プリンセス・ナイト☆ PRINCESS NIGHT

この前、ジーザスライフハウス大阪で女性だけのイベント、「プリンセス・ナイト」がありました！！！
Last time the girls of Jesus Lifehouse Osaka organized a womens' event called "PRINCESS NIGHT".

ヘアスタイリング、マニキュア、マッサージ、ビーズ作りを通して、女の子にますます輝いてもらおうという目的のイベント☆
The purpose of this event was to make the girls shine from the inside out through activities like manicure, hairstyling, massages and beads making!

30人以上の女の子が集まったよ！
More than 30 girls came to this event!

参加者は、「マニキュアとマッサージ」・「髪」を選択し、デモンストレーションをみることができた！
The participants were able to select either "Manicure&Massage" or "Hairstyling" to see the demonstration.

つめが綺麗だと女子力ＵＰだよね☆
Girls with beautiful nails look really girly :)

自己流で美容師並みのスキルをもつサム・・・！
Sam is like a hair-dresser! It's amazing how she learned all the skills by herself.

彼女に手にかかると、女性も男性も素敵に変身！
When she cuts guys/girls hair they become more attractive :)

今回はヘアアイロンの使い方をレクチャーしてくれた。　周りから、「ほおおお」って声が聞こえたよ！
This time she taught us how to use hair straightners. People were amazed!

みんなで習ったことを実践！
We were able to challenge what we were taught :)

変身！　可愛い!!!!
Great makeover! So cute :)

みんな綺麗になっていく自分をみてキラキラしてた！！！
Girls were shining seeing themselves looking more beautiful.

そして、次にみんなでビーズでイヤリングを作った！
After, we made earrings out of beads :)

色々な形や色のパーツから、自分だけのオリジナルなイヤリングをつくることができた！
By using different shapes and parts, we were able to make our original earrings.

本格的で、可愛い♪　しかも２００円以下ぐらいのコスト！
They looked really cute! The cost was even below 200yen each.

そして、ガールズそれぞれ着なくなった服やアクセサリーをもってきて、好きなものを持って帰ってＯＫという企画もたてた！
Also, we brought clothes/jewelry that we didn't wear anymore. People could just take them home if they liked something there.

みんな可愛くて、けっこう持ち帰り率高かったよ～
People brought nice clothes so many people took them home!

最後に新聞紙でプリンセスファッションをデザインするゲームをした！　各チーム本当にクリエィティブだった！！！
In the end we played a game of making a princess dress out of newspaper. Every team was so creative!

本当にみんなイベントの終わりにはキラッキラになってました！！！！
Everyone was shining more and more through out the event.

マタイ５章にわたしたちは世の光だと書かれてある。
In Matthew 5 it says that we are the light of the world.

すべての女の子はダイアモンドのように輝くためにつくられた。
All the girls were made to shine like diamonds.

でも、罪（今までした間違った考え・発言・行動）によって神様からデザインされたとおりに輝くことができない。
But because of sin (wrong thoughts, words, action in the past) we cannot shine as God designed us.

ジーザスを受け入れて神様を知った時、内側からかえられて外側もどんどんピッカピカに輝いていく！
But when we receive Jesus and know God, our inner selves will change and start shining from the inside out!

もう人と比べなくていい。　つくったビーズのイアリングのように全く同じデザインの子はいないから。自分のデザインを愛せるようになる。
We don't have to compare with others anymore. There is no one like you, just like the original earrings that we made. You can love your own design once you know God.

これからもジーザスと出会ってピカピカになっていくガールズをみていきたいです！！！
I want to see more girls receive Jesus and shine more and more!!!

みんな神様から愛されてるよ！！！！！！！
You girls are all loved by God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

今まで日本語のだけのは作ってたんだけど（左のリンクからとべます）　英語でもシェアして色々な人を励ませたらいいな～って思って。
I've already got a Japanese site (you can click the link on the left) But I thought it might be encouraging for some people if I shared that in English.

今年の12月5日で洗礼を受けてから4年目になります！！！！
On 5th December, it'll be 4 years since I got baptised!!!!

・・・まだクリスチャン歴4年なのかって思うぐらい本当に充実していて最高の4年間！　でも、最高の時はまだまだこれからだね！！！
These 4 years have been AMAZING!!! I can't believe that I've been Christian for only 4 years. But THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

では・・・今日は心にあることをシェアします！
Okay, I'll share what's in my heart today.

突然だけど、私は女の子らしい色とかファッションが大好き！！！
I loooooove girly colours and fashion!

ピンク大好きだし、スカート大好きだし、毎日メイクもしてる。
I love pink, I love skirts and I put on make up everyday.　

