ビッグな日曜日、キングダムビルダーズとかネタはたくさんなんだけど、家にいる時間が少なくて・・・・＞＜　
I have so many things I would like to share.... Big Sunday and Kingdom Builders, but I haven't been at home lately...

マイペースにUPしていくね！
I will share it with you one by one!

とりあえず、私のメッセージの最後をのせます！＾０＾
Now, I will finish my message.

4.　あなたもこの動きの一部になれる！　
You can be a part of this!

そして、彼らに言われた。「実りは多いが、働き手が少ない。だから、収穫の主に、収穫のために働き手を送ってくださるように祈りなさい。（ルカ 10:2）

He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of  the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field (Luke 10:2)

ここで神様がいってること。　今イエスのことを知ったら、受け入れたいって心の準備ができている日本人がたくさんいるってこと！
God is saying here that there are so many people in Japan who are ready to receive Jesus if they got the opportunity to know about Him!

でも、伝えていく人がまだまだ少ない！ もっともっと必要！！！！！
But there aren't many workers YET. We need more people!!!

もっともっとそういう準備ができている人たちに出会って伝えていく人がもっともっと必要だって、神様はいってる。
God is saying that He needs more people to go out there to meet those who are wanting to hear about Jesus!

日本は、歩いているとすぐ教会があちこちに見える海外と違って、イエスのことを聞くチャンスは少ない。
Japan is different to overseas where you can see churches around as you walk. So many people don't have the opportunity to hear about Jesus.

だから、みんな1人ずつでいい。自分のおかれてる環境で伝えていこう。　日本にはあなたが必要なんです！！！　　海外に憧れてるなら、日本を拠点にして、海外旅行にいけばいいよ☆　だけど、本当に日本にはあなたが必要。　
So one by one, let's keep on sharing in your environment. JAPAN NEEDS YOU! If you are wishing to go overseas, why not stay in Japan and go there for holidays? Because Japan really needs you!

大学生も、大学に通っている間に凄いチャンスの場所におかれている。　そして、一人ひとり、自分の周りの世界から影響を与えていける。
University students have great opportunities to reach out to Uni students while they are there. And each one of us can make a difference from our environment.

神様は今、日本全国から、そして世界中からジーザスライフハウスに人を呼び集めている。　凄いワクワクするよね。
God is now calling all the people from around the world and Japan to Jesus Lifehouse. It's so exciting.　

教会というのは1人のスーパースターによってたてあげられるんじゃない。全員が教会をたてている。　だから、あなたには凄い可能性がある！ みんなしてることは違うけど、目的は同じ。
Church is not built by one super star. Everyone together is building this church. You have great potential! Everyone is doing different things but we are doing it for one purpose.

大切なのはしていることそのものではなくて、　このチームの一員になっているのかどうかということ。　　立ち上がって参加しよう！　
So what is important is not what you are doing but if you are on the team or not. So let's rise up and join us!

そして、イエスをまだ心で受け入れていない人・・・・　このブログを読んでるけど教会いったことないっていう人もこの最高の人生を歩めます！！！！
And those who haven't receive Jesus yet, perhaps you've been reading this blog but never been to our church before.... you an live this amazing life too!!!

イエスに出会うまで、私達は罪があるから神様の計画にしたがって歩めない。　罪っていうのは、私達の間違った言葉、考え、行動。　そういう自己中な人生の結果は破滅だって聖書には書いてある。
Before we meet Jesus, we can't live according to God's plan because of SIN. Sin is everything we have done wrong, said wrong or thought wrong. In the bible it says, self-centered life (SIN) will lead to destruction.

でもイエスはその罪を取り除いて、私達が神様の前で正しくいられるように、私達の身代わりとなり十字架にかかってくれた。　それで終わりではなくて、3日後に復活して、今も生きている。　
But Jesus died on the cross to remove our sin so we can be right before God. He died on the cross to take away our sin. But the story doesn't end there, he rose again 3 days later and He lives today.

イエスを受け入れた時、私達は新しくなる。神様との関係もスタートして、最高の人生を歩める！　しかも、ビジョンに共感できる教会に根付いた時、退屈とは無縁のわくわくする計画の一部になれるよ。　自分を成長させてくれる最高の友達にも出会えるし、私みたいに素敵な結婚相手も出会えるし（＾＾）
When you receive Jesus we become brand new. Our relationship with God starts and you can live the best life ever! And when you get planted into the church that has the vision you agree with, you can be part of an exciting plan. You are never going to be bored! You can make great friends who will help you grow and you will meet that special someone like I did ;)

ただイエスを知ってみたいって受け入れるだけ。めっちゃシンプル。　クリスチャン＝宗教ではなくて、神様と人々を愛する人生です！！！
It's so simple. You just need to receive Jesus in your heart. Christians are not a religion! It's all about loving God and people!

とりあえず、一見は百聞に如かず！ってことで日曜日教会にきてみませんか？ 絶対に楽しいです！！！！
Anyways, SEEING IS BELIEVING so why don't you start by coming to our church on Sunday?  It's going to be SUPER FUN!!!!!

（日本に残った理由） 日本よ、立ち上がって輝こう！（中編） Arise and Shine Japan! (part 2)

前回のつづきです（＾＾）
This is continued from last post!

2.　神様の祝福をこの国に流している
We are bringing gods blessing to the nation.

箴言１４：３４　神様に忠実であることは国を強くし、神様を避けることは人々を弱くする。
Proverbs 14.34  (message bible)　God-devotion makes a country strong; God-avoidance leaves people weak.

私達はこの大阪という街に神様の祝福を流す教会をたてている。　
We are building a church that will bring God's blessing to Osaka.

たとえば、人間関係の分野。　神様を知る前は、人間関係で悩んでいたっていう人多いと思う。　私もそうだった。本当の自分を出せない、コミュニケーションをとるほうほうがわからない。恋愛も不器用でうまくいかない。
For example, in relationships. Before you find God, so many people struggle with relationships. I used to be like that too. You don't know how to be yourself. You don't know how to relate to people and communicate. You struggle with romantic relationship.

でも、この教会は神様と出会えて、最高の仲間と出会える最高の場所！　神様が間にいる関係の絆ってめちゃめちゃ強い。
But this church is the place that you can find God and make great friends! Relationship with God in the middle is so strong!

私の話：　私は小さい時に父親がオーストラリアに転勤になって、そのまま現地スタッフになったから、16年オーストラリアで育った。でも、5年前にたった一人で日本に戻ってきた。
My story. I lived in Australia for 16 years because of my father's work and my father became the local staff so we got permanent residency. But 5 years ago I came back to Japan by myself.

最初は一時帰国のつもりだった。日本に5年以上住むとオーストラリアの永住権が切れてしまうから、5年以内に帰るつもりだった。　
First I came as temporary return. I was planning to bo back to Australia within 5 years as my Australian permanent residency visa will expire if I lived in Japan for more than 5 years.

でも、神様はこのジーザスライフハウスという教会という教会を通して、私を凄く祝福してくれた。　
But God blessed me so much through this church, Jesus Lifehouse Osaka.

例えば人間関係。　オーストラリアにいたときよりもずっと友達が多い。ホンモノのオーストラリア人の友達もオーストラリアにいたときよりも多い（笑）
For example in relationships. I have more friends than I had in Australia. Even I  have more real and closer Australian friends than I had in Australia ! (lol)

国を越えて、文化を越えて、年齢を超えて、性別を越えて、神様が大好きでこの教会が大好きな仲間！ということで何よりも強い絆でみんなと結ばれている。
It's amazing how we can all feel united no matter what country, culture, age-group we are from. We are connected strongly and closely by God and the passion for this church!

