Kenan.

最近、ジーザスライフハウス大阪、色々な国からの人が集まってるんだけど本当に国を越えてイエスに出会ってみんなと家族になって・・・凄い素敵だよね！
It's so amazing when you think about people in Jesus Lifehouse from all over the world and becoming one family we love Jesus!

今回の洗礼式の会場はジーザスファミリーさんのチャーチを貸して頂きました！　ありがとうございました！
Jesus Family church let us use their venue for our baptisms! Thank you so much!

まずルークと私で洗礼の意味を説明します。　ローマ　６：４－８
First Luke and I explain the meaning of baptisms Romans 6:4-8　

その後に洗礼始まる前のワーシップ！　大盛り上がり！！！
We worship together before baptising people... it's a party!

みんなで思いっきり賛美します！ジーザス最高！
We worship together! Jesus rocks!

クーラーきいてるはずなのに、熱気ムンムン！！！　みんな熱い！！！！
Even though we had air conditioner on, it was soooo hot! People were ON FIRE!

で、ここから一人ひとり洗礼を受けるんだけど、洗礼式で感動するのがその人達がどうやってイエスと出会い、人生を変えられたのかという話。
And then we baptised one by one and what's really special about baptisms is that we get to hear all the stories about how they met Jesus and how Jesus changed their lives.

6人とも凄いパワフルなストーリーがあったので、洗礼を受けてる写真と共にシェアするね☆
So each one of them had powerful stories so I'll share that along with the photos :)

1人目はＲ。　Ｒは家族がカトリック系だったんだけど、ミサにいっても退屈だったし、まったく神様を身近に感じていなかった。
First person who got baptised was R. He was born in a Catholic family but he was really bored in masses that he went and he couldn't feel close to God.

でも、日本にきてジーザスライフハウスに出会って、はじめて神様をすっごく身近に感じたし、うちのチャーチのスタイルが自分に凄くあってるって思った。
But since he came to Japan and started coming to Jesus Lifehouse, he felt really close to God for the first time and he really liked our way of doing things.

そこからもっと変わってきてるし、イエスが大好きで周りの人にもそれを伝えたいって思ったから今回洗礼を受ける決心をした！（＾＾）
Since then he is changing a lot, he is loving Jesus more and more and he decided to get baptised this time to tell people how much Jesus means to his life.

みんなでＲのことを祈ったよ（＾＾）
We prayed together for R!

次はＴ（一番右）。　カトリック系の幼稚園にいってたんだけど、クリスチャンではなかった。家は仏教系でお寺を管理する側だったから、教会にいくチャンスもなかった。
Next was T (on the righthand side of the photo) He used to go to a Catholic kindergarden but he was not a Christian. His family was buddhist who took care of temples so he didn't have any opportunity to go to a church.

ジーザスライフハウス東京のＫＡＴを通じて、イエスのことを知り、ＫＡＴが「大阪にもジーザスライフハウスあるよ！」って紹介してくれたからいってみた。
But through KAT in Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo he got to know about Jesus and Kat recommended him to come to Jesus Lifehouse in Osaka. So he came.

そして、ジーザスライフハウス大阪にきたときに凄い感動した。
And when he came to Jesus Lifehouse Osaka he was really moved.

神様っているんだって思えた。
He felt that God was real!

そして、ルークのビジネスマンのライフグループに入って、3週間前にイエスを受け入れてクリスチャンになった！！！
And he joined Luke's business men's lifegroup and received Jesus 3 weeks ago and became a Christian!

彼もどんどん変わってきてる。　笑顔も増えたし、内面の変化が外面にあらわれてるかんじ（＾＾）
He is changing everyweek! He smiles more and I can see his inner change coming out :)

ルークのライフグループ（＾＾）　本当にいつもルークライフグループのみんなの成長を喜んでいて、今回次のリーダーになるけーすけくんがＴに洗礼を授けたことも凄い喜んでた！　ビジネスマンライフグループ成長中です！
Luke's Lifegroup guys. Luke is so proud of his guys growth and he was really happy to see Keisuke (the next leader) baptising T. Businessmen's lifegroup is growing!

