今夜が私にとって最後の西東京礼拝、明日が最後のシティ礼拝です・・・！！！
Tonight is the last west tokyo service and tomorrow is the last city service!!!

夜は洗礼式だよ～！！！！！！　たっくさんの子達がジーザスと結婚します☆　楽しみだ～！！！
And we have baptisms tomorrow!!! So many people are going to marry with Jesus!!! I'm excited!!!!

みんなの洗礼を見届けられること、神様ありがとおおおおお
Thank you God that I can see these people getting baptised!!!

ハングリーな子はたくさんいる！ So many hungry people out there!

先週の週末も凄い盛り上がったけど、今週末もさらに凄い！！！
Last week was awesome but this week is even going to be even better!!!!

明日は特に個人的に楽しみなことがあります・・・
Personally I'm looking forward to hear something...

西東京礼拝でも　 「5分間の証」といって毎週一人の若者に5分間どうやって神様に出会えたのか、神様からどうやって変えられたのか話してもらうんだけど、今週はなんと　よっぴーが話してくれます！！！
In West Tokyo Service we also have "5 minutes of testimony" which a young person will share how they met God and how God has changed his/her life for 5 minutes. And this week YOPPY is going to share tomorrow!!!

よっぴーはクリスチャンになってからまだ2週間！！！　
Yoppy is only a 2week old Christian :)

よっぴーはmixiを通じて出会ったんだけど、よっぴーのほうから「一度もチャーチにいったことがないからチャーチにいってみたい！」っていってきたんだ（＾＾）
I met her through mixi and she was the one who said, "Can I come to church? I've never been there before so I want to go!"　

10月末に初めて西東京チャーチに来た。　その時はルイスのメッセージを聞いて、聖書にも興味をもちはじめた。
So Yoppy came to West Tokyo service at the end of October. That was her first church experience. She listened to Lewis's message and became interested in the Bible.

11月1日にルークのメッセージの後にジーザスを受け入れたんだよ！！！　
And a week later, 1st November she received Jesus into her heart after hearing Luke's message!

よっぴーはクリスチャンになりたてなのに、凄く神様大好きで、チャーチ大好きで、キラキラ輝いてる！！！凄い励まされる。
Yoppy is still a new Christian but she loves God so much and she loves church and she's shining!!! I'm always encouraged to see her.

よっぴーの許可をもらったので、彼女が送ってくれたメールを少しシェアするね・・・もう神様凄いとしかいえない！！！
I got her permission so I'll share here some of her text messages that she sent me. I can only say that... GOD IS AMAZING!!!!!!

初チャーチの後　After 1st Church 10/25：

「今日は、こんな素敵な場所を教えてくれてホンマにありがとう。　めっちゃ刺激的やったし自分の中で、内面的な何かを振り返ることができた！！

聖書もありがとうなぁ（＾＾）　これから読んでいって自分とは何か？って振り返ってみるわぁ！

またまた是非参加させてください（＾０＾）　友達もできたし、めっちゃＨＡＰＰＹです！（笑）」

"Thank you for inviting me to this wonderful place. It was really inspiring and I was able to check my heart!!!

Thank you for giving me the Bible too! I'll read it to discover more about myself... :)

I want to come again! I'm sooo happy because I've made new friends too (LOL)"

チャーチ二日後 2 days after church　10/27：

「聞いて～　今月3回土曜日仕事が休みやってん！！　これも神様からのプレゼントかなぁ。チャーチ通えるなんて嬉しいねん（笑）」

"Guess what??? I got 3 Saturdays off this month!! This might be God's gift!!! I'm so happy that I can go to church again!"

クリスチャンになった日 Day that she became Christian 　11/1:

「さっきはありがとう♪

ホンマ、これでさらに神様を近く感じられるようになる！嬉しい☆　これからも、もっともっと神様を自分の中で感じていきたいな！」

"Thank you so much!

I'm so happy that I can feel closer to God now! I want to feel God's love more and more!!"

クリスチャンになった翌日　Day after she became a Christian 11/2:

「なんかますます心の中に神様がいてくれてるって伝わってくる！！

こんなに自分が穏やかな気持ちになり、幸せを感じられてるなんて初めてやわあ！毎日が楽しい！

人を愛しなさい！の意味もスーっと心に入ってきたし人を見る目が変わってきた！ だからよけい毎日が楽しいんかも（笑）

ホンマに神様お愛は大事！！　教えてくれてありがとう。」　

"I can feel that God is in my heart more and more.

I've never felt this peaceful and happy before! Everyday is so exciting now!

I now understand fully when it says "Love people" and now I see people differently. That's why that I'm feeling everday is so fun!

God's love is sooo important! Thank you for telling me :)"

ウィメンズ・デイ・カンファレンスの後 After Women's Day Conference　11/3

「今日はめっちゃ神様を近くに感じた一日やったわぁ！　誘ってくれたことを本当に、本当に感謝します！

たくさん祈ってくれてありがとう！こんなに素晴らしい時間をみんなで共有できて幸せです！　

いずみちゃんが大阪へ行く前に出会えたんも神様のおかげ。　もし行った後やったら出会えてなかったかもしらへんし、ウチもクリスチャンになれてなかったと思ってる。いずみちゃんが幸せに愛を育んでいくことを祈ってます！！

ホンマに神様は凄いわぁ！　みんながもっともっと神様を必要としてくれたら世界が変わるのにな。

もっとさらに輝けるように祈ります！　みんなの幸せも祈ってるねん。　届くといいな♪」

"I felt closer to God throughout today!!! Thank you so so so much for inviting me! And thank you for praying for me! I was really happy to share this amazing time with other girls!

I really thank God that I met you before you went to Osaka. If you weren't in Tokyo, perhaps I wouldn't have metyou and maybe I didn't become Christian. I pray that your love will increase more and more!

God is really amazing! I believe that the world will change if more people realise that they need God.