それから、この教会を通して、私の友達がたくさん、イエスに出会ってクリスチャンになった！そして、自分が導いた友達が更に友達を神様に導いていくのをたくさんみてきた。　教会がどんどん大きくなっていった！
And then God lead my friends to Jesus through me. And I saw those friends leading their friends to Jesus.　Church kept on growing and growing.

神様が日本を祝福してるのって本当なんだ！って感動した。　神様が日本で凄いことをしているってみればみるほど、次第にオーストラリアに戻ろうという思いがどんどん弱くなっていった。
I was moved seeing that God is really blessing Japan.  The more I saw what God was doing in Japan, my desire to  wanting to go back to Australia started to fade.

っていうか、「こんな最高の仲間達とお別れしてまで、オーストラリアに戻る必要はあるのか？ ここを去ってまで、自分が欲しいものって何? いきたい場所はどこ？」 って考えたら、帰りたいって思いがなくなった。
Then I thought, "Why do I need to go back to Australia not being a part of this amazing church and saying good bye to my great friends? What do I want leaving this church?" Then I realised that I didn't want to Go back.　

自分が今一番いたい場所は日本なんだって、もっと大きなビジョンと日本に対する情熱が与えられた。　
God gave me bigger vision for Japan when I realise that Japan was the place I want to be.

そして、もっと凄いことに、ここのチャーチを建てるために日本に残ろうって決めた後に、今の最高の夫、ルークと付き合うことになって、今年の3月に結婚した！　
And amazing thing happened, just after I decided to stay in Japan to build Jesus Lifehouse, I started going out with Luke (my great husband) and we got married in March this year!

私がオーストラリアに帰っていたら、凄いたくさんの凄い祝福を逃すところだった！　
If I went back to Australia, I would have missed out on all of this!

ルークと結婚できたこと、神様からの素晴らしいプレゼント。　そして、こんなに愛せる教会とみんなに出会えたことも最高のプレゼント。　
Luke is God's special gift from me  and this church and everyone in this church are gifts from God.

先月、オーストラリアの永住権が切れました。　後悔はまったくしていません。　私もルークも大阪を愛している！　私達が今一番いたい場所は大阪。　
Last month my permanent residency expired. But I have no regrets! Luke and I love Osaka! Osaka is the place we want to be in this entire world!

　3.　他の人達がついてこられるような道をつくっている
We are preparing a way for others to follow
.
イザヤ 62:10 通れ、通れ、門を。人々の道を整え、建て上げ、建て上げ、大路を造れ。石を取り除きなさい。　国々の国民の上に旗を揚げよ。
Isaiah 62:10 (New International Version) Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations.

私たちが今建てているものは、日本が今までみたことないこと。　
We are building something that Japan hasn't seen before!

ジーザスライフハウス大阪は数人でたてはじめた。最初ルークのアパートとかスタバでチャーチしてたんだよね。
Jesus Lifehouse Osaka started with few people. It started in the boys apartment and starbucks!

2007 December

   

それにたくさんの人が加わって、どんどん大きくなっている。成長が止まらないから、今度はもっと大きな場所にうつることになった。　今まで大阪が見たことがないものを私達はみている。　
Now we have more people and it's growing and growing. And because it doesn't stop growing, we are going to move to the new venue. We are seeing what Osaka hasn't seen before.

でもこれはスタートにしか過ぎない。　この箇所に書いてある通りに私たちは高速道路を立てあげている。　もっとたくさんの人たちが、イエスに出会えるための道をたてあげている。
But this is just the start. I believe that we are building the highway. We are building the way so more people can meet Jesus.

 

ジーザスライフハウスを建てあげることによって、他の日本の教会も一緒に、成長していくって信じてる。　ロド先生が言っている言葉で、
By building this church other churches in Japan are goin to rise. Pastor Rod often says,

港の水の高さがあがると、全ての船が高く上がる。“　っていう言葉があるんだけど、“ When the water in the harbor goes up all the boats rise.”

私達の教会がたちあがったとき、他の教会も一緒に成長していく。　あと１０～20年たてば、日本中、教会がたくさん増える。　クリスチャンが少ないっていう言葉は聞かなくなる。
When we rise, other churches will rise with us! After 10~20 years there will be more churches in Japan. We are no longer going to hear that there aren't many Christians in Japan.

職場とか大学はクリスチャンだらけになる。　そして、休み時間にライフグループとかが行われたりする。　
There are going to be many christians in companies and schools, universities... and during lunch time there are going to be lifegroups happening!

私達にとって、凄い！ってことが次世代にとっては、当たり前になる。
Things that surprised us would be normal for the next generation.

だから、ビジョンをもって建て上げ続けよう！
So let's have a great vision and keep on building!

日本よ、立ち上がって輝こう！（前半） Arise and Shine Japan! (Part 1)

私の日曜日のメッセージをシェアします☆
I will share my Sunday 11:15 message.

日本よ、立ち上がって輝こう！
Arise and shine, Japan!

(イザヤ 60:1-3) 起きよ。光を放て。あなたの光が来て、神様の栄光があなたの上に輝いているからだ。　
(Isaiah 60:1-3) “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.”

私は日本が大好き。　日本人が大好き。　日本人として、今この時代に生きていることを誇りに思うし、めちゃくちゃワクワクしている。　この世代は最高の世代。　今が日本の『時』だって信じている！　
I looooove Japan! I love Japanese people. I'm so proud to live in Japan in this generation as a Japanese. I'm so excited! This generation is the best generation ever! I believe now is the time for Japan!

日本は今まで以上にホンモノの答えを求めている。　神様を求めている。
So many people in Japan are looking for REAL answers. They are seeking God more than ever!

いい会社に入ること以外に人生の目的があるんじゃないか。
Perhaps there are more to life than entering a good companyor having a great job.

どうしたら、長く続く結婚生活ができるのか、多くの人が答えを求めている。
Or they are searching for finding the answer to great long-lasting marriage. So many people are looking for the right answer.

でも、答えを求める場所がわからずに葛藤している人が多いと思う。
But so many people don't know where to find these answers and they are strugggling. 

そんな中、この教会を通して、日本で神様の光が今まで以上に輝いている。
And then, God is shining his light to Japan brighter than ever through this church!!!

このジーザスライフハウス大阪にみんなが光！　
People in Jesus Lifehouse Osaka are the light!!!

はじめてこの教会にきた人たちからよく聞くんだけど、彼らがここにきて一番最初に感じることは、「なんで、みんなこんなにキラキラしているの？」ってことなんだって。
So many people who came to this church for the first time say to me, "Why are these people shining so much!?"

ここには、神様を愛していて、未来に対してビジョンでいっぱい持っている最高の日本人の若者がいっぱいいる。　
There are so many great young Japanese people in this church who love God and have great vision for their future!

ジーザスライフハウス大阪を通して、ここにいるみんなを通して、たくさんの日本人がイエスと出会って人生が変わっていきます!!!
I believe that through Jesus Lifehouse Osaka, through all the people here, so many Japanese are going to find Jesus and have their lives changed!

エステルの話。　エステルは聖書版シンデレラ。　彼女は孤児だった。でも彼女には凄い使命が与えられた。　彼女の美しさ、そして神様からの特権によって、彼女はペルシアの王妃として選ばれた。
Esther's story. Esther is the bible version of Cinderella. She was an orphan. But she had great destiny to fulfill. Because of her beauty and God's favor she was chosen to become the Queen of Persia.