そして、台湾人のＪ。　Ｊはクリスチャンの友だちもたくさんいたし、台湾のチャーチにいってたんだけど、自分はクリスチャンになろうとは思わなかった。
And J, the taiwanese girl. She had many christian friends in Taiwan and she used to go to church there. But she never thought of becoming a Christian.

でも、クリスマスプレゼント欲しいからクリスチャンになろうかな～ってのりで考えていたら、日本にきてダニエルに出会った！
But she was thinking " Maybe I can become a Christian so I can have Christmas presents!" and then she came to Japan and met Danielle.

ダニエルが神様からの贈り物だったっていってた！（かわいい・・・）
She felt that Danielle was a gift from God...(so cute!)

ルークのメッセージも最高だし、みんなフレンドリーで神様をもっと身近に感じたし、チャーチ大好きになった！
She loved Luke's preaching and our church with friendly people. She felt closer to God!

イエスが大好きでたまらないので、今回洗礼をうけてもっと気持ちを外に表そうと思ったんだって（＾＾）
She decided to get baptised because she loves Jesus so much and she wanted to express her love :)

そしてＭ。　クリスチャンになってから長いんだけど、イエスを信じてるといいながら神様が喜ばない選択をしてきた。　クリスチャンとして前進してなかったと思う。
Next was M. She's been a Christian for a while but she felt that she wasn't growing as  a Christian and she was not always living according to God's way.

だけどジーザスライフハウスにきてから、シンプルだけど実践することの大切さをしって神様にもっと近づけた気がする。　自分が明らかに変わってきた。
But since coming to Jesus Lifehouse Church, she realised to put simple things into practice and she feels closer to God. She feels the change.

もっともっと成長したい！変わりたい。イエスと近くなりたいと思って今回洗礼を受ける決心をした。
She said she decied to get baptised because she wants to change and grow more and get closer to Jesus!

Ｍの変化、私もわかる！　昨日も笑顔が更にキラキラしていて凄い素敵だった！
I can tell her change! Her smile was so shining yesterday!

そしてケニア人のＮ。　彼女は実はまだ高校生！！！
And N, the Kenyan girl. She's still a highschool student!

彼女はケニアでカトリック系の教会をいっていたんだけど、聖書でイエスのことを読んで洗礼を受けたいってずっと思ってた！
She used to go to a Catholic Church in Kenya and since she read the bible she wanted to get baptised so much!

でもなんと教会でいわれたのは4年間のコースを受けないと洗礼は授けられないということ！
But her church told her to take 4 years course before she gets baptised.

時間もなかったし、聖書では「もうあなたの罪は赦された」ってイエスがいってるのに、なんですぐに洗礼を受けられないの！？って疑問におもってしまった。
She didn't have time to study and she was wondering why she had to take the course when Jesus says your sins are forgiven in the bible.

結局洗礼が受けられなかったので、教会に通うのをやめて家で友達と祈ってた。すぐに洗礼が受けられるチャーチにけるように。
So she couldn't get baptised so she stopped going to church and started praying at home with her friend so she can find a church that she can get baptised.

そして日本にきた。　日本で最初にいったカトリックの教会でも「コース」を受けないと洗礼は駄目だっていわれた。
And when she came to Japan she went to another Catholic church which told her the same thing. You need to take this course to get baptised.

Ｎは思った。　「みんな、おかしいんじゃないの！？私が信じてるイエスはコースを勉強してから洗礼を受けなさいっていってないし、すぐに受けたいのに！神様ベストなチャーチをみつけて！」　って祈ったら、ジーザスライフハウスに出会った。
N was thinking, "what{s wrong with you people!?? Jesus didnt say in the bible take a course and get baptised!!! God please find me a good church!" and she found our church.

今は洗礼を受けられること、完全に暗闇が消えることが嬉しくてたまらないって。イエスが好きすぎて本当に嬉しいっていってた。　キラキラ輝いてたよ！（＾＾）
She was sooo happy to get baptised and saying goodbye to her darkness forever. She loves Jesus so much! She was shining!

そして最後はＲ☆　（左）
And R on the left was the last one to get baptised yesterday :)

なんとこのブログを通してチャーチにきてくれたんだけど、　Ｒの話もめっちゃ感動的。
She came to our church through this blog!!! Her story is really moving too!