ネイルはピアノ弾くし料理するから伸ばしてないんだけど・・・　でも、常にガーリーでいたいなっていう想いがあるんだ。
I don't grow my nails because I play the keys and I like cooking... but I like looking girly!

でも、こういう風になったのは実はクリスチャンになってから！
But I started to think like this since I became a Christian.

というのも昔はピンク大嫌い。キティちゃんとか女の子が可愛いっていうものがほとんど嫌いだった。
I used to hate pink, I used to hate the things that girls liked, things like Hello Kitty.

外見もあまり気にしてなかったし、毎日ジーンズの時代もありました・・・（笑）
I didn't really care about my appearance and I used to wear jeans everyday (LOL)

でも、クリスチャンになってオーストラリアのヒルソング・チャーチに行った時に衝撃を受けた。
But when I went to Hillsong Church in Australia after I became a Christian, I was shocked!!!

男の子も女の子もかっこよかった！！！　超オシャレだった。
The boys and girls there looked cool!!! They were fashionable.　

クリスチャン＝地味っていうイメージが何故かあった私はこんなにかっこいい・綺麗なクリスチャンがいるのかって驚いた。そんなカッコイイ彼らが神様を愛して一生懸命賛美している姿に感動した。
I don't know why but until then I used to think that Christians=conservative so I was surprised to see Christians looking so cool. And I was moved when I saw those cool people loving God and worshipping Him passionately.

（ちなみに地味にすることが悪いといっているわけではありません！ただ、そう決め付けていたという自分がいたんです・・・
By the way I'm not saying that conservative fashion is bad... I just wanted to say that I used to have that image)

自然体でいいんだ。　いや・・・きっと神様によって自由になったから輝いてるんだって思った。
I realised that they were so natural. Or perhaps... they were shining because they were feeling free in God!!!

そして、神様のことをもっと知るたびに神様は私のことを女性として輝く存在として創ってくれたことを知った。
And then as I got to know more about God, I realised that God has created me to shine as a woman.

わたしの目には、あなたは高価で尊い。わたしはあなたを愛している。 （イザヤ43:4）
"Since you are precious in My sight, Since you are honored and I love you (Isaiah 43:4)

女性としての自分を最大限に楽しもうって思うようになったんだ。
Then I started to think that I wanted to celebrate being a woman.

誰の真似をしなくてもいい。　欠点を探さなくてもいい。　与えられた自分を磨けばいいんだって知ってから楽になった!!
I don't have to copy someone. I don't have to find my weaknesses. I just have to polish what God has already given me. I felt so free when I realised this.

そして、日曜日は神様とのデートの日！ってぐらい、オシャレをする♪　だって大好きな人と会う時はお気に入りの洋服を着ていくでしょ？（＾＾）
And since then I wear my favorite clothes on Sundays because I have a "date" with God! (LOL)  Won't you wear your best dress if you are meeting someone you like?

ルークは日本に戻ってきて、オフィスで私に再会した時、一目私をみて　「彼女だ！」って思ったっていってくれた。（インタビューでも言ってたし、彼のブログにも書いてある）
When Luke came back to Japan and saw me in the office he said he thought "She's the one for me!" (He said it in the interview and also he wrote that on his blog) 

こういう話を聞くと 「え？？？男性って中身みないの！？」って思う人もいると思うけど、男性にとってビジュアルは大切だってロド先生もいつもいってる。
I think some people might think like this when they hear this, "Don't men look at the heart?" But Pastor Rod even says that men are visual. So looks are really important to them.

この前のウィメンズ・デイ・キャンプでヴィヴ先生がいった。
In the Women's Day Conference, Pastor Viv said this.

「女性として内側も外側も努力を惜しまないこと!　私たちがどういう風に外見を見せるのかは私たちの自信を表してる。でも、それぞれ違った良さを神様から与えられてるから何が自分に合うのか探してみて。」
"Take care of your inside and outside. The way we choose to look on the outside shows our confidence level. But God has given each one of you different features so find out what looks good on you."

ヴィヴ先生は本当に美しい。　私たちの憧れの女性！
Viv is so beautiful!!! She is our role model!

でもそんなヴィヴ先生も神様と出会うまでは自分が嫌いで、自信なんてなかったっていってた。
But even Viv said that she didn't like herself before she met Jesus. She wasn't confident.

今の輝きは神様に出会って本当の自分を知ったからこそ出ている輝きだと思う。
She is shining now because she found her true self in God.

