先週末はジーザスライフハウス東京にルークといってきたよ！！！ Luke and I went to Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo last weekend!!!!
実はジーザスライフハウス東京の教会にいくのは6ヶ月ぶりでした・・・・！ It was 6 months since we went there last time to Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo service.
私は新しい仕事がはじまったばかりだし、当初ルークだけいく予定だったんだけど、 Because I just started my new job, at first Luke was going to go by himself. But...
夢を何度もみたの。 I kept on seeing this dream....
ジーザスライフハウス東京がめちゃめちゃデカくなっていて、その中に大阪のチャーチの全員で凄い勢いで走っていくの。 Jesus Lifehouse Osaka church people all together running to the massive Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo Church!
それでジーザスライフハウス東京と大阪で場所があふれかえるっていう夢。 And the hall becomes packed with Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo and Osaka people!!!
なんか、東京に行ったら神様から受け取れる気がして、めちゃめちゃいきたくなった。 I thought I will get something special from God if I went to Tokyo this time.
あとルークが2回メッセージをすることになってたから、ルークの通訳もしたくて（＾＾） And Luke was going to preach twice there so I wanted to translate for Luke :)
仕事のあとに夜行バスで乗り、日曜の夜も夜行で帰ってきたんだけど・・・・ So I got on the night bus after work and also caught a night back on Sunday night... ジーザスライフハウス東京のみんなから凄いパワーもらいました！！！！！ but I received so much power from Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo!!!!
神様からたくさん受け取った！！！！！ I got so much from God!!!!!!!!!!!!
大阪に対するビジョンも更に大きくなった！ My vision for Osaka is even bigger!

シルバーウィーク終わったけど、まだ休み気分がぬけない（＾＾） Silver week in Japan has just finished, but I still feel like I'm on holiday.
ところで日曜日のチャーチの報告しなくちゃ！ By the way, I have to keep you up to date with Church News !

前回のチャーチは朝から凄かった・・・ Last Sunday was pretty incredible from the morning!
席がなくなったのー！！！！ 朝から８０人ぐらいいたと思う。 We ran out of seats!!!! We had approx. 80 people in the morning service.
そして、午後も新しい人達がたくさんきて、一日で２０人ぐらい。 And so many new people came in the afternoon service. All together we had around 20 visitors.
成長を感じた。 I can feel the growth.
わくわくした。 We are so excited!
日本は夏が終わって秋に突入したけど、本当に新しいシーズンがはじまった気がする。 Summer has ended in Japan and now it is Autumn, but I really do believe that we have entered the new season.
収穫の秋。 SEASON OF HARVEST.
ずーっと種をまいていたものが、頑張っていたものの実がみれるシーズン。 This is the season where we finally reap what we have sown for ages!
「神様、あなたを求めてる子と出会わせて！ライフグループひらきたいよ～！」っていう祈りを切実にしていたDの友達が日曜日クリスチャンになって、Dが凄く喜んでいた。 ずっと祈ってたよね（＾＾） One of the girls were praying to God for a long time, "God, I want to meet someone who is really hungry for you! I want to start a lifegroup!" And then her friend got saved on Sunday and now she is starting a lifegroup. She was so happy!
また、この不況の中、求職活動している人達も仕事が与えられてる。 Also people are getting jobs every week in this difficult time.
私も新しい仕事がスタートしたよ（＾＾） 念願の翻訳がいっぱいできて嬉しい。 My new job started too! I'm happy that I get to do translating work!
神様において不可能はないね Nothing is impossible in God!
午後の回では、初めての献児式をしました！ 大奈くんとHファミリーの祝福をチャーチのみんなで祈った。 In the afternoon service we had our first baby dedication. We prayed over Daina and H family's blessing.
本当に教会って大家族だなって思った(＾＾) これからみんなの結婚と出産をみていくのが楽しみ！ We all felt like one big family. I'm looking forward to see people getting married and having babies in our church!