小さい頃家は仏教で、お母さん側はクリスチャンでピアノの先生もクリスチャンで、Ｒはクリスチャンの考えがすきだったんだけど、仏教の教えも学ばされて混乱してた時代もあった。
Her family is buddhist and her mother's side is Christian and her piano teacher is a Christian too. R liked Christian way of thinking better but she was forced to learn about Buddhism so there were times that she got really confused.

どの神様がホンモノなんだろう？って
Who is the real God???

そんな時に人生を変える出来事がおきた。
And something happened that changed her life completely.

親友が自殺してしまった。
Her friend killed herself.

自分もショックで状況についていけないのに、そのことで周りから原因を知らないかと聞かれたりして、凄い周りに対して壁をつくってしまった。
R was shocked herself but people kept on asking her, "Do you know why" "Can you tell me what she said to you before this?" and R didn't want to talk to anyone. She started isolating herself.

また、自分を責めるようになってしまった。　ずっと苦しかった。
And she started blaming herself. She was struggling.

だから、ある日　イエスにむかって　「神様助けて。友達の側にいてください。」って祈ったら　今まで感じたことがないくらい心がすーっと軽くなって、気持ちが楽になった。
One day she prayed to Jesus, "God help me. Please be with my friend." And then she felt all the weight lifted up and felt peace.

イエスがホンモノなんだって思った！
She realised that Jesus is REAL!

そこから神様のことをもっと知りたくなってカトリック系の大学に通いはじめたんだけど、教会にいくとなるとどうしても敷居が高いように感じてしまっていた・・・
She wanted to know more about God so she started going to Catholic University but she thought going to church was such a big step.

でもネットで探してたら、いずみのブログに出会った。
But as she was surfing the net she found Izumi's blog.

このチャーチなら楽しそうだし、自分もなじめるかも！って思っていってみた（＾＾）
She thought "this church looks fun and maybe I will fit in!"

そして今にいたります！
And now she has joined us :)

めっちゃキラキラしてるよ～＾０＾
She's shining too!

洗礼式中ずっと神様の存在を強く感じた。　心がポカポカしたし！！！
We felt God's presence throughout baptisms... I felt really warm!

こういうストーリーをもっと聞きたいからチャーチをたてつづけるよ！！！（＾＾）　チャーチは神様と人々のための場所だから☆
We are going to keep on building our church to hear more of these stories! Church is about God and People!!!

もっとたくさんの人の人生が変えられていくのをみていきたい。　
I want to see more peoples' lives changed!!!

そして変えられた人達が他の人を影響していくのをみていきたい！
And I want to see those people influencing others around them!

最後の賛美は一番クレイジーになります（笑　ルークがワーシップりードするのが定番になってきたよ（笑
We get out of control in the last worship! (lol) Luke's worship leading has become a part of baptisms now !

ちゃんとお片づけもしたよ（笑）
We packed up as well!

洗礼式って本当にみんなファミリーなんだな～って思う。
In baptisms we feel like one big family!

ぐっと距離が近くなって凄い一体感が生まれる！

ライフグループ！ Life Groups!!!

ライフグループ大好きです！！！
I looooove Lifegroup!!!!

ライフグループは少人数の友達と毎週会って励まし合うグループ。人生について話したり、聖書やイエス、また神様が私達に用意してくれている素晴らしい計画について学んだりする。
Life Groups are small groups of friends that meet weekly to encourage each other, talk about life and learn more about the bible, Jesus, and His great plan for us.

ジーザスライフハウス大阪ではライフグループが２５以上あるよ！！！　大阪市内のどこかで毎日おこなわれてます！
In Jesus Lifehouse Osaka we have more than 25 lifegroups. Everyday Lifegroup is held somewhere in Osaka City.

ライフグループの目的は凄いクリア。
Purpose of LifeGroups are really clear.

１）ライフグループを通して、教会や周りのクリスチャンとのつながりを深めること！
Through lifegroups we can connect with church and christians more.　

やっぱり人と人との繋がりが大事だから、ライフグループが大事。　チャーチだとゆっくり話せないことも、この時間に色々シェアできたり、お互いのことを知ることができる。
Connecting with people is really important and Lifegroup is the best place to connect. Duringt lifegroups you can share about yourself and know about each other.