I pray that I can shine more! I'm praying for everyone's happiness as well. Hope that my prayers will be answered :)"

初ライフグループ参加の後  After 1st Lifegroup 11/06

「今日はありがとうなぁ♪　初めての参加でドキドキやったけどわかりやすい説明もしてもらえて♪♪♪　bibleのことが少しずつ理解できてきて喜びに感じたで。」

"Thank you so much for today! I was a bit nervous as it was my first time to come to lifegroup but I was happy that I was able to understand the Bible more :)"

ストリートバンド参加の後 After going to street band 11/07　:

「今日なぁ、ストリートのアウトリーチ参加してきてん♪♪

めっちゃよかった～

初めはちゃんと伝えられるんか？とか不安やったし興味ないみたいな顔をされたら話しかけるのへこんだんだけど、トライしていくうちに興味もってくれる人もいてん☆

それがめっちゃ嬉しくて～　やってよかった！って思える（＾＾）

チャーチが素敵って話するんで楽しかったし気分最高でした！

とまぁ嬉しくて報告です（笑）」

"Today I went to Street band outreach! It was soooo good!

At first I was a little worried if I can tell people... and I was a little shocked when people didn't show interest... but as I tried some people were really interested!!!

That made me happy~~ and I'm glad that I tried!

It was so fun to share how fun church is and I feel so good now!

「神様を知るまで平安を保つって難しいって思っててんけど、神様を一番にしたらすんなり不思議と保てるって。きづかされたわ。

やっぱりうちらのことをデザインした人やなぁ～～～～（＾＾）」

"Until I met God I thought having peace inside was really difficult, but since I made God no.1 in my life I have peace inside all the time.

Wow, that's because God designed us~~~~ "

読んでわかると思うけど、短期間でこの成長ぶりは凄い！！！先月の今頃はよっぴー神様もチャーチも私たちのことも知らなかったんだよね！！！
I'm sure you're geeling the same way but she is growing really fast!!! This time last month, Yoppy didn't know about God, church and any of us.

よっぴーがこうやってスポンジのように神様の愛を吸収して、シェアしてくれるたびに表現できないぐらい喜びでいっぱいになる～！！！
Whenever I see YOPPY absorbing God's love like a sponge and as she shares about how God is changing her I can't stop smiling!

よっぴーに出会う前にサトミと祈ってたんだ。
Before I met YOPPY I was praying to God with Satomi.

「神様～あなたのことをまだ知らなくて、でもあなたのことを知りたい！！！というハングリーな子と出会わせてください！」って。
"God I want to meet someone who is hungry. Who doesn't know about you yet but who wants to know you more!!!"

その後に登場したのがよっぴー☆
And then we met YOPPY after praying that prayer!

神様を知るのに早すぎも遅すぎも無い。　神様のタイミングでこうやってmixiとかユニークなものを使ってでも出会わせてくれる。
There is no such thing as "TOO FAST" or "TOO LATE" to know God. In God's timing he let us meet those people even through unique tools like mixi.

神様って凄い！！！！GOD IS SOOOOO AMAZING!!!!

そして、日本にはよっぴーみたいな子がたくさんいるって信じてる！
And I believe that there are so many people like YOPPY in Japan!

あ～～～～～～神様もっとたくさんのよっぴーにあわせてね！！！（笑）
GOD~~~ I WANT TO MEET MORE YOPPYS!!! (LOL)

ここんところ、ルークが東京にきていて二人でリラックスしています（＾＾）
Luke is in Tokyo now and we are having great time together!

今夜も西東京チャーチでルークがメッセージをして、私が通訳をしたよ♪
Tonight, Luke preached at the West Tokyo Service and I translated!!!

彼はやっぱり熱い！！！
He is really passionate!!!

体温計のように周りから影響されるクリスチャンになるのではなくて、エアコンみたいに周り　の空気を変えるクリスチャンになろう！！！
Don't be like "a thermometer Christian" who is easily affected by his/her environment but let's become "a thermostat Christian" who will change his/her environment.

ジーザスの光を周りに照らそう！！！
Let's shine the light of Jesus to the people around us!!!

こんなに最高な神様と歩む人生を隠すことなんてできない！！！
We can't hide about our amazing life with God!!!!

周りの人が抱えている問題についての答えは全部聖書にのってる！
The bible has all the answers to the questions that the people around us have!

だから、その答えを、光を照らしていこうね！！！
So let's shine our lights and show them the answers!!!!

こなくっちゃ♪ Let's come!

明日は楽しい土曜礼拝の日です！！！
We're going to have our FUN saturday night service tomorrow!!!

先週はロド先生がメッセージしてくれました！
Last week Pastor Rod shared his message!!!!

シティ礼拝の11時半と同じ、「神様は良い願望を与えてくれる」について話してくれた。
He shared the same message as City 11:30am message, "God gives us good desires."

まとめると、良い願望は神様から来ているもの。　そして、神様を愛していれば、その願いを神様はきっと叶えてくれる。（詩篇３７：４）
If I summarize it, he basically said, good desires come from God. And if you love him, he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)

いつ、どうやって叶えるのか私たちにはわからないけど、私たちができることはその約束を信じて、神様と周りの人達の祝福の為に生きること！！
We don't know when and how God will answer our prayers but we can believe in his promises and live for God and blessings of others around us.

パーティだよ♪ Sat Night PARTY!!!

明日は大好きな土曜礼拝です♪♪
Tomorrow, we have Saturday Night Service...! I love it!

先週は今までで一番人がきた！！
We had the biggest number in West Tokyo!!!!

すごいインターナショナルだった！
The atmosphere was really international!

そしてこの日よかったのが・・・
The highlight of this day was....

ロド先生の長男モンティーの初アナウンスメント！！！！
Pastor Rod's eldest son, Monty did his first announcement!!!!

モトイくんとのコンビがナイスだった・・・！　日本語と英語が混ざってたのが面白かった。
Motoi and Monty were great!! It was good how they mixed English with Japanese!