そして、午後にはジーザスライフハウス大阪のリーダーシップミーティングがあった。 And in the afternoon we had our monthly Leadership meeting!
たっくさんのリーダー達・未来のリーダー達が集まるこのミーティングは本当に楽しい。 ルークがジーザスライフハウスのリーダーにと求められるもの、これからおきるチャーチの変化とか話してくれた。 This meeting is so much fun with our great leaders and future leaders. Luke shared about the expectations of Jesus Lifehouse Leaders and the changes that will happen in our church.
新しい人達も、クリスチャンじゃない人達も参加OK。 （神様に興味があって、成長したいという人であれば＾＾） チャーチのこういうオープンなところも大切だし、大好き☆ We always welcome new people and those who are not christians. (Those who are interested in God and want to grow) I like how our church is really open. It's important.
あと数ヶ月で２００９年も終わるけど・・・ それまでにまたたくさんの変化と成長がみれます！ 楽しみ～！！！！！ So we only got few months of 2009.. but we are going to see so much growth and changes!!! It's sooooooooooooo exciting!!!!!
"See,

日本はシルバーウィークがはじまったばっかり・・・ Today was the first day of "SILVER WEEK" in Japan! (3 public holidays in a row!)
でも・・・ but....

ジーザスライフハウス大阪、初めての・・・・ Jesus Lifehouse Osaka is having our first...
ベビーデディケーション！(献児式） BABY DEDICATION!!!!
献児式は、新しく産まれた赤ちゃんが神様に守られ、祝福されるものとなるために牧師とチャーチのみんなで赤ちゃんとその両親のために祈る式。 Baby dedication is a ceremony to pray over the new baby for protection and God's blessing. The pastor and the whole church pray over the baby and the parents.
ジーザスライフハウス大阪は独身率９５％以上だし、カップルは結婚している夫婦のみだから、まだ子供の数は少ないけど・・・・ Over 95% of Jesus Lifehouse Osaka people are singles, and the couples are all married so we don't see many children yet...
Hファミリーとプレママもいるので、これからどんどんファミリーも増えていく予感がしてます（＾＾） But we have the H family and few pregnant women so we are going to have more families in the future!

この前のメガサービスの日、ルークはいませんでした・・・ On Mega Service Day, Luke wasn't there.
何故なら香港に出張してた！！！ He was in HongKong!!!

ジーザスライフハウス香港の牧師夫妻が奥さんの出産のためにオーストラリアに一時帰国していたので、ルークが香港でメッセージすることになった☆ Jesus Lifehouse HongKong Pastor's wife had a baby in Australia so Luke was asked to preach in HongKong that weekend.

ルークが今回香港にいって驚いたのは、 6月から更にチャーチもリーダー達も成長してたこと！！！ Luke was really surprised how the church and the leaders have grown so much from June!
ジーザスライフハウス香港にも若い素晴らしいリーダーたちがいるっていってたよ（＾＾） THere are so many great young leaders in Jesus Lifehouse HongKong church!

日曜日はタイトル通り メガ だった！！！ Sunday Service was really MEGA!!!
たっくさんの新しい人達がきたし（20人ぐらい）ワーシップも最高だった☆ We had so many new people (approx 20) and praise and worship were awesome!
ベッカのメッセージ、「私は輝きたい！」って題だったんだけど、私達の中にあるイエスを輝かせていこう！隠すのはやめよう！っていう素晴らしい内容だった。 Becka's message, "I want to shine" was really moving. She talked about not hiding but shining our light, Jesus inside us.
暗闇の中一つでも光があると周りが見えるよね。 そのように周りの人達に光を照らしたいね（＾＾） One light makes a different in the dark. We want to shine our light to people in darkness.