２）　ライフグループを通して、神様の言葉を実践する方法を知る！励ましあえる！

1人で聖書を読んでいても、「じゃあこれを実践するにはどうしたらいいの？」って思うときもあるだろうし、色々知りたいことがでてくると思う。

ライフグループでどうやったら生活に実践できるのか学べるし、何でもリーダーや周りの人達に質問できる安全な場所！いろいろ解決できて、生活に実践していくと毎日がかわってく！

Perhaps if you just read the bible by yourself you might think "so how exactly can I apply this in my life? Maybe you will come up with many questions.

In Lifegroups you can learn how to apply God's word in your life and it's a safe environment to ask anything to your leader and people in your lifegroup. You will learn alot and if you apply God's word in your life your life will change!

最初の中国語のライフグループ！　1ｓｔ　Chinese Lifegroup :)

３）ライフグループを通して、リーダーとして成長していく！　次のライフグループのリーダーになるために（＾＾）
Through lifegroups you grow as a leader! To become the next lifegroup leader.

ライフグループにただ通うだけではなく、いっぱい学んで吸収して、人数が増えたら次のライフグループリーダーになる為にトレーニングされていく！（＾＾）

　だから、ライフグループは私達のチャーチに根付いている人達、またはどこのチャーチにもいってないけど神様知りたい！っていう人のためにあります（＾＾）
It's not just about attending lifegroups but you need to learn, grow and be trained to be the next lifegroup leader when you have more people. So Lifegroups are for those who are planted in our church or those who haven't been going to a church yet but want to know about God!

4）どんどん人を誘って大きくし、新しいライフグループをつくっていくこと！
Lifegroups are for growth by inviting people all the time and multiplication.

ライフグループは必ず成長していき･変化していきます！　たくさん人を誘って、どんどん新しいリーダー達で新しいライフグループをつくっていくことが大事（＾＾）　チャーチの成長にもつながるし、リーダーも育っていく！
Lifegroups will grow and change all the time. So we must invite people and start new lifegroups. That will help the church grow and raise more new leaders!

5）　もちろん、神様を知らない人が神様と出会う場所でもある（＾＾）
Ofcourse it is the place for the people who don't know about God to meet God.

クリスチャンではない人達でも神様のこと知りたい！っていう思いがあったら必ず誘ってます（＾＾）　その人達を優先でスタディしていくので、「みんなの中に私だけついていけない・・・」という状態をつくらないようにしてる。　ライフグループでイエスのことを知り、クリスチャンになることも多い!
We always invite those who don't know about God yet but want to know about him. We choose study theme according to their needs as top priority so we don't create an atmopshere of non-Christians feeling left out. So many people learn about Jesus in Lifegroups and become Christians!

私もライフグループをリードしてるんだけど、本当にライフグループのガールズが大好きで大好きでたまらない！！！
I'm leading lifegroups but I love my lifegroup girls sooooo much!　

みんなの成長見るたびに嬉しくなるし、自分が色々教えるつもりでライフをしていても、みんなから学んだり励まされたりすることがほとんどです（＾＾）
I am really happy seeing them growing and even if I am leading lifegroup to teach them, I an actually learning more from them and encouraged by them!

また、ライフのみんなが、「ライフグループが楽しみすぎる～！！」ってわくわくしてくれてるのが嬉しい（＾＾）
Also I'm so excited to see my lifegroup girls really excited about lifegroup every week!

これからも皆と一緒に励ましあって、成長していきたいです☆　そして、次のライフグループリーダーを育てていくよ～。
I want to keep on growing together with my lifegroup girls and raise the next lifegroup leaders :)

教会とライフグループって翼みたいなものです。
Church and Lifegroups are like wings.

片方だけでは足りない。　翼は２つ必要！　クリスチャンとして成長するには、教会とライフグループ両方必要（＾＾）
You can't be balanced and fly high with only one wing. You need two wings! If you want to grow as a Christian you need to be in both! church and a lifegroup!



ライフグループに参加してみたい人！　条件はとてもシンプルだよ☆
So if you want to be in a Lifegroup, the requirements are really simple.

- ジーザスライフハウス大阪チャーチに通ってる人、今後通い続けたい人
- 神様のことを知りたい・興味がある！っていう人
- 成長し続けたい。　チャレンジを受けたいっていう意欲のある人

- If you are currently coming to Jesus Lifehouse Osaka church or if you want to keep on coming to our church
- If you are interested in God and want to know more about Him.
- If you want to keep on growing and take challenges!