Montyの将来が楽しみすぎて、いっぱい写真とっちゃった（笑）　
Because I was sooo excited about Monty's future I took many photos of him (LOL)

そして、ご飯も豪華だったよ～♪
And we had great dinner!!!!!

バイキングだよ～　it's all you can eat!

 

人が多いと一気になくなる（ｗ　
When we have many people the food disappears really quick!

土曜の夜はここしかない！

明日は大好きな土曜礼拝です♪♪
Tomorrow, we have Saturday Night Service...! I love it!

先週はアニバーサリーでも語ってくれたマイク・マーフィ牧師が西東京で熱いメッセージをしてくれた！
Ps Mike Murphy, who also preached in our 6th year anniversary service, preached in West Tokyo as well! He was sooo passionate!

熱すぎて、通訳の私も普段より3倍ぐらいの大声で話した！
He was sooo passionate that I had to speak 3 times louder than usual! (LOL)

詩篇の84編から語ってくれた。　マイクさんがいったことで一番響いたのが
He spoke from Psalm 84. What really spoke to me through his message was...

☆　神様は足し算の神様だけではなくてかけ算の神様。6年間で700人が通うチャーチに成長した。足し算の神様だったら更に六年後は1400人チャーチ。でも、神様はかけ算の神様だから何倍にもふくらんでいく！そういう大きな視点でみよう！

God doesn't add He multiplies. JLH has grown to a church with 700 people. If we just add the numbers, JLH will grow to 1400 within the next 6 years. But God multiplies so He will increase JLH to a bigger house! Let's have that big picture!

☆　再びジーザスがわたし達の中でしてくれた素晴らしいことで心を満たされよう。マンネリになるのではなくて、情熱を常に持とう！常に未来に対してわくわくしよう！

Just be filled with thankfulness of what Jesus has been doing in your life. Don't get bored about things, let's get excited about our future! Let's be passionate!

"blessed is the man who trusts in you." (Psalm 84:12)

そうそう、ＵＰする機会を逃したけど、大分前に西東京礼拝のあとにみんなで地元の祭り参加したんだ～
I forgot to upload it but last time we went to ＬＯＣＡＬ　ＳＵＭＭＥＲ　FESTIVAL after West Tokyo Service.

礼拝の後もこうやって交流があって楽しいよ♪
It's really fun to hang out after the service!

We have our Jesus Lifehouse 6th Anniversary TOMORROW! We are all excited!

礼拝の内容は、第1と第2サービスのオープニングでは、三味線と太鼓の演奏、感動的なビデオがあります！
In the 1st and 2nd service we will have Shamisen and Taiko (drum) performances and dramatic opening video

また、最後の第3礼拝は、賛美と祈りをメインにしたワーシップ・セレブレーション礼拝となります。
The 3rd sevice will be Worship Celebration Service with mainly Worship and Celebration

ロビーでは、各ミニストリーチームによる出店が楽しめます。ゲームやマッサージ、いろいろ趣向を凝らしたものがありますので、楽しみにしてください。
In the lobby, we will have booth of our key ministries. Also we will have games, massages and other fun activities so please look forward to that!

先週は竜太さんが話してくれて、信じる者になることの大切さを熱くかたってくれた！
Last week, Ryuta spoke and he shared about the importance of becoming a believer.

神様のことを１００％信じるものになろう！
Let's believe in God, 100%!!!!

☆　信じる者は神様の友達と呼ばれる
　　　Believers are called friends of God　

☆　信じることによって、神様が働く環境が整えられる
　　　Believing creates an environment for God to move　

☆　信じないと小さなこと（心配）にとらわれてしまう。信じることで大きな視野をもてる。
　　Unbelief keeps us focused on small things (worries), believing brings us to the bigger picture

☆　わたし達は信じてるものと同じようになる
We become like what we believe

では、どうやったら信じるものになれるのか？
So how can we become a believer???

１)　信仰の言葉を聞く
Hear the word of faith　

(ローマ 10:17) 実に、信仰は聞くことにより、しかも、キリストの言葉を聞くことによって始まるのです。
(Romans 10:17) Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.

２）　「もし」から「それでも」に考えを変える
Move from “if” to “even though”　

３）正しい時に正しい場所にいる
Being at the right place at the right time

４）一つの心をもって一つのフォーカスをもつ
Be single-minded and focused　

(James 1:6-8) But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. (7)That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; (8) he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.

(ヤコブ 1:6-8) いささかも疑わず、信仰をもって願いなさい。疑う者は、風に吹かれて揺れ動く海の波に似ています。(7) そういう人は、主から何かいただけると思ってはなりません。 (8) 心が定まらず、生き方全体に安定を欠く人です。

Last week, Luke was our guest speaker and my friend's younger brother became a Christian!!!

良い笑顔をしていて、嬉しかったよ♪
We were all happy to see him with a big smile!

土曜礼拝は日曜日のシティ礼拝と雰囲気が違う！両方とも違ったよさがある。
Saturday Night service is quite different from City Services...! They are both great in different ways....

神様は私達にベストを与えたいんだから、ベストを得るために行動しよう！
He said, "God wants to give us the BEST so let's take action to achieve the BEST!

セカンドベスト（第二の選択肢）は捨てること！！！　ベストを求めよう。という内容でした（＾＾）
Get rid of your SECOND BEST!!!! Expect the best! "

そして、今夜は大阪の牧師、ルークが話します！

About me recently, about my relationship, about what God has been speaking to me... heaps of things!

先週はリチャードが初メッセージをしてくれたよ！
Last time Richard preached for the first time!

残念ながら西東京のメッセージはwww.jesuslifehouse.tv にはのりません！聞きたい人は西東京まで足を運んでね♪

リチャードはクリスチャンとして「救われた生き方」をしているのか、「使命を与えられて生きている」のかを聞いてた。
Richard asked Christians if they were living a life being saved or called.