この前洗礼をうけたばかりのRのビデオで、 Rが 「クリスチャンになってから、感謝の気持ちが増えたし、周りから感謝される機会が多くなった」っていってた。 Also in R's video, who just got baptised last Sunday, R said, "I am more thankful since I became a Christian and I've been thanked alot by people around me."
Rは最近ますます輝いているので、これからが楽しみ！ He is shining more and more! I'm really excited about his future!
そして、私のライフグループのAが5分間の炎で情熱を語ったんだけど、これまた凄いよかったー。 Also A in my lifegroup shared for 5 minutes of fire and she was really great!
クリスチャンになる前は家庭環境もよくなかったし、1年間引きこもりしていて、自殺未遂とかもして、なんで生きてるのかわからなかったっていってた。 She said before she became a Christian, she didn't know why she was living. Her family background was bad, she used to shut herself in her room for a year and she used to commit suicide many times.
でもクリスチャンになって洗礼受けてから確実に変わった。チャレンジはまだ多いけど、クリスチャンになってからのチャレンジは必ず報われる。 But since she became a Christian and got baptised, something definitely changed. She still has challenges in life, but she realised that the outcome is always good.
今年に入って、愛犬の死、彼との別れ、おじいちゃんが他界して・・・・辛いことはいっぱいあったけど、試練の中、神様の言葉をよんで、聖書からジャーナルをしてたら次の箇所が与えられたんだって。 She had hard times this year like saying good bye to her pet dog that she loved so much, she broke up with her boyfriend and her grandfather passed away... but in difficult times she read God's word and journalled and God gave her the following scripture.
神様は私のともしび。私の闇を照らされます。（２サムエル２２：２９） Lord, you are my lamp. The Lord lights up my darkness. (2 Samuel 22:29)
「神様は乗り越えられない試練は与えない」っていう確信になって、感謝の心が生まれたっていってる。 She is so thankful since she became confident that "God doesn't give you challenges that you can't overcome."
今は心に日光があります！っていったAの笑顔は本当にひまわりのよう（＾＾） 今最高に輝いてるよー! As she said she has sun light in her heart right now, her smile is like a sunflower! She is really shining!
そして・・・・ And...
Tがクリスチャンになる決断をした！！！！！ T decided to become a Christian!!!!!
Tは結構長い間チャーチにきていて、ワーシップも大好きだし、チャーチが大好きで・・・でもなかなか決断するのをためらってた。 T has be coming to church for a while. He loves worship, loves church... but he was reluctant of making a decision for a long time.
彼の周りは彼がクリスチャンになることをずっと祈ってたと思う。 祈りながら、変わらない愛で接してた。 So many people around him were praying for him to become a Christian. They were praying and treated him with the same love and kindness.
だから、彼が手をまっすぐあげた時、たくさんの子達が号泣してた！ So when he raised his hand and responded to the altar call, so many people cried!
彼のことを信じてチャレンジし続けてたリーダも感動してた・・・ His leader who believed in him and challenged him was moved...
そして、私も感動しながら、ある日のことを思い出してた。 And as I was moved, I remembered about that day...
ジーザスライフハウス東京のOっちがクリスチャンになった日。 The day when O in Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo became a Christian.

Oっちもずっと疑いながらもチャーチにきてた。 「自分、クリスチャンじゃありませんから。」って否定してたけどね（笑 O used to doubt about Christianity but he kept on coming to church. He used to say, "I'm not a Christian!" (lol)
でも周りは彼のことを信じていて、祈り続けてた。 But people around him believed that he will make a decision and kept on praying for him.
だから、彼がクリスチャンになった瞬間、みんな号泣でした・・・。 男性も泣いてた！ So when he made a decision to become a Christian, many people cried! Men too!
Oっちは洗礼式の後に、マイクをもって
It's funny remembering how he got the microphone after baptisms and said,
「自分、今日からベイビークリスチャンになります！！！」っていってたのを思い出すと笑える（笑） "I'm a BABY CHRISTIAN from today!!!! "

最近、本当に蒔かれた種で無駄なものはないんだなって思う。 Recently I realise more and more that no seeds are wasted.
イエスのこと、神様の素晴らしさを周りに伝えていく中で、興味を全くしめさない人とか、「私はいりません！」っていう人がいる。 Ofcourse, as we share about Jesus and God's greatness to others, some people don't show interest at all or say "I don't need God!"
そういう人達に押し付けるようなことはしない。 I never force people to believe in Jesus.
マタイ７：７－９に書かれてあるように、求める人には与えられるし、探す人は見つけることができるから☆ Because as said in Matthews 7:7-9, those who will seek will find and those who knock the door, the door will be opened.

正直その人が心を開くタイミングはわからないし、ジーザスライフハウスではなくて他の教会で数年後にイエスを求めてクリスチャンになるかもしれない。 We never know when that person will open his/her heart and even if they don't make a decision in Jesus Lifehouse, they might become a Christian in other churches few years later.
ただ、一つわかることは、 「種を蒔かないところには何も育たない」 All I know is"Nothing will grow if you don't sow anything"

このブログを読んで、イエスのことに興味をもってくれて聖書とか読み始めてくれたら嬉しい。実際「チャーチにいきたいです！」っていってきてくれた子たちもたくさんいるし。 I'll be really happy if people start to become interested in Jesus and the Bible through this blog and some people actually came to church through this blog.
でも、まったく興味ないし、スルーする人達もいると思うんだ。 But I know that still some people won't be interested.
でもブログを書かないと、イエスのことを知る可能性は更に低くなるよね。 だから続けてる。 But if I don't write anything, there will be less opportunity for them to know about Jesus . That's why I'm writing this blog.