また、ロド先生にも宝物のように扱われてるからね・・・（＾＾）
And also Pastor Rod treats her like a treasure.... :)

私も、神様が私のことをビューティフルだっていってくれてるし、ルークも宝物のように扱ってくれてるから、神様と彼の為に内側も外側も磨き続けたい！
For me, God says that I'm beautiful and Luke treats me like a treasure as well, so I want to shine more from the inside out for God and Luke :)

完璧にはなれないし、比べてたらキリがないから神様から与えられたもののベストをつくすよ♪
I can never be perfect and if I start comparing myself to others I'll put myself in hopeless situation, so I'll do my best with what God has already given me!!!

そして私の情熱は・・・　他の女の子達にも神様から与えられた真の美しさに気がついてほしい！　神様がいなければ、真の美しさに気がつくことができないから☆
And my passion is... to help the girls realise and embrace their true God-given beauty. Unless they find God, you won't find your true beauty.   

メイクやファッションのアドバイスを求められた時に手伝って、その子達がキラキラした顔で女性として生まれてきた自分を楽しんでいるのを見ると嬉しくなる！！！！！
I feel so happy when some girls ask me for advice about what to wear and how to do make up... and when I see them loving being a woman, it really makes me smile!!!

ジーザスライフハウスの女の子達は内側も外側もとっても美しい！　・・・というのも彼女達はもう他の人のようにならなくて良いということを知ったから。神様が創ってくれたありのままの自分を愛して、磨いていけばいいんだって知った素敵な女の子達！
Girls in Jesus Lifehouse are so beautiful from the inside out. That's because they realised that they don't have to be like others. They learned to accept and love their true selves and brush up what God has already given them!

イイ女は地球に優しい Great Women Go Green!!!!

この前のJLHウィメンズイベントのレポです☆
We had JLH women event last time!

女の子みんなで手作りエコバックを作ろうという企画。
Girls got together to make ECO bags!

「いい女は地球にやさしい」

では、イベントの写真を楽しみつつ、えみさんが語ってくれた　「イイ女」になるためのメッセージを読んでね♪

「イイ女とは？あなたが思うイイ女ってどんな女性？」
What does great women look like to you?

私が描くイメージは、強くて優しくて知恵があって、内側から輝いている女性
My image of a great woman is a strong, kind, wise woman who is shining from the inside.

「たとえば？」 For example?

他人の意見に翻弄されない女性
Women who are not swayed by other peoples' opinions.

あなたは占い師に運勢を見てもらったことがある？？？雑誌に載っている星占いを必ず読んでしまう？？
Have you ever seen a fortune teller to tell your future? Do you see the horoscope section all the time?

自分の人生は自分のもの、他人の意見に頼るのでなく、心に語りかけられる声を聞く、身の回りに起こることからサインを読み取る。
It's your life!!! Don't rely on other peoples' opinons and hear the voice speaking into your heart and read the signs from the things that happen around you.

「じゃあ、どうやってそんな声が聞ける？」
So how can we listen to those voices???

私の場合は、聖書の言葉を読む。聖書にはすごい知恵と教えがつまっている。
世の中で言われる「良い教え」のもとになってるものは「聖書」！
As for me, I read the word of God. The bible is filled with wisdom and great teachings. ALl the good teachings in the world come from the Bible!

聖書ってすごい！！！
The bible is amazing!!!

例 Example）　　　

「人に親切にすると心も豊かになり、思いやりのないことばかりしていると心がすさびます。」 箴言11:17（リビングバイブル）
A kind man benefits himself, but a cruel man brings trouble on himself. (Proverbs 11:17)

＊知恵に満ちている女性　Wise Women　

「願いがひとつだけかなうとしたら、何を求める？永遠の命？永遠の美しさ(笑)？
お金？名誉？」
"If your wish would come true, what would you wish for? Eternal life? Eternal beauty? Money? Fame?"

私が初めて聖書のソロモンの言葉を読んだ時、目から鱗だった。
I was shocked when I read about King Solomon.

ある夜、神様が夢に現れ、「何なりと望むものを求めなさい。与えよう。」とソロモンに語った。
One night, God appeared in his dreams and he said, "Tell me what you want. I'll give that to you."

ソロモンは、お金でも名誉でも、永遠の命でも永遠の美貌でもなく、「知恵と判断力」を願い求めた。
Solomon didn't ask for money, fame, eternal life or eternal beauty. He said he wants wisdom and discerning spirit.

神様は、「あなたは知恵を求めて、命や財産、名誉を願わなかった。望んだものを与えよう。ずば抜けた知恵を。また、望まなかった財産と名誉も与えよう。」
Then God said, " You asked for wisdom instead of life, inheritance and fame. I'll give you extraordinary wisdom. And I'll also give you inheritance and fame that you didn't ask for.

知恵があれば、どんな困難も切り抜けられる！　知恵を求めよう！そしてその知恵は聖書から来る！
You can overcome any situation if you have wisdom! Seek for wisdom! And that wisdom comes from the Bible!