救われるだけで全てだったら、ジーザスを受け入れた瞬間に天国にいってもおかしくない。だけど、この地上で生き続けるのは神様があなたに使命が与えられてるから！
If being saved was the goal in your life, God will just invite you to come to heaven the moment you receive Jesus. But it doesn't work like that. So the reason why we keep on living on this earth because God has called you to do something significant.

わたし達の使命は教会を建てあげること、周りの人々を建てあげること！
We've been called to build the church and build the people around us!

最高の人生だね（＾＾） That's the best life we can live!

西東京の5分間の炎では、ナオフミさんが、クリスチャンのビジネスマンとして影響を与えていきたいっていってた。
In 5 minutes of fire (West Tokyo) Naofumi shared his passion about influencing other people as a Christian businessman.

ＳＥとして働いてるんだけど、ＳＥのシゴトって3~4日間家に帰れないのが普通なんだって。
He works as a System Engineer (SE) and many people who works as SE work overtime. It's normal for them to stay in the office over 3~4 days in a row. 

でも、ナオフミさんはそんなシゴト中心の人生を送りたくない！！って思って、仕事をきちんとこなしながらも、チャーチやライフグループを優先してたら、職場の環境も恵まれて徹夜する環境にはなってないって。
But Naofumi didn't want to live a life like that. So he still worked hard but he prioritized church and lifegroup. Then God has blessed his environment and he never have to work overnight!

ハードに働きすぎている人々にとって凄い励ましになると思った！
His story was such an encouragement for those who've been working too hard!

そして・・・　西東京の楽しみ・・・

愛はマジ大切！！！ LOVE IS IMPORTANT!!!

昨日すっごい嬉しいことがありました！！！！！！
I was sooooooooooo happy yesterday!!!!

西東京礼拝で、2人の女の子がジーザスを受け入れてクリスチャンになったんです！
2 girls received Jesus and became Christians at West Tokyo Service...!

1人はしかもこのブログの読者で（私のことほとんど知ってた！＾＾）、西東京礼拝のことをこのブログで知って来てくれたの。
One of them was my blog reader (she knew so much about me!!!) and she found out about West Tokyo Service through this blog.

彼女は小さい時にチャーチに何回かいったことあったり、その後オーストラリアでこの前ゲストスピーカーできていたアンドリューホイス牧師のジェネレーションチャーチに友達に連れて行かれたり・・・昨日彼女がクリスチャンになるまで色々なプロセスがあって・・・つくづく神様のプランって凄いって感動した！！！
She told me that she went to church couple of times when she was small and also while she was in Australia her friend used to take her to Generation church, our last guest speaker Pastor Andrew Hoyes's church! So she had so many opportunities before she made a decision yesterday... God's plan is AMAZING!!!!

彼女だけが最初手をあげたんだけど、私がフォローアップしにいって、「じゃあ、イエスを受け入れるお祈りを一緒にしよっか♪」といった途端、彼女の連れてきた友達が、
At first she was the only one who raised her hand to receive Jesus, but when I went up to her to follow up after the service and said, "Let's pray to receive Jesus in your heart", her friend said...

「私もイエスを受け入れたい・・・」　って言ったの！！！
"I want to receive Jesus too...."

きゃ～～～～～～～～～～～～！！！！！
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

神様すごい！！！！！
God is AWESOME!!!!!!!

二人のガールズの手をとって、一緒にイエスを受け入れる祈りをした時に、心がポカポカになった。
As I held the hands of two girls and prayed a prayer together to receive Jesus.... I felt really warm!!!

だって、神様天国で大喜びだよ☆
Because I was sure that God was rejoicing in heaven!!!

でも、本当に昨日の竜太さんのメッセージはたくさんの人を感動させた。
Ryuta's message really moved many people!!!!

愛はマジ大切！！！ということを話してくれた。
He shared with us how LOVE is really important

いっさいのことを愛をもって行いなさい。（1コリント16：14)
Do everything in love (1 Corinthians 16:14)

この世の中には、愛を求めている人がたくさんいる。 　
They are so many people in this world seeking for love.

でも本物の愛はこの世の中がいっているような感情的なものではないし、韓国ドラマやキムタクが出ているドラマで見つかるものではないし、彼氏・彼女との関係で見つかるものではない。
But true love is not emotional thing, it can't be found in Korean Dramas or in boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.

本物の愛は神様からしかこないんです！！！
True love only comes from God!

（1　ヨハネ　３：１４）　私達は、私達に対する神様の愛を知り、また信じています。神は愛です。愛のうちにいる者は神のうちにおり、神もその人のうちにおられます。」
(1 John 4:16) And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. GOD IS LOVE. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.

神様が愛なんです。　愛は、神様の人格、性質だと聖書には書いてあります☆
So GOD IS LOVE. It says in the bible, LOVE is God's character and nature.

そして、本物の愛は関係の中に存在している。
And true love exist in relationships.

神様との人々との関係の中に愛がある。
It's about our relationship with God and people.

でも、良い人間関係を築くには、まず最初に神様との関係を持つことが大事。
But in order to have good relationships, we have to have a relationship with God.

神様から愛されていることを知ると、それが自分の自信となって、人と話したりするのがスムーズになる。
When you know that you are loved by God, you become confident and you start to feel comfortable talking to others. 　

チャーチの子も、最初神様を知る前までは、人が苦手だったりシャイだったりするんだけど、クリスチャンになってから別人のようにいきいきとして、人間関係を築くのが上手になる子が多い！
People who come to our church, at first, they are shy or do not have great social skills before they meet God, but they completely change after becoming a Christian!!! They become outgoing and feel confident about themselves.

そして、神様を愛していて、更に神様に近づきたいなら、周りの人たちに愛を示す必要がある。
Also, if we love God and want to become closer to him, we need to prove that we have love.