日曜日もイエスを受けれた子と話した。 On sunday, I talked to this person who received Jesus.
10年前にゴスペルをやっていて、クリスチャンに興味をもったんだけど、色々な意見を聞いて「やっぱり違う」って思って教会にもいかなくなった。 She used to sing Gospel 10 years ago and she was interested in becoming a Christian, but as she heard so many things from others she decided that she won't become one and she stopped going to church.
でも10年間、色々他のものも試してみたし、色々な人に出会ったけど・・・ During the 10 years she tried many other things and met all kinds of people but...
「やっぱりクリスチャンが一番幸せそうだなっておもって、教会をさがしました。」っていってた。 She said, "I thought Christians are the most happiest people. So I started looking for a church again."

イエスを愛していて、健康的な教会に根付いているクリスチャンは本当に輝いてます☆ Chrisitans who love Jesus and who are planted in a healthy church are really shining!
その輝きは演技して得られるものではないと思う。 I don't think you can fake it.
演技だったら限界はある。 つくろってる人はある日突然消えたりしちゃう。 Even if you were faking it you cant' last long. Those people who try on their own strengths suddently disappear.
でも、イエスを愛している人は年を重ねるごとに輝きが増して、若くなっていく。 内側から新しくなるから。 But those who love Jesus will shine more and more and look younger as they get older. They become renewed every year!

クリスチャンになってから、年を重ねることに対して「嫌だ」というより「楽しみ」というほうになってきた。 Since I became a Christian, I am more excited to age than before! I used to hate thinking about getting older (lol)
21年間イエスと過ごさなかった人生より、イエスと過ごした人生のほうが長くなるのが楽しみ・・・☆ I'm excited about when my years with Jesus become longer than my 21 years without Jesus!
43歳までまだまだ遠いけどね（笑） I still got many years until I reach 43 though (lol)
（２コリント４：１６）ですから、私たちは決して落胆しません。 肉体はしだいに衰えますが、うちにある力は日ごとに強くなってゆきます。 (2 Corinthians 4:16) Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.

日曜日は洗礼式だった☆ On Sunday we had baptisms!
イエスによって変えられた人達が、これからもずっとイエスについていくって決心をして洗礼をうけるんだけど、何度見ても感動する。 It's always moving to see people whose lives changed by Jesus making a decision to follow Jesus for the rest of their lives and getting baptised.

Rおめでと～！！！！！ Congrats R!!!!
Rが神様に興味をもったのは教会にきてみんながありのままの自分を受け入れてくれたから。 R became interested in God when church people accepted him just the way he is when he first came to church.
みんなが大事にしているもの（イエス）を自分も大事にしたいって思って、イエスを受け入れ、洗礼を受ける決意をしたっていってた。 He said that he decided to get baptised because he wanted to have Jesus too in his life like other Christians.

そして洗礼式で今成長しているリーダー達に何人にかに大阪に対するビジョンを語ってもらった。 Also during baptisms, we asked some growing leaders to share about their visions for Osaka.
凄いそれぞれ熱かった！ They were really passionate!!!
「1人の力だと限界があるけど、神様とチャーチのみんなと一緒にこの日本を変えていきたい！」
"I can't do it by my own strength but I want to change Japan with God and people in our church!"
"I was first scared of being rejected from people when I shared about God and my vision but now I confidently share about them to my family and friends. I just love sharing now!"
"So many Japanese people have negative image towards marriage but I want to change their thoughts towards marriage by putting God first and loving my wife."
"Japanese people look happy on the outside but so many people are broken on the inside. I want to share about Jesus to them because I want them to know about God's love."
"There are many people in Japan but it breaks my heart when I know that most of them don't get to hear about Jesus. I want to keep on sowing!"