でも、彼女は自分の国、ユダヤを救うために王妃という地位についたということを彼女は知らなかった。王の家来の1人が、ユダヤ人の虐殺を計画していた。王妃である彼女しかユダヤ人を救うことができなかった。でも、彼女は自分がユダヤ人だということを隠していたので、このことで彼女も一緒に殺されるかもしれないというリスクがあった。
But little did she know that she was in her position to save her people, the Jews. One of the King's men was planning a genocide of Jews. As she was a queen, she was the only one who can save her people. But that meant that she had to risk her life as she was hiding the fact that she was a Jew too.

そんな状況にいる彼女をみて、彼女のいとこが彼女にこういう言葉を送りました。
Seeing her situation, her cousin sent her a message that said this:

エステル4:14　もし、あなたがこの時に沈黙を守るなら、別の所から、助けと救いがユダヤ人のために起ころう。しかし、あなたも、あなたの父の家も滅びよう。　あなたがこの王国に来たのは、もしかすると、この時のためであるかもしれない。

Esther 4:14 (New International Version)　 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?"

エステルはこの言葉を受け取ったあと、勇気を出して立ち上がり、最終的には彼女の国民を救った。　
Esther after receiving this word, stood up with courage and in the end she saved her people.

私達もエステルのように、神様はあなたにも使命を与えている。　日本の「この時のため」にここにおいてくれている。　
Just like Esther, God has given you destiny to fulfil. For "such a time as this" in Japan.

そこで、私達にもエステルのように選択が与えられている。　「沈黙を守るのか」それとも、この世代のために、自分の国のために立ち上がるのか。
We have 2 options like Esther. To remain silent or rise up for our country and next generation!

あなたも神様が日本で起こしているこの凄い動きの一部になれる！
You can be part of this amazing thing that God is doing in Japan!!!

この教会には、日本と日本人を心から愛していてビジョンもっている海外からきている人達がたくさんいる。　本当にそれを見ていて、凄い感動する。
In this church there are so many people from Overseas who love Japan and Japanese passionately! It's so moving to see that.

でも、ジーザスライフハウスをみて　「日本人が一番、日本に対して情熱がないね」っていう風に思われたくないよね。そうならないって信じてる！
But never let it said that in Jesus Lifehouse that the Japanese are the least passionate people about Japan. I believe that it's not going to happen!

日本人、もっと自分の国に情熱をもとうよ！　
Japanese people, lets be more passionate about your own country!

ジーザスライフハウスは『日本人も他の国の人達もめっちゃ日本と日本人を愛している！！！！　凄い！』っていう教会にしたいし、そうなるって信じてる！
I believe that Jesus Lifehouse is going to be a church which people willl look at us and be amazed how Japanese people and people from overseas all together love Japanese and Japan so much!

日本人のみんな、情熱をもとう！今この教会を通して、日本を変えるもののたてている。
SO Japanese people, let's be passionate about this country. We are building things that are going to change Japan!

1. 未来のリーダーシップをたてている
We are building leadership for the future.

（箴言２８：２）　国民が悪いことをしようとすると、政府は倒れますが、知恵と物事がわかるリーダー達は国を安定させます。
Proverbs 28:2 (New Living Translation)2 When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily. But wise and knowledgeable leaders bring stability.

リーダーシップは地位とか年とかではない、リーダーシップは自分が模範になることによって、周りに良い影響を与えてること。
Leadership is not about position or age. Leadership is about influencing others in a good way by being an example.

ジーザスライフハウスでは次世代のリーダーを立てあげている。　
In Jesus Lifehouse we are building next generation leaders.

そして、この教会で育ったリーダーが教会の外でも影響を与えていく人たちになるって信じている。　この教会で身についたリーダーシップって、どの分野でも適応できる。政治の分野でも、教育の分野でも、ビジネスの分野でも様々な分野で、クリスチャンのリーダーが活躍していく。
I believe that many leaders who grew up in our church will influence in other areas too besides church. Leadership skills that you learn in church ccan be applied to any area . Politics, education, buisness field we are going to see many great  Christian leaders in Japan!

また、未来の家庭の最高のリーダーをたてあげています。　独身の男性のみんな、神様の法則に従って、最高の家族のリーダーになるように育てています！　神様を一番にして、妻を大事にする方法を学べる。　
Also we are building great leaders of the family! Single men, we are building you to become the great husband by teaching you God's principle. To put God first and to love your wife.

大阪で, この教会がこの世の中の模範になるって信じている。今はシングルが多いけど、神様を中心にしたラブラブな夫婦が増えて、この教会から地域を変えて、地域から日本が変わることを信じている。
I believe  that in couples in our church are going to be Osaka ! Most people are single right now, but I believe that we will have so many happily married couples with God in the middle. From this church we will change the community and once the community changes, Japan will change!

詩篇２２ 大阪バージョン！☆ Psalm 22 Osaka version!

よく聖書の地名とかを大阪や日本に置き換えて楽しんでいます☆　めっちゃわくわくするよ！
I often change the names of places to Osaka and Japan when I read the bible. It's so much fun and exciting!

そこで、この前英語の聖書のメッセージ訳を読んでいて、大阪に置き換えたらめっちゃ盛り上がった箇所があるので、ブログにシェアしちゃうね！
So lately I did that to one of the scriptures in the Message bible.  I really got excited as I changed the names to Osaka so I will share it here :)

今日を力いっぱい生き抜く！ Living life to its fullest!!!

はろー☆  いよいよ9月も近づいてきたね・・・　あっという間でびっくりー！
Hello! I can't believe that it's almost September now!

今回「あなたのＴＯＵＣＨＩＮＧ ＷＯＲＤは何？」に参加します！
　

最近聖書の中マタイからジャーナルしてるんだけど、イエスの言葉の一言一言が自分に響いてるよ。
I'm journalling from Matthew lately and I am touched everyday by what Jesus says in the bible.

聖書って、クリスチャンじゃないと敷居が高いな～とか、「読んでもピンとこない」って思いがちかもしれないけど（実際、私も昔そう思ってた）
If you are not a Christian, you might be thinking, "The bible is too hard for me to read." or " I don't get the point." (I used to think like that.)

生活に実践できること、もりだくさん！　イエスの教えは本当にシンプルだし、人生が豊かになるものだから（＾＾）
But actually, it's really practical!!!  Jesus' teachings are really simple and it changes your life to become more abundant!

だから、はじめて読む人はマタイ（または他の福音書：マルコ、ルカ、ヨハネ）からおすすめします（＾＾）　
So if you are reading the bible for the first time, I recommend you to start with Matthew (or any other gospel: Mark, Luke, John)

さっそく響いた箇所をシェアするね。
I'll share with you a scripture that spoke to me.

(マタイ６：３４)　明日のことを心配するのはやめなさい。神は明日のことも心にかけてくださるのですから、一日一日を力いっぱい生き抜きなさい。

(Matthew 6:34) (The Message) "Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.

「今日」という一日は神様から与えられたプレゼント。　英語ではpresent（現在）っていうよね。
Today is a "present" from God. That's why it's called present in English :)

昨日とか過去に生きるのではなく、未来を思い悩むのではなく、今日という一日に感謝して、力いっぱい生き抜いていきます！
I don't want to live in the past or worry about my future, but I want to thank God for today and live my life to its fullest!

神様、毎日知恵と励ましをありがとう（＾＾）
Thank you God for your wisdom and encouragement everyday!