今回のカンファレンスで他のチャーチの人たちから言われたのが、ジーザスライフハウスのボランティアの人々に感動したということ。
So many people who attended our Conference said that they were moved by seeing all the volunteers.

ボランティアの皆の喜びで仕える心が凄かったって。
They said there were inspired seeing all the volunteers serving with joy!

私達のチャーチの皆は互いに愛し合ってる。　だから、そういう喜びの空気が自然にながれる。
In our church, people love each other! That is why there is this atmosphere of JOY.

神様を愛して神様からの愛で満たされていれば、自然に周りの人々を愛することができる。
If we love God and fulfilled by his LOVE, we can love others naturally.

私と人々という態度ではなくて、「人々の為の私」という態度になる。
You attitude changes from ME AND OTHERS to ME FOR OTHERS.

 

最後に竜太さんが、有名な　１コリント１３：３－８をつかって、「愛に関してしていいこと・してはいけないこと」について話してくれた。
Finally Ryuta talked about"DOs and DON'Ts in love" using 1 Corinthians 13:3-8.

１）　忍耐を持つこと　Exercise Patience

竜太さんは結婚当初、奥さんと意見が合わなくてイライラした。　相手を変えようとしていた。でも、奥さんも自分を変えようとしていた。
When Ryuta just got married, he was frustrated because he often had different opinions with his wife. He tried to change her. And his wife tried to change him.

そこで、忍耐を学んだ。　相手に考えるスペースを与えること。　互いに相手のことを考えることによって、忍耐をもつことによって、心に余裕ができた。
Then he learned that he has to become patient. He needed to give space to her so she can think. He had space by exercising patience and thinking about her more than focusing on himself.

２）　優しさを示す　Exercise kindness

３）　他人と比較しない　Don't compare yourself with others

人と比較するということは、つまりは自分のことばかり考えていること。自分がもっていなくて、相手がもっているものにフォーカスしないこと。
If you are comparing yourself with others you are thinking about yourself too much. Don't focus on what you don't have and others have.

４） 　自慢しない Don't brag

５）　　自己中にならない。誇らない。 Don't be selfish and be proud.

６）　すぐに怒らない。過敏にならない。　
Don't be get angered easily and become over sensitive.

７）　人よりも優れていることを証明しようとしない。
Don't try to prove that you are better than others

８）　真実は良いことに関してわくわくし、情熱をもつ
Be excited and passionate about the truth and good things

９）　Be protective of our friends, leaders and church
友達、リーダー、教会を守ること

この世の中、みんな本物の愛を求めてるし、与えたいって思ってる。
In this world, so many people are looking for real love and wanting to give love!

本物の愛を見つけられる場所があります！！！！
And there is the place where you can find this TRUE LOVE!!!!

昨日2人の女の子が本物の愛を見つけて、キラキラ輝いていました！
Yesterday 2 girls found this TRUE LOVE and they were shining!!!

あなたも求めれば、与えられます♪
I want to tell you that if you seek, you will find.

神様の愛を知った時、今まで感じたことがないぐらいの喜びを体験するの。
When you receive God's love you will feel this incredible JOY that you've never felt before.

そして、心が満たされます。　もう寂しい気持ちになりません。
And you will feel satisfied, you won't feel lonely and empty anymore.

もっとたくさんの人に、この真実の愛に出会ってほしいです☆
And I want more people to experience this TRUE LOVE.

実は私の大阪に住んでいる友達が土曜日にジーザスを受け入れたの！！！　小学校4年生の時のベストフレンドだよ！　神様のプランって凄いよね☆
On Saturday, my friend in Osaka received Jesus!!! She was my best friend in 4th Grade!!! God's plan is AMAZING!!!

私は直接コンタクトをとっていたわけじゃないんだけど、このブログをずっと読んでくれていたみたい！　神様、ありがとおおおおお！　ちーちゃんが彼女と一緒にライフグループをはじめると聞き、すごく安心（＾＾）
I wasn't actually exchanging e-mails with her or anything, but she's been reading this blog...!  THANKYOU GOD!!!! I'm happy to hear that Chihiro is going to start a lifegroup with her!

昨日は大阪で3人の人がクリスチャンになったんだって！！！！　大阪・・・熱い！！！！
I heard that 3 people in Osaka became Christians yesterday!!! Osaka is HOT!!!　

でも、東京も熱いです！！！！　
But Tokyo is HOT TOO!!!!

まず西東京土曜礼拝☆
I'll talk about the West Tokyo Saturday Night Service first.

私は土曜礼拝の雰囲気もとっても大好き！
I really love the atmosphere of West Tokyo Service.

この日は、のぼるん（のぼるくんのニックネーム）がメッセージで、私が和→英通訳だったんだ。
On this day, Noboru shared a message and I translated for him. (Japanese to English)

のぼるんからメッセージの内容を聞いた時、
When I heard about the title of his message, I thought

「え！？？」って一瞬思った（笑）　だって、タイトルが
"WHAT????" because the title was...

「トマトがメロンに勝つ日」
"The day that the tomato wins against melon"

一瞬みんなの頭に？マークがたくさんあるのが見えたよ（笑）
I saw people looking puzzled as they heard this (LOL)

でも、のぼるんの凄いところはですね、ちゃんと意味があるんですよ（＾＾）
But what's great about Noboru is that he does this on purpose.

トマトとメロン。　同じ丸い形をしていて、畑で育つところまでは一緒。
So, tomatoes and melons. They are both round and they both grow in the field.

でも、トマトは安い値段で売られるけど、メロンは大切に扱われて、高級メロンとして売られる。
But tomatoes are cheap and melons are high priced.

トマトくんからしてみれば、「メロンになりたい！メロンのように自分も大事に扱われたい！」ってメロンに嫉妬してしまったりする。
So the tomato is thinking, "I want to be like melon! I want to be treated gently like him!" kind of feeling jealous...

