People around me have started their blogs! And some are passionate about it again!

しかし、しばらくして日本人はイエスの素晴らしい知らせを聞いたことがないことに気がついた。一度も！東京では原宿や渋谷、大阪では難波で何千人もの若い者を見た。 イエスが話していた羊のような次世代の日本人を助ける必要があるということに気がついた。「また、群衆を見て、羊飼いのない羊のように弱り果てて倒れている彼らをかわいそうに思われた。」 （マタイ 9:36)
Then we started to realize that Japanese had never heard the Good News of Jesus. Never! We saw the thousands upon thousands of young Japanese at Harajuku and Shibuya in Tokyo, and Namba in Osaka. We saw the need to help this new generation of Japanese who appeared like the sheep Jesus spoke about “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.” (Mat 9:36)
彼らはイエスや神様のことを聞いたことがない。 ショックなことに！
They have never heard about Jesus or anything to do with God. Wow what a shock!
だからこそ、私たちがここに新しい世代の教会を建てている。
And that is why we are planting new generation churches here.

JLHに来て一番学んだのはこれだろう。真のリーダーシップ。
Through Jesus Lifehouse, I've learned so much about "TRUE LEADERSHIP"
うちのリーダー達にはいつもこういう。“ポジションに着く前に、ファンクション（機能）しろ！”。
Our leaders always say this. "You must function before you get your title."
またリーダー達がすべてするのではなく、リーダー達の役割はもっと多くのリーダー達を育てていくことを重視している。もしあるリーダーがすべての重要な仕事を抱えているのなら、そいつはリーダーとして失格である。リーダーは人をリードしなくてはならない。リーダーの役割は仕事やタスクのリードではない。それは単なるマネジメントだ。
Leaders shouldn't do everything. They have to train other leaders to grow. If one leader does all the work, he is not a good leader. Leaders must lead people. The leader's main role is not to do the work/tasks. That's called management.
リーダーとは人を導くことが責任。そうしていくことにより、リーダー自身実際にすることは減るが、責任は増えていくということ。他の人を育て、リードさせ、失敗しても責任を持って面倒見れる、そのようなリーダーは凄いリーダーだと思う。
Leaders must lead people. By doing that, leaders will have less to do, but they'll have more responsibilities. They let others grow and let them lead others and when they fail they will take the responsibility to take care of their failures. Those leaders who can do that are exceptional leaders.

かなり厳しいことも言い切ってるって思うかもしれないけど、竜太さんのライフスタイルを見ていたら、彼が言い切ってもおかしくない。それぐらいに誰からみてもリスペクトできる人だから！ ジーザスライフハウスのかっこいいパスター（牧師）です！
Perhaps you might think that he's points are too strong, but when you look at his lifestyle, you'll understand why. He is respected by everyone! Ryuta is our cool Pastor!

「ブログ毎日更新なんて無理～・・・！」っていっていたＨＩＴＯＭＩさんだけど、始めたらすっかりはまってしまった様子（笑）
She used to say, "I can't write everyday!" But since she started, she's loving it! (LOL)
クリスチャンになった話とか、ホームレス伝道、孤児院の話・・・素敵な写真と共に彼女ならではのユニークな体験を知ることができるよ～！
In her blog she talks about how she became a Christian, reaching out to the street people, visiting orphanages... She has a lot of great photos and her experience is very interesting.
そして、復活したＲＩＥのブログ。 Rie started her blog again too!

I'm so happy that people are in to blogging now... as I was praying for more bloggers because I wanted someone to share about Tokyo Jesus Lifehouse after I move into Osaka.

ブログ書いていても、実際会ったりとかするのと違って誰が読んでるのかわからないし、反応もわかりにくいけど・・・
Blogging is different from telling people face-to-face. You don't know who's reading and how they are reacting...
でも、ブログを通しての出会いもたくさんあったし、それをきっかけでチャーチにきてクリスチャンになった子達もたくさんいる。
But through my blog, I've met many people... and some of these people came to church and became Christians.
また、神様のことやチャーチに興味もってくれた人達もいる。
Also there are those who became interested in God and church after reading this blog.
神様から戻っていたけど帰ってきた人達もいる。
Some people came back to God.
だから、ブログはやめないって決めてる。
That's why I'm not going to stop writing my blog!
大阪にいったら、大阪バージョンで書き続けるね！
When I go to Osaka, I'll write my blog in Osaka version!

私が信じてること。
This is what I believe.
神様に変えられた人達は、誰でもストーリーを持ってる。
Everyone has their own story if he/she is changed by God.
そのストーリーは一人ひとり違う。
That story will differ according to people.
素晴らしい体験・辛い体験も含めて、あなたの体験を神様は必要な人達に届けたいって思ってる！！！
But I believe that God wants to use your experience (good/bad) to reach out to those who need to hear it!
そして、あなたの話を待っている人達がいる。
And there are people waiting to hear your story.
でも、あなたが口を開かなければ、文章で伝えければ、彼らは聞くことができない！！！
But if you don't open your mouth, iｆ you don't write it down, they won't get to hear about it!!!

あなたのストーリーがたった一人でも神様に興味をもってくれたら、あなたの中で何かが変わる。
If you share your story and if one person gets interested, something will change inside you.
伝えられずにはいられない。
You can't stop sharing to people!!!