聖書には人生のあらゆる問題にたいする答えがのってるから、是非読んでみて☆　クリスチャンの友達にきいたら、読み方とか教えてくれるよー。

教会があるべき姿 What church is all about!

ルークが日曜日の午後にしたメッセージが、教会はどういうものなのかを話してくれてめっちゃ響いたのでシェアします！
I'm going to post Luke's message in 1:30pm service last Sunday. He talked about what church is all about and it really moved me.

一致＝教会
ONE=THE CHURCH

イエスは一致についてたくさん話していた。
Jesus said a lot about being united.

（ヨハネ１７：３）イエスが天にいる父にこう祈った。クリスチャンが一致し、世の中の人々がクリスチャンが愛し合って一致しているのを見て、神様の存在を知ることができるように。
(John 17:3) Jesus praying to the father to help them as they move through the world that they would be united and that through their unity the world would know that they are Christians by the way they loved.

ある団体は財力によって知られていて、ある団体はルールによって知られていて、方言によって「何県民」っていうグループで知られる人達がいる。
Some groups are known for their money, some are known for their rules or known by their dialects.

クリスチャンは一致していること・人々に対する愛で知られていてほしい。
Christians should be known for their unity and love for people.

教会は一番参加しやすいものであるべきだと思う。
The church should be the easiest thing to enter in the world.

一致してることによって、世の中の良い模範になれる。教会はサークルやクラブではない。ソーシャルネットワークでもない。入った途端、人生をコントロールされる団体でもない。 Unity is a huge example to the world. The church is not a club. It's not just a social network.  It’s not a group that once you come in, people start controlling your life.

教会はイエスとの関係とお互いの関係を成長させることを一番にしているコミュニティ。
It's a community of people committed to growing in the relationship with Jesus and each other.

それぞれイエスとの関係は違う段階かもしれないけど、それでも大丈夫！一緒に成長してるから。
We are all different level in relationship Jesus but that is fine. We are all growing together!

社会人が高校生と、インドネシア人がオーストラリア人と隣同士に座って同じものを信じ、一緒に笑って励まして、心から繋がれる環境って他にはない。イエスを受け入れた時に神様の家族の一員になる。
Nowhere else in the world would you have a business man and a high-school student sitting next to each other.  Australians next to Indonesians. Laughing together and building each other.  When you receive Jesus you become part of the family of God!

私達が正しい人々と目的に心を一致させた時、めっちゃ凄い結果がでる！
When we unite our heart with the right people and the right things we are going to get super results!

一致はただ集まるだけのことをいってるのではない。教会に毎週きていても、心がまったく一致してない人たちもいる。
Unity doesn't mean turning up to something. There are even some people come to our church often but they are not united in their heart.

一致は受身ではなく能動的なもの。　心の態度であり、それが言動に表れる。
Unity is proactive, not passive. It's a heart attitude and decision followed by action and speech.

例：　いずみと僕が結婚した時、彼女は僕の名字になった。他の場所にいって自己紹介をする時、多くの人に驚かれる。「え、日本人ですか！？」でも、いずみは笑って、「はい！」っていう。彼女は新しい名字、ケネディに誇りをもっている。
Example. When Izumi and I got married, she took my name and made it her own. When she goes places and introduces herself people are shocked. “Are you Japanese?”  Izumi laughs and says, “Yes!”. She is proud to have that name.

もし、あなたがジーザスライフハウスの一員なら誇りを持って欲しい！
I think if you are a part of Jesus Lifehouse you need to be excited about it.

それは他の人達より優れてるってこと？　それは違う！
Does that mean we are better than other people? Definitely not!

ジーザスライフハウスは実際、他の教会と関係を築いていて、お互いに協力しあったり、成長を助けたりしてる。
In fact, JLH is committed to build relationships with other churches so we can support each other and help other churches grow.

もし、あなたがジーザスライフハウスにきてるなら、「彼らの教会」「ルークの教会」「あの教会」から「私の教会」に変わることを心から願っている。
If you are coming to Jesus Lifehouse, I pray that Jesus Lifehouse would go from being “their church”, “Luke’s church”, “that church” to being THIS IS MY CHURCH.

このすばらしい教会の一員になってることに対してワクワクしてほしい。　この教会はあなたの教会です！
You should feel excited to be a part of this great church. This is your church!

自分が何かを所有していたら、大事にするよね？　例えば、家にゴミが落ちてたら、拾う。教会も同じ！　あなたの教会なら、あなたが教会を守り、大事にする。
And if you own something you are going to take care of it. If there is paper my house I will pick it up. It’s the same in church. If this is your church, you will look after it.

一致について大事なポイントをいくつか話します。
There is couple of important points about being united.

1. 教会と一致する
UNITED WITH THE CHURCH

(エペソ４：３－６）　聖霊によって心を一つにされるように常に努力し、互いに仲良暮らしなさい。私達はみんな一つの体の各器官です。だれもが同じ御霊を与えられ、同じ輝かしい未来へと招かれています。また、私達の主はただ1人であり、信仰も一つであり、バプテズマも一つだけです。そして私達すべての上に立ち、すべての中に宿り、各器官である私達を貫いて生きておられる、神であり父である方を知っているのです。

(Ephesians 4:3-6) Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

教会は体のようなもの。　あなたもその体の一部。
The church is like a body. You are a part of it.

例：　ルークはラグビーで、特殊な筋肉を傷めた。（特殊すぎて、辞書にものってない＾＾；）　いためるまで、その筋肉の存在を知らなかった。朝おきて、「今日は、○○筋の調子どうだろう？」なんていったことがない。痛めてからいかにその筋肉が大事かということに気がついた。
Example: I hurt my infaspinatous muscle playing rugby. I didn't even know I had one until I hurt it. I never asked myself ' I wonder how my infaspinatous muscle is doing today?  I didn't realize how important it was until I hurt it.

教会も同じ。　あなたは自分がどれだけイエスの体にとって大事なのか気づいていないと思う。
Church is the same. You don't realise how much you are important to the Christ's body!

その知られてない筋肉として自分をみているかもしれない。「自分がいなくても誰も気づかない。」とか「自分はこの教会にとってたいした存在ではない。」
You might feel like that little muscle, “people won’t realize if I’m not here” or “I’m not that important in this church.”

でもあなたは凄く大事な存在です。　あなたがいるのといないでは大きな違いがあります！
But I want to tell you that YOU ARE SO IMPORANT. The church won’t be the same without you.

自分だけしか提供できないものがそれぞれある。神様はあなたに特別な能力や才能を与えていて、それを教会で発揮できる。
You bring something to the community that no one else can bring! YOU. God has given you amazing gifts and abilities and you should use them in the church!

一人ひとりが違う人間だというのも凄く嬉しい。　1人のリーダーのクローンではない。僕達は全員違う。
I’m so glad that everyone is different in church.  We are not clones of one leader.  We are all different.

にぎやかな人もいれば、きっちしりした性格の人達もいる、ルーズでも人生を楽しんでる人達もいる、たくさんの友達がいる人と少数の友達と深く付き合ってる人もいる。　人ごみに入って騒ぐのが大好きな人もいれば、静かにしているのが好きな人もいる。
We have loud people, people who are organized, people who are so disorganized but loving life, people with lots of friends, people with few friends but very faithful to them, introverted people who don’t like being in the middle of the crowd and extroverted who loves being in the crowd etc.

それぞれの違いを楽しもう！祝おう！
LET’S CELEBRATE THEM ALL!

性格は違うけど、みんな同じ目的でいる。教会を建てること。私達は同じイエスという土台をたてている。
But all these people all have one purpose;  Build the church. We are all building on the same foundation. JESUS.