私達も同じで、人のようになりたい！あの人のように成功したい！って他人のことばかり見てしまうこともあるけど、まず大事なのは自分の成功を見ること。
We can relate to that as we often compare ourselves with others and the success of others. But it's really important to focus on your own success.

では、どうしたら自分を知り、自分の成功がみれるのか？
So how can we know ourslves and see ourselves succeed in life?

１）　環境を選ぶこと Choose the right environment

まず、私達は自分を正しい環境におかなければいけない。
First of all, we have to place ourselves in the right environment.

クリスチャンにとってそれは、自分にとって良い影響がある人たちと付き合うことや、聖書や祈る環境を整えること。　
For Christians it could be just choosing the right group of friends, reading the bible and praying.

トマトも栄養が吸収できて、太陽をあびれる場所にいると、甘い美味しいトマトになる。質があがる。
If the tomato places itself in the field where it can absorb nutrients and have enough sunlight, it will become a sweet delicous tomato. It will have a better quality!

正しい環境に自分をおくと・・・ 
So when we place ourselves in the right environment...

２）　行動が変わる Our actions will change

私達が正しい場所にいれば、正しい行動ができる。
If we place ourselves in the right environment, we will take the correct action.

よく、「これは神様の心？それとも私の想い？？」と迷うクリスチャンがいる。
Many Christians ask, "Is this God? or is this me?"

だけど、良い環境で生活をしていれば、神様の心かどうかを気にせずに行動できる！
But if you are in the right environment, you will know what to do without worrying if it's from God or not.

毎日祈ってジャーナルをつけていたら、神様の心がわかるから、疑わなくなる。
That's because if you pray and journal everyday, you will know God's heart. Things will become clear.

３）　影響を与える You will influence others

私達が正しい行動をとった時、影響を増す。
When we take the right action, our influence over things will increase.

トマトの場合、太陽をたっぷりあびて良い土がある場所に自分をおけば、甘い質の高いトマトになる。
If the tomato grows in a environment with plenty of sunlight and good soil, it will become a high-quality sweet tomato.

そこで、のぼるんのきめ台詞・・・！
And Noboru said this!

「甘いトマトくんはなんと・・・・！　ケチャップでは終わりません！！！　なんと、メインの料理になるのです！！！　しかも他の食材の良さを引き出します！　でも、メロンはどうでしょう？　メロンはどんなに頑張ってもただのデザートでしかないんです！　トマトくんが質をあげると、メロンに勝つことができます！！！」

"So what happens to this sweet tomato is.... it won't used for a ketchup anymore!!! It will be used for the main dish!! And it will influence other ingredients too!!! But how about the melon? No matter how hard the melon tries, it can only be a dessert!!!!! So when the tomato improves its quality, it can win against melon!!!"

Like this! このように♪

のぼるんも前の職場の雰囲気が暗かったので、「なんとかしたい！」って思った。そこで、休み時間にお菓子をもっていって、毎日くばっていた。そしたら、しだいに職場でお菓子を持っていき、分ける習慣ができて、雰囲気が和やかにあった！
When Noboru used to work in the office, he wanted to change the atmosphere because it was pretty bad. So one day he decided to bring snacks and share it with his colleagues. Then as he did that everyday, other people started bringing snacks and shared with others. He was able to change the atmosphere of his workplace!!!

私達の行動が変わることで、他のものに影響を与える。　そして、私達も影響されるものではなく、影響するものになる。
So when our action changes, we can influence others. Then we won't be influenced by others but we will become "influencers"!!!

クリスチャンは神様の言葉を心にとめて、実践する。　神様は次の約束をしてくれているから☆
So it's important for Christians to store God's words in their herats and put them into practice. Because this is God's promise :)

わたしの言葉も、同じだ。送り出せば必ず実を結ぶ。私の望みどおりのことをし、送られた先々で大きな影響を及ぼす（イザヤ５５：１１）

"So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." (Isaiah 55:11)

みなさん、土曜礼拝にくると、美味しい夕飯がタダで食べれますよ！！！（笑）
Everyone, if you come to Saturday Night Service, you can have delicious dinner FOR FREE!!! (LOL)

料理もインターナショナルで、すっごく美味しい！！！人の料理って勉強になるよね♪
It's good how the dishes are international too!!! I can learn from other people's recipes :)

土曜礼拝は、6時スタートで8時には終わります！！！

We have the service every Saturday in Hibari Muse Hall 3F. (one minute walk from Hibarigaoka Station) Please come and visit us!

何かを待っている？ Are you waiting for something?

土曜日の夜のレポをする前にいっておきます☆
Before I talk about Saturday Night, I have an announcement...!

今週の金曜日から大阪に遊びに行きます！！！
I'm going to Osaka from this FRIDAY!!!

金曜日から行くのは、ジーザスライフハウスの礼拝が金曜の夜にあるからです♪♪ （注意：来月からは毎週日曜日になります）
I'm going from Friday because Jesus Lifehouse Osaka Church is on this Friday Night! (NOTE: From next month it will be on Sunday)

関西に住んでいる人で興味がある人は是非是非いきましょ～！　私も初めてなので、大丈夫です！
If you are living near the Kansai area, let's go together! I'm going to go there for the first time as well, so we're on the same boat :) 

長堀橋の７番出口に７時に行けば、会場まで連れて行ってもらいます！　会場はライブハウスだよ・・・　楽しみ！
If you go to exit 7 of Nagahoribashi Station, they will show you the way to the venue. By the way, the venue is a Livehouse!

この大阪行きには色々な理由があるんだけど、それはまた後で書きます！
There are several reasons behind this decision but I'll write about that later!

とにかく超～～～～～楽しみです！
I'm sooooo looking forward to it!!!

西東京土曜礼拝、すっごく楽しかった♪♪
We had another great Saturday Night!!

ダンちゃんのメッセージを通訳するのは久しぶりだったんだけど、凄く楽しかった！！！　西東京礼拝の雰囲気自体がアットホームだからリラックスして通訳してます（＾＾）
I haven't translated Dan's message for a while, but I had great fun! Because of the warm atmosphere of the West Tokyo Service, I feel totally relaxed when I translate.