成長したいっていうのがポイント☆
The key is if you want to keep on growing.

聖霊の実シリーズ始まる！ Fruit of the spirit series has started!

ついに聖霊の実シリーズがはじまりました！！！　先週から約2ヶ月にわたって聖霊の実について11時15分のチャーチでメッセージがきけます！
Finally our fruit of the Spirit series started!!! We are going to share the fruit of the spirit series for approximately 2 months in the 11:15am service.

初回でルークが話したことを今日は紹介するね（＾＾）
Today, I’ll share with you what Luke shared last week!

神様の霊で満たされた人生がもたらす結果
Results of the life filled with God’s spirit.

どうやってクリスチャンとして結果を出していけるのか話したいと思う。
I want to talk about how to get the results of being a Christian.

神様は私達全員に多くの実を結ぶ人生を送ってほしいと思ってる。
I believe God wants us to have fruitful lives.

マタイ12:33
木の良し悪しは実で見分けます。良い木は良い実をつけ、悪い木は劣った実がなります。

Mathew 12.33
Make a good tree and it will produce good fruit, make a bad tree and it will produce bad fruit, for a tree is recognized by its fruit.

僕達は全員ある性質をもってうまれている。　聖書ではそれを罪といってる。今まで自分がした・言った・考えた間違ったこと。
All of us are born with a nature. The bible calls it a sin. All the wrong things I’ve done, said or thought.

今世界はこの罪で苦しんでいて、僕達は生まれた時はその罪の性質をもってしまっている。
The whole world is struggling with sin right now. And every one of us is born into that culture.

でもクリスチャンになった時、僕たちの内側の何かが変わる。性質そのものが変わる。
But when we become a Christian something changes inside of us. Your nature begins to change.

その性質は種のようだといってる。種は木になり、木から実がなる。聖書では罪の性質をこうかいてある。
It says that our nature is like a seed. From a seed grows a tree. From a tree grows a fruit. And the bible talks about the fruit of the sinful nature.

ガラテヤ５：１９－２１
肉の行ないは明白であって、次のようなものです。不品行、汚れ、好色、偶像礼拝、魔術、敵意、争い、そねみ、憤り、党派心、分裂、分派、ねたみ、酩酊、遊興、そういった類のものです。前にもあらかじめ言ったように、私は今もあなたがたにあらかじめ言っておきます。こんなことをしている者たちが神の国を相続することはありません。

Galations 5:19－21
"the acts (results) of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissentions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies and the like. I warn you that anyone who lives like this will not inherit the kingdom of god."

だから、クリスチャンになる前は自然にこれを実につけてる。これによって人生がぼろぼろになっていく。その結末は死。
We naturally produce this before we become a Christian. And this will mess your life up. It will take you way down. And the end of that life is death.

でも今日はいいニュースがある！　
But I’ve got good news today!

イエスを受け入れた時、彼があなたを変えてくれる！新しい種をあなたの中にまいてくれる。
When you receive Jesus, he changes you! He puts a new seeds inside of you.

ガラテヤ5:２２
しかし、御霊の実は、愛、喜び、平安、寛容、親切、善意、誠実、柔和、自制です。このようなものを禁ずる律法はありません。

Galations 5.22-23
But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy peace, patients, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against these things there is no law.

めっちゃ最高な性質！履歴書に自分はこれをもってますって書いたら絶対に仕事が与えられる！　この性質をもっていたら結婚できる。こういう人と結婚したいって思う人達が多いと思う。
These qualities are amazing! If you put this on the resume you will get the job. If you got this character you can get married!  People want to married like people like that.

僕が嫌なことの一つがウェイトレス・店員に横柄な態度をとってるのをみること。ありがとうといわない。まるで存在してないかのように扱う人。
One thing that bothers me is seeing people treating the waitress in a rude manner. Not saying thank you. Treating them as if they don’t exist. 

僕がみたいのは他の人達に対して親切で違ったすばらしい態度で接する人達で集まってる教会。
I want to see a church filled with people who treat everyone kindly and differently!