鍵：　もし教会が成長するにつれて、なじめず、葛藤してるなら、それはあなたの問題。僕は変わってないし、ビジョンも変わってない。きっとあなたが変わってしまった。だから、再びビジョンからずれている自分を戻す必要がある。
Key: if you find yourself pulling this way or that in church as it grows, We have not changed. I have not changed, the vision has not changed, its you. You have changed and you need to realign yourself with the vision.

一致を壊すもの　
THINGS THAT BREAK UNITY

１．　陰口・うわさ話　
Gossip.

(箴言 18:17) 誰の話でも、他の人がその裏を明かし、全貌がわかるまではもっともらしく思います。

(Proverbs 18:17)  The first one to plead his case seems right until his neighbor comes and examines him.

悪いことを聞いたら、すぐにその情報だけを信じて行動するのはやめよう。いつも片方だけの意見や話を聞かないほうがいい。
Don't hear something bad and then run off and start acting from that.  You need to hear the other side of the story.

２．　分裂したリーダーシップ　
Divided leadership.

（マタイ１２：２５）イエスは彼らの考えを見抜き、こういわれました。「内紛の耐えない国は結局滅びます。」

(Mathew 12.25) Jesus knowing their thoughts said ' every kingdom divided against itself will be desolate, and every house or city divided against itself will not stand.

リーダーシップに分裂が生じた場合、政治・ビジネス・チームが前に進むことができなくなり、崩壊することが多い。
Politics, teams, businesses are often overthrown though division in leadership, and so often instead of going forward the thing falls over.

僕達はイエスに対する愛、人々に対する愛。　共通のビジョン、神様の言葉（聖書）で一致してる。　
We are united around our love for Jesus, our love for people, our common vision and the word of god which is the bible. 

僕が最高だなって思うのは、ロド先生とビブ先生がリーダーで、そこから僕といずみ、そこからライフグループリーダー、べニューチームリーダー、ミュージックリーダーっていて、それぞれが同じイエスという使命のために一致してること。同じ一つのビジョン・一つの心で一致した時、めっちゃパワフル！
I'm so glad to be part of a church team that from Pastor Rod and Viv to us to the life group leaders, venue leaders, music leaders are all united around the cause of JESUS.  It’s so powerful when we unite around one vision and one heart.



日曜日に教会に来ることに関してなんだけど、もし心から教会に一致してるなら、毎週日曜日くるように最善を尽くそう。
When it comes to being in church on Sunday, if you are united in heart, make a commitment to being with here every Sunday.

あなたが一致しているものが、人生で優先させていくもの。
Because what you united around, you will prioritize in your life.

（ヘブル１０：２５）　ある人達の癖のように集まることをあきらめず、かの日が近づくにつれて、ますますお互いに励ましあおうではありませんか。

(Hebrews 10:25) Not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other- and all the more as we see the day approaching.

僕が悔しいのは、人生のある分野で苦しんでいる人をみて、ちょうどその問題についてのメッセージをした日に限っていなかったりすること！　「あの日曜日にメッセージしたことが絶対に助けになったのに！」って思うのが悔しい。
I see people struggling in life and they miss the Sunday when we talk about issues that they are struggling about.  I often think, “It would’ve helped you if you just came to church on that Sunday when I strongly addressed that issue…!”

教会は励ましを受け取り、人生で前進していくために必要な場所。　次のレベルに上がるチャレンジも受けるし、神様が語ってくれる場所。また他の人を励ませる場所でもある。 Church is the place where you are going to get encouraged to go forwards in life. Challenged to live at a new level. God is going to speak to you. You can encourage other people!

2. イエスと一致する　
UNITED WITH JESUS

(2 コリント5:17）（メッセージバイブル直訳）　内側を見たとき、メシア（イエス）と一致しているものは新しいスタートをきることができる。新しい存在になっている。古い人生は終わり、新しい人生がはじまった！みてごらん！

(2 Corinthians 5.17) (message bible translation) Now we look inside, and what we see is anyone who is united with the messiah (Jesus) gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone, the new life has come! Look at it!

神様はあなたがイエスと心で一致することを望んでいる。　
God wants you to be united in your heart with Jesus.

イエスと一致するというステップを踏んだ時にまったく新しいスタートが与えられる。聖書に書かれてるのは、イエスが心に入ってきて内側から新しくしてくれるってこと。
When you step over the line that you are going to unite your life with Jesus, you are going to get a brand new start. The bible says that Jesus will come into you and make you new from the inside.

もう一人ぼっちにはならない。イエスがずっと側にいてくれるから！
You will never be alone. Jesus will always be with you!

だから、イエスと、地域教会と、同じビジョンをもった周りの人々と一致していこう！
So let’s become one with Jesus, your local church and people with the same vision!

平安に根付く
Planted in PEACE

（ヨハネ１４：２７）　イエスは言った。「贈り物をあげましょう。あなたがたの思いと心を安らかにしてあげる、それがわたしの贈り物です。」

(John: 14.27) Jesus said, 'my peace I leave with you'

（ピリピ４：６－７）　何事も心配してはなりません。むしろ、どんなことでも祈りなさい。　神様にお願いしなさい。　そして、祈りに答えてくださる神様に感謝するのを忘れてはいけません。そうすれば、人間の理解をはるかに超えた、すばらしい神様の平安を経験できます。キリスト・イエスに頼る時、その平安は、あなたがたの心と思いを静め、安らかにしてくるのです。

(Philippians 4.6-7) Be anxious for nothing, but through prayer and thanks make your requests known to god and let the perfect peace that passes all understanding will keep you.

平安を求める４つの分野
Four areas to seek peace In.

1.　神様との平安   
PEACE WITH GOD

(ローマ１４：１７）なぜなら、わたしたちクリスチャンにとって大切なのは、何を食べるか飲むかではなく、正しさと、平安と、聖霊様から来る喜びと、満ち溢れているかどうかだからです。

( Romans 14.17 ) But the kingdom of god is Righteousness, peace and joy in the holy spirit.

- 神様に対して綺麗な心をもつ。
- Keep a clean heart with God.

神様と正しい関係をもつことはとっても簡単！　ジャーナル、祈り、人を赦すこと、赦しを求めること、人々を愛すること。
Its simple to be right with God. – journaling, prayer, forgiving people, asking for forgiveness, loving people.

神様と正しい関係をもつために正しいと「感じる」必要はない。　悔い改め（変わること）は内側からの変化が外側にあらわれること。　１８０％方向を変えること。
You don't have to FEEL right with God to be right with God- repentance is an inward change followed by an outward change. It means to do a 180% turn.

神様は私達が変わると決断して行動に移した時に神様と正しい関係になるっていうふうにいってる。
He promises you that once you repent that you are right with god.

それは古い土から木をぬいて、新しい土に植えかえるようなもの。　自己中からぬかれて、イエスに植えられる。
It is like pulling up a tree and planting it back into new soil. Out of self and into JESUS.

2.    自分に対する平安
PEACE WITH YOURSELF

自分を責めることをやめよう。
Stop taking inventories of what's wrong with you.

内側から変わるもので、神様を一番にしているとその変化の実が結ばれる。
It's an internal change and the FRUIT of that change will come when you keep choosing to put God first in your life.

外側のものから自信をもとうとするのはやめよう。　ＴＯＥＩＣのスコアとか。　体重とか。何人と付き合ったとか。　他の人達からどう思われてるのかで自分の価値を決めること。
Stop putting your confidence in outward things. How well you can speak English. What your weight is, how many times you have been asked on a date. Determining your worth by the way others look at you and treat you.