もうここに書ききれないほど、みんな熱く語ってくれた！！！ I can't even write them all because they shared so much!!!
聞いてるみんなも号泣してたり、感動していた・・・。 People listening were also crying and they were really moved.
私も凄く感動した。 I was moved too.
つい数ヶ月前にクリスチャンになった子が立ち上がってみんなの前で神様の凄さを語ったり、 Seeing someone who just became a Christian few months ago sharing about God's greatness in front of people...
チャーチに最初来たときは暗い顔で、消極的だった子が笑顔で「日本を変える！」っていってたり・・・。 Seeing someone who used to look sad or be passive, saying with a big smile "We are going to change Japan!"
それぞれのバックグラウンドを知ってるだけに鳥肌が立つ。 Because I know most of their backgrounds I get goosebumps!!!!
神様って本当に凄いね。 GOD IS REALLY AMAZING!!!!

日曜日はジーザスライフハウスの主任牧師、ロド先生が東京からきてくれて、2回メッセージしてくれたよ！ Last Sunday, Pastor Rod, the senior pastor of Jesus Lifehouse came to Osaka and preached twice for us!

家への熱心な思い Zeal for the house
私はどの教会の一部になりたいのか？…イエスが愛していたのと同じタイプの教会 What church do I want to be a part of? … Same type that Jesus wants.
イエスは次のような教会をみて、怒った。 Jesus got angry when he saw the following church.
(John 2:14-17) In the temple courts he found men selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. (15) So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. (16) To those who sold doves he said, "Get these out of here! How dare you turn my Father's house into a market!" (17) His disciples remembered that it is written: "Zeal for your house will consume me (eat me up)."
なぜイエスの心はそんなに動かされたのか？ Why was Jesus so moved?
1. 教会が律法主義のリーダー達に引き渡されたサークルになっていた（愛と恵の代わりに） The church was a club that turned to legalistic leaders (instead of loving and grace).
2. 教会は人によって扱いや対応が違っていた（家族としてではなく差別していた） The church treated different people differently (instead of family)
3. 教会が利益を生み出すビジネスとして存在していた（人々の人生を立ち上げるのを助けるのではなく） The church existed as profit making (instead of helping to build lives).
イエスが見ていた教会は「彼のお父さんの家」: The church Jesus saw was ‘His Father’s House’
1.愛と、恵と、喜びと、楽しさと、癒しと、そして次世代に対する愛に溢れている教会 Full of love, grace, joy, fun, healing, loving the next generation.
2. 家族としての教会（一人ひとりが重要でそれぞれに役割がある） It is a family (where everyone is important and has a role to play)
3. 人々の人生を立て上げ、そして成功に導くのを助けるために存在する教会 It exists to help build successful lives
4. さまよう人々に神様の心を現す教会 It exists to show the heart of God to lost people.
ロド先生がいっつもいってる。 教会は神様と人々。人々と神様。それ以上でも、それ以下でもない。 Pastor Rod always say, "Church is about God and people, people and God. Nothing more, nothing less."
日本人が神様と出会って、人生変えられて、人生が豊かになっていくのをみていきたい・・・という思いがあって牧師をしているっていってた。 Pastor Rod said he loves being a pastor because he wants to see Japanese people meeting God, have their lives changed by Jesus and live great life!
ルークも私も、ロド先生とヴィヴ先生と同じ想い。 Luke and I have the same heart as Pastor Rod and Viv.
教会に対してネガティブなイメージを持ってる人は一度ジーザスライフハウスチャーチ（東京でも大阪でも香港でも）きてほしい！ If you have negative image towards church, please come to Jesus Lifehouse church! (Tokyo, Osaka or HongKong)
会員制ではありません！ We don't have membership system.
教会は来るのも去るのも自由。 It's absolutely up to you to come and leave.
お金を捧げることも含めて、強制されることは一切ない。 Nothing is an obligation including giving.
トライアル・・・っていったら、あれだけど、一度きてみてから判断してほしい（＾＾） You should come at least once and then decide... almost like a trial :)
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
最後にロド先生が励ましてくれた。 Pastor Rod encouraged us in the end.
東京も16人から始まって7年後の今、800人以上まで成長した。 Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo started with 16 people and now, 7 years later it has reached to more than 800 people.
大阪もこれからもっともっと成長していく！ すばらしいリーダー達がたくさんいる。 大阪でこの教会の存在を知ったら、来たいっていう人は何千人もいると思う。 Osaka is going to grow more and more! There are many great leaders. If people in Osaka knew about this church, more than 1000 people would want to come!
ジーザスライフハウス東京は今週の日曜日、七周年記念バースデーを行います！！！！ Jesus Lifehouse Tokyo is going to celebrate its 7 year anniversary this sunday!!!