神様は僕達に良い結果をもたらす人生をおくるように計画してくれてる。
God’s plan for us is to have life with good results.

創世記１：２２に戻ると、「実を結び、繁栄しなさい」って書いてある。神様の僕達に対する計画は実を結ぶこと。
If you go back to Genesis 1:22, it says, “be fruit and multiply.” God’s plan for us is to be fruitful.

あなたは偶然に生まれたわけではない。間違いでもない。神様があなたを選び、あなたを愛している。あなたに最高の人生を計画していて多くの実を結んで欲しいと願っている。
You are not an accident. You are not a mistake. God chose you and he loves you and he has got a great plan for your life and he wants you to have great fruit.

もし今苦しいなら、苦しい状態になれないで！　苦しい状況、うつ、失敗することに親しみをもたないで。神様はあなたに実を結んで成功してほしい。それを信じないといけない！！
If you are struggling right now, do not get used to struggling. Struggling, depressing, failing is not your friend. God wants you to live a fruitful life.  You have to believe that!

じゃあ、どうやったらこのすばらしい実を結んでいけるのか。数週間にわたって話していくので、お楽しみに！！！
So how can we produce fruit in our lives?  We’ll talk about it in the next few weeks about each fruit of the Spirit so please check it out!!!

教会を一緒にたててこ！ Let's build church together!!!!

ジーザスライフハウスには、オーストラリア人がたくさんいます。
We have many Australians in Jesus Lifehouse!

何でこんなにオーストラリア人がいるの？？？って思う人も多いと思う。
Some might be wondering why there are so many Australians in our church...

それは・・・
That is because...

日本のジーザスライフハウスという教会に仕えるため！　日本人にジーザスのことを伝えるため！
they are here to serve in Jesus Lifehouse Church! To share about Jesus to the Japanese!

うちの教会にはインターンシップ制度があります。
We have an internship program in our church.

自分の地域教会（ホームチャーチ）の牧師の許可を得て、1年～18ヶ月という期間インターン生として日本のジーザスライフハウスに仕えにくる。
Our interns get permission from their pastors in their local church (home church) to come and serve in Jesus Lifehouse in Japan from 1 year to 18 months.

インターンシップは日本人の若者にイエスのことを伝え、彼らをクリスチャンのリーダーとして育てることに情熱をもっている若者が集まったチーム。
The internship is a high temperature team of young adults who are passionate about winning and disciplining young japanese.

インターンの特徴は：
What do Interns do?: 

- 他のインターン生と一緒にルームシェアをする。　（結婚している場合は夫婦で暮らします）
They share houses with other interns. (If you are married you live with your spouse )

- インターン生は大学、スターバックス、公園、街等、若者が集まる所に行き、友情を築き、ライフグループをはじめる。
Interns work hard in universities, starbucks, parks, on the street and where ever else young people are to make new friends and start life groups with them.

- 水曜日の朝はインターン生のインプットの時間。　チームミーティングが 行われ、チームメンバーの全員であつまる。　３つのチーム（東京、香港、大阪）でテレビミーティングが行われ、主任牧師のロド・ﾌﾟラマー牧師やゲストからリーダシップについて学べる。
Wed morning is interns input time, with leadership life groups and team meetings with the whole team together. Through technology you will see all three team (Tokyo, hong kong and osaka) together to share stories and hear leadership from Senior Pastor Rod Plummer and guests.

じゃあ、インターン生と熱心に教会に仕えてるけどインターンじゃない人とどういう差があるの？　って思う人もいるかもしれない。
So you might think what is the difference between Interns and those who are really committed to church but not Interns?

正直、違いはないです！！
To be honest, there is no difference!

みんなで教会をたてているからね☆
Because we are building the church together!

でも、インターン生はその中でも何があってもチャーチに仕えるっていうコミットメントがあるんだ。　そしてもっと責任が求められる。
But the Interns are committed to build the church no matter what. And they have more responsibilities.

だから、今年から日本人で　「もっと本気で教会に仕えたい、一緒に建てていくことにコミットしたい！」という人もインターンとして歓迎することにしました☆
So from this year we decided to welcome Japanese who are really serious about commiting their lives to build our church!

オーストラリアから日本にきているみんな、本当に凄いと思う。
Those who have decided to come to Japan from Australia are really amazing people!