過去に虐待を受けた人も、過去の自分を今の自分と重ねないで。あなたは神様の子供だから！
For people who have been abused, do not look at your past experience to define who you are. You are a child of GOD!

他の人に愛される前にまず自分が自分を愛せるようにならないといけない。      
You need to learn to love yourself before anyone else can love you.

ルークは自分のことが好きになった。　ルークは完璧ではない。だけど、ありのままの自分を楽しんでいる。　内側の変化を感じてる。　健康的に自分のことが好き。
I've come to like myself- I'm not perfect. I'm not at the best place yet, but I'm enjoying the ride god has put me on. The changes that are happening in me. I'm going to learn to like myself in a healthy way.'

もし自分のことが好きでなければ神様に反発してることになる。　何故なら、神様はあなたのことを見るとき、最高傑作品としてみてるから！
If you don't like yourself, then you are disagreeing with God because when he looks at you and me he sees his beautiful and amazing creation.

雑誌に出てるモデルやジムに通ってる人と同じ体型ではないかもしれない。でも、どんなに体型がよくても、イエスがいなければ満足することはない、ハッピーではない。あと１ｋｇ増えれば、とかあと１ｋｇ減れば･･･とそういう世界にきている。
You might not be the shape that you see in the magazines or the gym but people who have those bodies and don't have JESUS are still not happy because its never enough. Its always one more  kg on or one more kg off.

自分に対して平安がなければ、心が満たされることはない。
You can't be satisfied until you make peace with yourself!

3.    人々に対しての平安
PEACE WITH PEOPLE.

（ローマ１２：８）　可能であれば、皆と平和な関係を築こう
(Romans 12.8)  If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live in peace with everyone.

２つの種類の人間がいます。
There are two kinds of people

平安を保つ人　対　平安をつくる人
Peace-keepers vs. peace-makers.

平安を保つ人は人に対して間違いを指摘するのが怖い人。
Peace keepers are those who are afraid to confront.

戦う価値がある問題と戦うほどのものではないことがある。
There are some things that are worth fighting for and something that are not.

例えば、誰が洗い物をする番なのか。　争わないでやろう！
For example, whose turn it is to do the washing up is not one of things- just do It.

個人の好みを大事にしてると、小さなことで争い大事なことを見落とす。
Personal preference can so many times cause you to miss the big things because your fighting for the small things.

大きなものか小さなものかを決めて、なおすか、手放すか決める。
Decide if it's a big thing or a small thing- fix it or throw it out.

良い人間関係を築きたい場合は温かい人間になろう！　気むずかしい人とか自分に大して平安がない人は良い人間関係を築けない。
To have great relationships you need to be warm. People who are difficult and not peaceful within them self do not have good relationships.

傷つきやすい人にならないこと。　繊細とかすぐつっかかる人。
-   don't be easily offended. Touchy and sensitive.

英語は結構ストレートな言葉。　ルークはたまに英語が母国語ではない人に英語で話しかけられた時にたまにストレートすぎて失礼だと感じることが多い。　でも、無意識的にそう話してる人が多い。　だから、ルークは傷つかない。
English is a very straight forward language. Sometimes when people speak to me in English, they are very rude, but they don't always mean to be. I don't get offended.

教会には色々な文化の人々がいるけど、一つの神様の文化に根付いている。　オーストラリアの文化、日本の文化、インドネシアの文化、フィリピンの文化より大事なのは、神様の国の文化！
We are in a church where there are a lot of different people and cultures but we are all here to be planted into KINGDOM CULTURE. More important than Australian culture, Japanese culture, Indonesian culture, Philippine culture, we are here for kingdom culture!!

-   違いを楽しもう  enjoy differences

こういうタイプの人間としか仲良くなれないとか言うのはやめよう。　そんな生き方は小さく、悲しい！　あなたが自分の輪に色々な人を加えるたびにあなたの輪が大きくなる。
Stop saying that I can only get along with this type of people. What a small sad way to live!! Your circle of life is going to increase, as you are willing to include others into the circle.

  4. 　試練の中での平安 
PEACE IN TRIALS

（出エジプト１４：１４）　神様が代わりに戦ってくださる。だから、平安を握り締めなさい。
（Exodus 14.14） The lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace.

試練の時に気づいて欲しい。　神様があなたの成功のために戦ってる。
In trials realize God is fighting for your success.

平安は良いときではなく、試練のときにこそ身につく。
WE DEVELOP PEACE NOT IN THE GOOD TIMES BUT IN TRIALS.

例：　スコットが旅行している時にココナッツの実がなってる木を見つけて、何時間もかけて木に登ってココナッツをとろうとした。　ようやくココナッツをゲットしたら、中身が腐ってた！！！
Example: Scott was on a trip and they found these coconut tree and they spent hours trying to get up the tree and get open this coconut. Finally they did only to find out it was rotten.

全てが順調なときだけの平安だけほしいわけではない。　外側から攻撃されてる時も内側の平安をもっていたい。
I don't want to just look good when everything is fine. I want to look good on the inside when something is pounding me trying to get me to crack!

多くの人が平安をもっていないのは、生活の中で選択を間違えてるから。　他のものを優先し、その結果全てばらばらになる。
So many people don't have peace simply because of wrong lifestyle choices.
They put the wrong things first that cause them to get all out of order.

（エペソ２：６） 神様はキリストと共に私達を引き上げ、その天国の領域で私達はキリストと共に、席についているのです。

(Ephesians 2:6) And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms.

私たちがキリストと共に平和に席に座っている時、イエスが私達の状況や難題を管理してくれてる。
When your sitting in peace in the seat with Christ, he is taking care of your situation and
your impossible circumstance.

私達は自分の力でどうにかしたいと思い立ち上がったりしてしまう。でもイエスは、平安を保ちなさい。私を信頼しなさい。あなたのために戦ってるのですから。と私達にいつもいってる。
We want to keep getting up and trying to make it happen in our own strength. But Jesus keeps on saying, just keep your peace. Keep trusting me, I'm fighting for you.

平安の反対は心配で、心配は自分からなる実。　自分の人生をコントロールさせないように。
The opposite of peace is worry and it's a fruit of self. Don't let it control your life!

神様の平安で毎日が満たされますように！
Let the peace of god rule in your life.

どうやったらもっと忍耐強くなれるのか？
So how can we become more patient???

1) 忍耐を「身に着けること」。　
Put on Patience

忍耐は聖霊の実だから、まず神様から受け取らないといけない。
Patience is the fruit of the spirit so you need to receive it from God to start with!

イエスを受け入れた時に忍耐という小さな種が与えられる。そして、筋トレのように毎日、小さなことから大きなことまで実践していくことによって大きく育っていく。
When we receive Jesus, we receive a small seed of patience. And we need to train our patience everyday just like building our muscles. This means putting it into practice.

コロサイ 3:12 に　「忍耐を身に着けなさい」ってかいてある。
In Colossians 3:12 it says clothe yourself with patience.



忍耐は選択していくこと。
Patience is a CHOICE.　

みんな、忍耐強くなることを選択していこう！　自分が急いでいる時に前の人がゆっくり歩いている時でも、特別な相手がまだ現れなくても、夢がまだ実現していなくても、感謝して穏やかに過ごすことを選択しよう！
Let's CHOOSE to be patient. If someone in front of you are walking really slow when you are in a rush, or when you don't have that special SOMEONE yet, or even if you haven't got your dreams fulfilled let's have a thankful heart and leave peacefully.