そして、メッセージの後は・・・　MOTOIくんも楽しみにしている ご飯タイム！！！
And after the message, we had dinner together... one of the highlights for MOTOI (LOL)

Kちゃん作のタコライス・・・美味しかった！
Tacorice by K... this was delicous!

What are you waiting for? 何を待っているの？

誰でも待つ経験はしたことがある。
I'm sure that many of you have waited for something.

ダンちゃんが日本にきて一番不思議に感じたのが、西部池袋線。
For Dan, one of the mysteries of Japan is the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. (Local Train Line)

何で時々一番早い電車に乗ったのに、後からきた電車の方が先に終着点につくのか・・・。最初はわからなかった。
At first he didn't get why sometimes he gets on a train and arrives at the final destination later than other trains that arrived later.

あとから、各駅、快速、準急、急行、通勤準急、通勤快速があることを知ったんだって。
Later on he realised that Seibu Ikebukuro Line has every-stop, rapid, semi-express, commuter semi-express, commuter rapid etc. etc.

それと同じように、わたし達の人生の中でも、待ったほうがいいこともある。
Also, in our lives, there are times that we should WAIT.

聖書でも、イエスが天国に戻る前に弟子達に言った最初の言葉が、 「私から聞いた父の約束を待ちなさい」という言葉だった。（使徒1:3-8)
In the Bible, He said this to his disciples before Jesus went to Heaven, "wait for the gift my Father promised". (Acts 1:3-8)

ここから大事なことが学べる。
We can learn something important from here.

1) 待つことは選択ではなくて、必須
WAITING IS NOT AN OPTION: IT’S A NECESSITY

神様は待つことに対して、オプションではなくて、必須だといっている。
God is saying that waiting is not an option, but it's a necessity.

(イザヤ 30:18) それゆえ、主はあなたがたに恵もうと待っておられ、あなたがたをあわれもうと立ち上がられる。主は正義の神であるからだ。幸いなことよ。主を待ち望むすべての者は。
(Isaiah 30:18)Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him! 

では、どういう態度で待てばいいのかというと・・・　期待して待つこと。
So what kind of attitude should we have while we wait? WAIT IN EXPECTATION!

例えば、ダンちゃんはよくネットで新しい音楽の機材を注文するんだけど、届く日になった時、届くまでずっとそわそわしてしまう。それは絶対にくるとわかっていて、凄く楽しみだから！わたし達が待つときも、くることに確信をもっていれば、わくわくできる！
For example, Dan often orders new music equipment via the internet, and the on the day of delivery, he gets so excited. Because he knows that it will come. So when we wait, if we are confident about God's promise, we can get excited!

でも、いつまで待っていればいいの？So, how long should we wait?

神様はタイミングを選ぶ　GOD CHOOSES HIS OWN TIMING

(使徒 1:7) イエスは言われた。「いつとか、どんなときとかいうことは、あなたがたは知らなくてもよいのです。それは、父がご自分の権威をもってお定めになっています。
(Acts 1:7)He said to them: "It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority.

わたし達は焦ってしまうけど、わたし達のタイミングと神様のタイミングは違う。
We tend to get impatient but God's timing is definetely NOT my timing

でも・・・　神様のタイミングってパーフェクトなんだよね。　あとから思うと、自分のタイミングじゃなくて良かった！っていうことがたくさんある。
But God's timing is PERFECT. Most of the time, I thank God that He didn't answer to my prayers in my timing.

では・・・ So...

待っている間何をすればいいのか　
WHAT DO WE DO WHILE WE ARE WAITING?

待つ＝何もしないではありません！！！
WAIT does not equal DO NOTHING.

待っている間もできることがたくさんあるんです！
There are so many things we could do while we are waiting!

クリスチャンは、待っている時でも神様のことを周りの人に伝えることができます。　神様の子供として、この世界にインパクトを与えることができる。
If you are a Christian, you can tell others about God while you are waiting. As the child of God, you can influence the world.

もしかしたら、今これを読んでいるアナタは将来のこと、仕事のことや未来のパートナーのことで神様の答えを待っているかもしれない。
Perhaps you are waiting for God's answer to your prayer- about your future, job or your future partner.

でも期待して待っている間でも、神様の「証人」として周りの人達に伝えることができます♪　そうすれば、神様のベストタイミングで知らない間に答えが与えられます！！
While we are waiting for God’s answer to our prayers, we don’t stop being His witnesses to the world. Then God will answer to your prayer in HIS BEST TIMING.

待ちながら、種を蒔き続けよう～（＾＾）
So let's keep on sowing the seeds as we wait!

Choose Life Now　今、人生を選択しよう！

まず、下の聖書箇所を読んでみよう！
First of all, let's read the following scripture!

(ルカ 12:54) 群衆にもこう言われた。「あなたがたは、西に雲が起こるのを見るとすぐに、『にわか雨が来るぞ。』と言い、事実そのとおりになります。 (55) また南風が吹きだすと、『暑い日になるぞ。』と言い、事実そのとおりになります。 (56) 偽善者たち。あなたがたは地や空の現象を見分けることを知りながら、どうして今のこの時代を見分けることができないのですか。 (57) また、なぜ自分から進んで、何が正しいかを判断しないのですか。

(Luke 12:54-57) Then Jesus turned to the crowd and said, “When you see clouds beginning to form in the west, you say, ‘Here comes a shower.’ And you are right. (55) When the south wind blows, you say, ‘Today will be a scorcher.’ And it is. (56) You fools! You know how to interpret the weather signs of the earth and sky, but you don’t know how to interpret the present times. (57) “Why can’t you decide for yourselves what is right?

1. See the world and Interpret it　世界を見て、解き明かす

みんなはニュースをよくみてる？ 今、この世界や社会で起きてることをどのように見ていますか？
How do your see the world and society now? Seeing that, how do you see your future and the future of your family?