だって、自分の心地の良い環境からはなれて、全く違う文化の日本にきている。
They have decided to leave their comfort zone and come to a completely different culture!

彼らの1人がいったことが印象的だった。
I can't forget what one of them said before.

「オーストラリアで伝えればいいのに、何で日本にいくの？っていう人もいた。　でも、オーストラリアには歩けば教会がたくさんある。　ジーザスについて聞く機会がたくさんある。　でも日本には歩いても教会はない。　誰か伝える人がいなければ、ジーザスのことを一生聞かない人もいる。　だから、日本人に伝えるために1年間捧げること価値は十分ある！！！」

"Some people asked me, "Why Japan? Why can't you share about Jesus in Australia, your own country?"In Australia we see churches in almost every corner of the street. We have the opportunity to hear about Jesus. But in Japan, we can't see any churches. If no one tells about Jesus, majority of them will never hear about Him. That's why it's worth giving our 1 year to share about Jesus to the Japanese people!"

この人の話を聞いた時に凄い感動した。
I was moved when I heard this.

彼らは自分の世界を超えて、日本にきてくれた。　そして日本人以上に日本を愛してるんじゃないかってほど、凄い情熱を持ってる！！！
They left their world and came to Japan. And they are really passionate! Sometimes I wonder if they love Japan and Japanese people more than many Japanese people!

　

彼らは本気で日本を愛してる。　日本人を愛してる。
They really love Japan and the Japanese people.

だから、彼らとの友情を通して神様に出会う日本人もたくさん増えている！！！
That's why so many Japanese people get to know God through their friendship with them!

彼らの情熱をみて、　「日本人の私達が彼ら以上に日本を愛さなくてどうするの！」ってチャレンジを受ける。
And when the Japanese see their passion towards Japan, they get challenged... "Why can't we love Japan more than them...!?"

日本を日本人以上に愛して情熱を持っている外国人。　そして彼らに刺激をうけてそそがれてリーダーとして成長している日本人。　ジーザスライフハウスのバイリンガルな環境の魅力はそこにあるんだと思う。
I think what makes Jesus Lifehouse special is the bilingual environment of foreigners who love Japan more than many Japanese and Japanese who get inspired and challenged by them and grow as leaders!

というわけで、もっともっと他の国からのインターン生を待ってます！！！
So we want to welcome more Interns from other countries!!!!

本当に自分が日本に何か与えようっていう思いで来る人が多いけど、結果的に自分もめちゃくちゃ成長できると思う。
I think our interns come to give something to Japan but as a result they end up growing soooo much!

日本にいた1年間が一番成長できたっていう人が多いし、自分の国に帰ってからも活躍している人がほとんど・・・！
Many of them say that they grew so much than ever during their year in Japan and they are really succeeding after going back to their own country.

夏のパーティレシピ！！！ Summer Party Recipe

久しぶりにレシピネタです！！！
I haven't posted any recipes recently...so today I will!

結婚してからほぼ毎日料理を作っていたんだけど・・・　毎日のことだから写真とか撮らなかった（笑　
I've been cooking since I got married but I didn't take photos because it has just become  part of daily life.

でも今日はみんなも家でできる夏のパーティメニューを紹介するね☆
But today I will post a summer party dish that you can try at home!

生春巻きパーティ！！！！
Fresh spring rolls Party!!!!

必要なもの
What you need....

生春巻きの皮（スーパーで売ってるよ）
Fresh Spring roll paper (You can buy them in supermarkets)

スイートチリソース
Sweet Chilli Sauce

具　（何でも　種類が多いと楽しい）
Any ingredients (It's good if you can prepare many)

ボウルにはった熱湯
Hot water in a bowl

作り方はめちゃ簡単。
It's really easy to make.

生春巻きの皮を一枚とって、熱湯がはいったボウルに一瞬だけ浸らせる。
Get one fresh spring roll paper and soak it in the bowl with hot water. (just few seconds)

その皮をお皿の上において、好きな具をまんなかにのせていく。　
Then put it on a plate and put all your favorite ingredients in the middle.