2) 待つことを楽しむ。　
Enjoy the WAIT 　

「愛するみなさん。あなたがたの人生は、多くの困難と誘惑に満ちていますか。そうであれば、喜びなさい。行く道の険しさは忍耐を養う良いチャンスとなるからです。忍耐力を十分に養いなさい。さまざまな問題が持ち上がった時、そこから逃げ出そうともがいてはいけません。忍耐力が十分に身につけば、感情に成長したどんなことにもびくともしない、ねばり強い性格の持ち主となれるからです。」（ヤコブ1:2～4）

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4)

ここでのポイントは、”fully developed” 成長していくって書いてある。　忍耐は成長させていくもの。一日で身につくものではない。
The most important point here is how it says, "fully developed." Patience needs to grow. You don't have it all in a day.



誰かがこういう風にいってた、　「自分ができることをしたら残りは神様におまかせ！」
Someone said this before, "Do what you can do and God will do the rest."

私たちができることと、どうにもできないことがある。　例えば、農夫の話に戻ると種をまいたり、雑草をぬいたり、水をあげたりするのは私達の仕事。でもその種から芽を出し、成長させるのは神様の仕事。
There are somethings that we can control and that we can't. For example, the farmers part is to sow seeds, pull out the weeds and give water. But it's God's part is to actually grow the plants.  　

多くの人は自分でコントロールできないことにイライラして、待ってる間も全く楽しめない。　特に日本人は常に何かしてないと罪悪感を持ちやすい。　だけど、自分ができることをしつくした後は神様におまかせしよう！待つことをもっと楽しもう。
So many people get frustrated about things that they can not control. They can't enjoy the wait. Especially Japanese people tend to feel guilty if they aren't doing anything. But after doing your part, let God do his part! Let's enjoy the wait!

待つことを楽しめた時にどんどん自分の中でホンモノの忍耐が身についてくる。
When we can enjoy the wait, we will develop real patience inside us.

そして一番大事なのが・・・
But the most important one is..

３）　イエスを身に着ける！
Put on Jesus

忍耐強くなる一番の鍵はイエスを身に着けること。　私達は自分の力では限界がある。　
The key to becoming patient is to put on Jesus! We will reach our limit if we try to do things by our own strength.
 
イエスこそがわたしたちが模範とできる最も忍耐強い人。イエスは、私たちを愛してくれている。私達が失敗しても何度も赦し、またチャンスを与えてくれる。イエスは、私の成長を信じ、待ってくれている。
Jesus is the most patient man who existed. He is our role model. He loves us, he forgives us even though we make many mistakes and he gives us many chances. He always believes in us and waits for us to grow.

法律で活動することが禁止されてる中でも、病気の人がいたらリスクを犯して癒した。罪人や社会的に疎外されている人、どんな人に対しても、「あなたたちは神に愛されている」と教え、また一緒に食事をして交わり、愛を示した。
He always healed those who were sick even during the days that they were prohibited to work. He always shared his love to the sinners and outcasts of the society and told them that God loves them.

そのために、彼の人気と力を恐れるリーダー達に憎まれ、最後は十字架につけられて殺されてしまった。
So He got killed on the cross by the leaders who were scared of his power and popularity.

何故そこまで耐え忍ぶことができたのか。
Why was he so patient???

イエスは、未来をいつも思い描いていた。十字架の先に、復活があることを信じていた。そして、自分の死と共に、愛する人間たちの罪が流され、復活と共にその人達の新しい命を思い描いていた。
He always envisioned the future. He knew that He will rise again after the cross. And He knew that sins of people will be washed away as He dies on the cross and people will have new life as he rise again.

だから、攻撃に耐え、十字架の死にさえも忍耐することができた。
That is why he could stand firm in midst of all the attacks and He behaved patiently even when he was on the cross.

そのイエスの愛のすばらしさを深く味わえば味わうほど、私たちはイエスを愛するようになる。
The more we get to know about the love of Jesus and experience it we start loving Jesus more and more!

聖書にイエスがあなたを受け入れたように他の人々を受け入れなさいって書いてある。
In the bible it says, “Accept each other just as Christ has accepted you”. 　
私達が他の人を受け入れられるのは神様がまず私達を受け入れてくれたから。他の人に対して忍耐強くいられるのは、神様が自分達にたいして忍耐強くいてくれているから。
We can accept people because God accepted us first. We can be patient with people because God was patient with us.

どれだけイエスが忍耐強く愛してくれているのかを知って欲しい。そうすれば、自然と周りの人々に対して、状況に対して受け入れることができるようになっていく。
I want you to know how much Jesus loves us and How much He is patient with us. Then we will find people/things/situations easier to accept and be patient with them.

Do what you can do and God will do the rest! 　
自分ができることをしたら、あとは神様におまかせ☆

忍耐の実 (前半） FRUIT OF PATIENCE (part1)

日曜日、最高だった～！！！
We had great day on Sunday!

オーストラリアから高校生がたくさんきて、11時15分の回は人、人、人！
We had highschool students from Australia and the 11:15am service was PACKED!

ワーシップも盛り上がりました！
Worship was sooo good!

そして11時15分で聖霊の実シリーズをはじめて3週目！！！　日曜日は私がメッセージをさせてもらったよ☆　というわけで、ここにシェアするねー！　
And last Sunday was the 3rd week of Fruit of the Spirit series!!! I got to preach it, so I will post it here!

忍耐の実
The fruit of patience

忍耐は聖霊の実の一つ。
Patience is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit!

（ガラテヤ５：２２－２３）　しかし、御霊の実は、愛、喜び、平安、忍耐、親切、善意、誠実、柔和、自制です。このようなものを禁ずる律法はありません。
（Galations 5.22-23）
But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Against these things there is no law.

「忍耐」と聞いてあまりワクワクする人はいないよね。
No one really gets EXCITED about being PATIENT.

待ったりするその状況そのものが好きっていう人はいないと思う。
I think most people don't like the process of WAITING.

例えば、ディズニーランドにいって乗りたいアトラクションが３時間待ちでイエーイ！って喜ぶ人はいない。
For example, if you go to disneyland and if it says 3 hours wait for your favorite ride, you won't say "YES!!!!!!!" right?

でも、「忍耐力」って絶対に必要。
But we need the ability to be PATIENT!

毎日忍耐が試されることが起きる。　どんな人間関係においても、仕事においても、結婚生活においても、なければならないもの。
Everyday our patience is tested. In any relationships, at workplace in marriage... we need to be patient.

忍耐がないと、友達も少ないだろうし、人を育てることができないから良いリーダーにもなれない、結婚も子育てもうまくいかない。小さなことでイライラしたり、落ち込むから常に平安がない状態。
If you don't have patience, you can't have good friends, you can't be a good leader because you are not patient enough to train people and you can't succeed in your marriage life and child rearing. You'll get frustrated in small things and get depressed so you won't have peace at all.

聖書では忍耐力がある人のことをこういう風にいっている：
The bible explains patience is like this:

「愛するみなさん。あなたがたの人生は、多くの困難と誘惑に満ちていますか。そうであれば、喜びなさい。行く道の険しさは忍耐を養う良いチャンスとなるからです。忍耐力を十分に養いなさい。さまざまな問題が持ち上がった時、そこから逃げ出そうともがいてはいけません。忍耐力が十分に身につけば、完全に成長したどんなことにもびくともしない、ねばり強い性格の持ち主となれるからです。」（ヤコブ1:2～4）

忍耐の実。　完全に成長したどんなことにもびくともしない人間！　そういう風になりたいよね？
Fruit of patience... Don't you think you want to become a mature and complete person, not lacking anything?