日本では、最近ますます凶悪な事件が増えている。若者が見知らぬ人を線路から突き落としたり、親子で殺しあったり・・・。
We hear so many bad news in Japan recently... recently a young man killed a stranger by pushing him off the platform.

結婚生活も崩壊している人が多い。ある調査によると、９０％の夫婦が結婚後にセックスレスになるらしい。
There are so many broken marriages too... according to this survey, 90% of husbands and wives stop having sex after marriage.

この社会で、希望が見えなくなっている人が増えている。　そして現代社会の中で人間関係も悪化しているようにも思える。
So many people are losing hope in this world and many of them are struggling with relationship issues. 

わたし達もこの世の中で起きていることをちゃんとみて、将来を見る必要がある。
We need to think ahead and see the future of our society

　

2. 選択する時：生か死 Time to choose: Life or Death　

今の世界の状況をみて、決断しなければいけないことがある。
As we see the world and its state, we have some decisions to make.

自分、自分の（将来の）パートナー、家族や子供にどんな人生を送ってほしいのか？　
What future do you want for yourself, for your (future)partner, for your family and children?

もちろん、最高に幸せな人生をおくってほしいよね？　ボロボロになるまで働いて、気がついたら熟年離婚・・・っていうも人生を送りたくないよね？
Ofcourse we want them to live the BEST LIFE! You don't want to live a life that you work so hard and end up in a divorce, do you?

私もみんなもきっと、最高の友情、結婚相手、家族との絆を築いていきたいと思ってる。
Just like others,  I want to build great relationships (friends, future partner and future family) 

だったら、そういう人生を選択しよう！！！
Then let's choose that Life！

でも、人生を選択するってどういうこと？
So what does it mean to "choose life"?

3.  神様があなたの人生 God is your Life　　

(ヨハネ 14:6)　イエスは彼に言われた。「わたしが道であり、真理であり、いのちなのです。わたしを通してでなければ、だれひとり父のみもとに来ることはありません。(John 14:6) Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

わたし達に本物の成功と幸せをもたらしてくれるのは神様☆　わたし達をデザインし、愛してくれているから。
It is God that blesses us, and bring true success and happiness. That's because He designed us and He loves us.

そんなわたし達のクリエイター神様を知れば、人生絶対に素晴らしいものに変わる！！！
So when we get to know our creator, God, our lives will change significantly!! 

そして、神様を知ってからも、神様の声を常に聞いて、神様の導きを求める必要がある。
And even after knowing about God, we need to keep listening to God and seek his guidance in our lives

みんなは最高のものを求めていますか？？？
Are you looking for THE BEST???

神様を選び、最高の人生を送ろう！
Let’s choose God and build an awesome life! !

土曜日サービスがはじまった！！！ Saturday Night Service!

みなさん、良い週末を過ごしましたか？
Hi everyone!!! Did you have a good weekend?

私の週末は最高でしたっ！！！
My weekend was AMAZING!!!!

ついに西東京土曜礼拝がはじまったの♪
West Tokyo Saturday Night Service has started!

この西東京土曜礼拝・・・　他の礼拝とちょっと違う感じです！！
West Tokyo Saturday Night is quite different from other services...

なぜなら・・・
that's because...

礼拝の後に、食べ物が出るから！！！！
We provide food after the service!!!!

色々なインターナショナルな食べ物がでてたよ！
We had international dishes!

私がつくったのは・・・
I made...

ミートパイと・・・（パイ生地からつくってみた（＾＾）)
Meat pie (from scratch)

マッシュポテト（挽肉入り）
And mashed potatoes (with beef mince)

ゲストは手ぶらで参加して、メッセージを楽しんでから、美味しいご飯をたくさん食べて、ディスカッショングループで色々な人と交流が持てる☆
All the visitors can come empty-handed and after the message, they can enjoy the food, join in discussion groups and enjoy fellowship!

みんなも大喜び！ Everyone was really happy!

70人ぐらいきたらしい・・・！すごいにぎやかだった！
We had around 70 people.... the atmosphere was really good!

スモールグループ♪　栃木から参加してくれた子もいたんだよ～！
Small group! One girl came all the way from Tochigi!

新しい子がいってた、
One of our visitors said,

「神様とかよくわからないけど、今日のメッセージを聞いて、そういう考え方っていいなあ、そういう考え方で生きられたら幸せだなあって思った・・・！」って（＾＾）
"I don't really know about God, but as I heard today's message, I thought, it would be great if I could live my life with that kind of attitude!"

そしたら、イースター礼拝の時にクリスチャンになったばかりの子が、「私も変わりたいって思って神様を受け入れたんだけど、もちろん、落ち込むこととかまだあるんだけど、でも何かが違うの！毎日生きていて楽しいって思えるんだ～」っていってたんだ。
Then one girl who just became a Christian in our Easter Service said, "I received God because I wanted to change. Ofcourse I still feel discouraged even now, but something feels different!!! I really enjoy my life now!!!"

彼女、すっごくキラキラしていて、嬉しかった！
I was happy to see her really shining!!!

これからもっとたくさん人達がきてくれたらいいなあ・・・！
I'm looking forward to see more people!!!

また素敵なサプライズもあった★　ブログの読者が夫と子供2人つれて参加してくれたの～！！！
And I had a really great surprise! One of my blog readers came along with her husband and 2 children!

むこうから話しかけてくれて、嬉しかった！　土曜の礼拝があるとこのブログで知ってきてくれたんだって。　すっごい楽しめたっていってた！
She approached me first and told me that she saw my blog and found out that we have a Saturday night service. She really enjoyed our service!

また遊びにきてくださいね～（＾＾）
Please come again!!!

・・・というわけで、日曜日チャーチいけない人は、土曜日の夜のチャーチがあります！
So if you can't come to church on Sunday, you can come to Saturday night service!!