最後にそれを包む。　（包み方は上と下をまげて、右か左どちらかにクルクル巻く感じ？）
Then you just wrap that. (fold the top and bottom slightly and then roll it over on either side)

これめちゃめちゃ準備簡単だし、おいしいし、何よりもパーティ料理として盛り上がるのでおすすめです！
This is so easy to prepare, tastes good and people love it so I recommend you to do this for parties.

私達がいつもつかってる具は、蒸し鶏、えび、かにかま、きゅうり、マンゴー、にんじん、貝割れ、レタス等・・・
We usually have boiled chicken, prawn, crabsticks, cucumber, mangoes, carrots, sprout and lettuce etc...

結構大葉とかおいしいです・・・！！！！
Japanese OOBA is good too.

色々な具で試してみてね！！！

大阪大好き～！ I love osaka!!!

私は昔から「住めば都」タイプなんだけど・・・☆
I always love the place where I live but...

神様が計画した場所に自分がいる時ってその場所自体が大好きになるんだよね！
I think I always fall in love with the place where God called me to be in!!!

というわけで・・・　大阪　めっちゃ大好きです！！！
So... I LOOOOOOVE OSAKA!

関西弁まったく話せないけど、聞くの好き。
I can't speak Osaka dialect at all but I love listening to it!

大阪の何が好きっていわれたら・・・　この街から感じるパワーかな！？　関西がクリスチャン地域になったらめっちゃ凄いよ～！！！
What do I love about Osaka? Perhaps the energetic spirit of this area! I think things are going to become wild (in a good way) when the whole Kansai (western Japan) becomes Christian area!!!!

大阪きてから些細なことで感動したり、「おお～」ってなってます！　エスカレーターを右側にたつことはもちろん（もうすっかり右）
Since I came to Osaka, I am really enjoying the uniqueness of this city! Including standing  on the right side of the escalator.

楽しいな～って思うのは広告を見つけること！　センス良いよね☆
I love finding unique ads! They have good sense of humor :)

チカンアカン！・・・ってうまいこというよね～
This means "NO GROPING" using Osaka dialect.

アカンずきん・・・・　さむい？
No smoking while walking. (using the little red ridinghood as a joke)

あかん　多いね（笑
They use alot of "AKAN" which means NO in Kansai dialect.

火の用心もこてこて（笑）
Even for warning fires they use old Osaka dialect!

これも関西弁っぽい・・・
Everything sounds so OSAKA!

関西の人はこれをみて、「え、普通やん！？？？　何がおもろいん？」
By the way, this is so normal for Osaka people that they say, "Hey, this is normal, what's funny about it??"

チャーチは毎週毎週よくなっていく！っていうのは本当です☆
It's true when we say church gets better and better!

夏がはじまったばかりだけど、ジーザスライフハウス大阪もアツイ！！！！
Summer has begun and Jesus Lifehouse Osaka is ON FIRE!!!

日曜日もこのブログをみてチャーチにきはじめた子がクリスチャンになりました！！！
On Sunday, the girl who started coming to church through this blog became a Christian!!

イエスとか神様のことを最初はまったく知らなかった彼女だけど、最初にチャーチに来た時に、イエスの名前を初めて聞いて、「ＵＳＪでのバイトの仕事を与えてください！」って祈ったんだって。
She did not know about Jesus or God at first but when she came to church for the first time and heard about Jesus, she prayed "Please give me a part time job in USJ!"

そしたら、見事に面接で受かって、「イエスってホンモノなんだ！」って思ったって（＾＾）
And then she got the job and realised that Jesus was real!!!

そして日曜日にイエスを受け入れました！！！
So last Sunday she received Jesus!!!!

最近イエスに祈ったら祈りがかなえられて、イエスがホンモノなんだっていう話をよくきく。
Recently I hear alot about people praying to Jesus and realising that He is REAL!

ジーザス（イエス）はホンモノだよ！！！　あなたの人生を変える力をもってる！
Jesus is REAL! He has the power to change your life!!!!

日曜日にジーザスを受け入れたＹは　「ずっと心がポカポカしてます～」ってメールくれた。
Y who received Jesus on Sunday sent me an email saying, "I'm feeling warm all the time!"

もっともっと大阪の人にジーザスに出会って欲しい☆　そのためにブログも熱くがんばります！
I want more people in Osaka to meet Jesus :) That's why I will continue my blog with PASSION!!!