そのためには忍耐が必要です！！！
We need patience to become that person!!!

忍耐ってどういうもの？
What does PATIENCE look like?

１）    忍耐と我慢は違う。
It is different from GAMAN (tolerating)

忍耐と我慢の違いを特に日本人に知って欲しい。
I want to say this to the Japanese especially.

日本人って我慢強いよね。　例えば、満員電車で通勤。真夏にスーツにスーツを着ているビジネスマン。それとか、食べたいもののためなら、並ぶ人多いし。祝日でも仕事や学校にいく人達が多い。
I think Japanese are very tolerant people. For example, People get on packed trains, I see many Japanese businessmen wearing suit in summer. Also people still line up in a long queue to eat what they like to eat and many people go to school and work in public holiday.

小さい頃から、「我慢しなさい！」ってしつけられてるから、我慢することになれてるのかもしれない。
Perhaps Japanese people are used to tolerating things as they are told from childhood to supress themselves.

でも聖書でいっている忍耐は我慢とは違う。
But patience and tolerance are different!!!

我慢＝　ただ苦しみが過ぎ去るのを待つこと、結果的に消極的な感じ。しかも溜め込んでいるのでいつ爆発するかわからない。我慢には喜びも希望も感じない。
Tolerating= Just waiting for the pain to leave. It's passive. Also you are suppressing yourself so you will never know when you will explode. There is no joy or hope there.

聖書でいっている忍耐はもっと行動的なもの。　あきらめないこと、ただ受身に待つことではなくて、待っている間も活動をすること。　目標に達成するまで、全てのことを耐え忍ぶことができる力。　
The Bible says that patience is more ACTIVE. It's about not giving up. Not just waiting passively but doing something as you are waiting. It's the power to overcome anything until you reach the goal.

「わたしたちはさらに、さまざまな困難に直面した時も喜ぶことができます。　それは忍耐を学ぶのに役立つからです。忍耐によって、私たちの人格は筋金入りにされて、ひいては神様への信頼を深められるのです。こうしてついに私たちの希望と信仰は強く、何者にも動じなくなるのです。そうなった時、どんなことが起ころうとも失望落胆せず、また、万事が益であるとわかります。」（ローマ５：３－５）

Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. (Romans 5:3-5)

忍耐の先には必ず希望がある!!!
There is always hope in PATIENCE!!!



2) 約束（ビジョン）を思い描き、期待し続ける力
Ability to see the promises (VISION) and wait in expectation

忍耐は待つことではない。待っている間にどういう行動をとるかということ。
Patience is not about waiting but it's how you act while you are waiting.

聖書の中で、農夫の例えでわかりやすくかいてある：
The bible gives us a clear illustration of patience through the farmers:

「こういうわけですから、兄弟たち。主が来られる時まで耐え忍びなさい。見なさい。農夫は、大地の貴重な実りを、秋の雨や春の雨が降るまで、耐え忍んで待っています」（ヤコブ5:7）。

Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. (James 5:7)

機械など無い時代、硬い土地を耕したり、種をまいたり、水をやったり、雑草を取ったりする農作業はつらい仕事だった。それでも、農夫たちはそういうつらい仕事を続けて、収穫をまつことができた。
Imagine how hard it would have been with no machines to cultivate the land, sow seeds, give water and pull out the weeds. It wasn't an easy job. But the farmers were able to continue that everyday and wait for the harvest.

なんでだろう？
Do you know why?

それは、豊かな収穫の時を思い描いているから。ビジョンがあったから！
That's because they were focusing on the harvest time. They had vision!

マルコ 4:27 夜は寝て、朝は起き、そうこうしているうちに、種は芽を出して育ちます。どのようにしてか、人は知りません。

(Mark 4:27) Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.

私達は、「いつ、どうやって」　待っているものを与えてくれるのかは知ることはできない。だけど、神様は知ってる!!!
We don't know WHEN and HOW things happens but the good news is... GOD KNOWS!!!!

一つ確実なことは必ず神様がベストを用意してくれているってこと。
And we know that God has the best for us.

多くの人は結果を見る前にあきらめてしまう。 待っている途中で「やっぱり無理」とか｢神様は何もしてくれないんじゃ・・・」って疑ってしまって、神様の約束を見ることができない。　でも、神様はこういっている。
So many people just give up before seeing anything. When they are waiting, they will say "oh, I can't wait anymore!" or "I don't know if God is going to do anything for me..." and they miss out on seeing God's blessings! But God says this.

ハバクク２：３　だがわたしがしようとしていることは、今すぐには起こらない。ゆっくりと、少しずつ、しかも確実に、実行に移される。遅いように思えても、失望するな。必ず計画通りになるのだ。忍耐してまて。ただの一日も遅れることはない。

Habakkuk 2:3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time;it speaks of the end　and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it;it will certainly come and will not delay.

今、仕事を探している人。結婚相手を探している人。友達や家族にイエスを受け入れて欲しいって思っている人。　あきらめないでいこう！　今結果がでてなくても種をまき続けよう！　　
So if you are looking for a job, life partner, or waiting for your family and friends to get saved... let's not give up!!! Let's keep on sowing seeds and wait in EXPECTATION!

２)　It’s the beginning of Love
忍耐は愛のはじまり

この前ルークが「愛の実」について話したけど、「愛」の実を結ぶには、忍耐は欠かせない。　
Luke talked about fruit of love before, but in order to bear fruit of love you need patience!

特に結婚したい人、子供が欲しい人！　忍耐がなければ、うまくいかないよ！（笑）
Especially if you want to get married and have children, you can't succeed without being patient!

聖書の第１コリント人への手紙13章に愛についてかかれてるんだけど、一番最初にかかれているのは・・・
In the Bible 1 Corinthians 13, it is talking about LOVE, but the first thing it says about love is,

愛は極めて忍耐強く、 Love is patient.

第一コリントでも忍耐が一番初めにきている！　忍耐は愛を表す行動のはじまり。
Wow, patience comes first in love! So patience is the beginning of act of love.

忍耐を行動にうつすというのは人を赦し、その人達の変化・成長を期待して待つこと。
Act of patience means forgiving people, believing in their potential and waiting for them to grow and change.

 

ルークと遠距離恋愛をしていた時に忍耐をめちゃくちゃ試された。
When Luke and I were doing long distance relationships our patience was tested all the time!

２４時間通話無料の電話に契約したんだけど、話している間にずっとキーンという音が鳴ったり、ルーク耳がおかしくなるほど突然私の声が大きく聞こえたり、ルークは何度携帯を投げたくなったかわからないといっていたほど！（笑）
We got a phone that you can call for free 24hours but while we were talking, sometimes we had really irritating noise and on Luke's side of the phone, many times my voice went suddenly so loud that he almost became deaf! Many times Luke wanted to throw the phone out of the window! (lol)

忍耐強くないと自分でいってるルークが何も言わずに電話を続けてくれたことを後で知った。その時愛を感じた。
But he told me later about it, and I felt loved as he says that he is not naturally patient man.

忍耐は愛のはじまり。
So patience is the beginning of love.

神様は家でも職場でも学校で接する人に対して、小さなことから大きなことまで私達に忍耐することを求めている。でも、どうやって？　
God wants us to be patient with everyone and everything from small things to big things in our workplace, schools etc.

どうやったらもっと忍耐強くなれるのか？
So how can we become more patient???