＊自分をトレーニングできる女性

ミスユニバース、森理世と知花くららを育てたディレクター、イネス・リグロンの話

「日本人女性は、激しいトレーニングに耐えることができる強さを持っている。
　ヴィジョンのために、トレーナーを信じ、ついていくことができる謙虚さを持っている。日本人が世界のトップにたてると確信できたのはそれに気づいたときだ。」

The director who trained Japanese Miss Universe said,

"Japanese women have the strength to overcome hard training. They believe in the trainers because they are passionate about thier vision. And they have the humility to follow and obey the trainers. When I realised this, I was confident that the Japanese women can be ranked the top of the world."

ジーザスライフハウスには、すばらしいライフグループリーダーやチャーチリーダー
がいて、いつも人生にビジョンをもって生きるように励ましトレーニングしている。
ライフグループに参加しよう。より良い人生を送ることについて励ましあい、高めあえる。

In Jesus Lifehouse, there are great life group leaders, church leaders who have visions, encourage each other and are training to grow. So let's join a lifegroup! You can learn how to encourage other and grow together to live a better life!

＊リスクを怖れない女性 Women who can take risks

変わって行くことは、正しいこと。成長しているということだから。変わることを恐れない。神様を信じる人生は本当に素晴らしい！
Changing is good. That shows that you are growing. Don't be afraid of changing. Living life with God is awesome!

今よりも、もっと満たされた喜びにあふれた人生になる！今に満足しない。
リスクをとったとしても、神様を信じるなら、必ず守られ祝福される。
Your life will be filled with more joy! Don't be satisfied at the current state. Even you take risks, if you believe in God, he will protect you and bless you.

＊輝きを隠さない女性！Women who don't hide their lights

マタイ５「あなたの光を隠してはいけません。」
Matthew 5 "Don't hide your light."

神様がひとりひとりを、違うように作ってくれた。
God has made us to be different from each other.

エコバッグをみんながそれぞれ独創的に作ったことからもわかるように、私たちはそれぞれ違っていて、それぞれが素晴らしい！
As you can see everyone's creativity by looking at each ECO bag, we are all different and it's good to be different!

だから、あなたがあなたであることに自信をもって、あなたがもらったものを隠さず、輝きを放ち、みんなでイイ女になろう！

女性として輝くには・・・（＾＾） Let's shine for Jesus!

最近、周りの女の子達から言われます。
Recently some girls around me have been asking me,

「いずみちゃん、私、女子力（アップしたいの!!!　アドバイスちょーだい!!!」

"Izumi, I want to become more feminine, please give me advice!!!"

って。

女子力＝女の子らしさ なんだって。
They said they want to increase "JYOSHI-RYOKU" (GIRL-POWER) 

何故、私？って思ったんだけど、どうやら彼女達にとって私の女子度は高いらしい。
I was wondering why they were asking me...Well, according to them, I am feminine....

ありがとう（＾＾）　でもね・・・私もね、女子度まだまだだよ！
Thank you... :) But I need to work a lot more too!　

というわけで、　女子度を上げたいガールズにオススメなのが・・・
So for those who want to become more feminine, I want to recommend...

ウィメンズイベントです！！！
Women's EVENT!!!!

月に一回女の子だけ集まって、女性として内面から外側まで輝くことを目標にしています☆
In Women's Ministry, girls get together once a month and our goal is to polish ourselves from the inside out!

前回の土曜日は、 「美を極める第３弾」でした！
Last Saturday we had "ULTIMATE BEAUTY PART 3"!

第一弾は、ネイルやアロマ
Part one was nail and Aromatherapy

第二弾は、発声法やウォーキング
Part 2 was vocal training and walking techniques

第三弾は・・・・
And Part 3 was...

空手とダンス！ Karate and Dance!!!

 

左のさおちゃんはチャーチのダンスミニストリーのリーダー！
The girl on the left, Saori is the leader of the Dance Ministry.

バレエやヒップホップなんでもできる凄いダンサー♪
She can do all kinds of dance including ballet and hiphop.

彼女がコーラスラインというミュージカルの1シーンを再現してわたし達に教えてくれました！
On Saturday, she taught us how to do the dance movements from a scene in a musical called THE CHORUS LINE. 

まず、さおちゃんが見本をみせた。　
She danced first to demonstrate.

さおちゃんは軽やかに楽しそうに踊ります！
She really enjoys dancing and she does it really easily.

丁寧にわたし達に教えてくれました☆
She was a good teacher :)

でも・・・　ステップ覚えるのが結構難しい（笑）　音楽とあわせるといきなりボロボロになったり・・・（笑）
But it's hard to remember all the steps (LOL) It was a mess when we tried to dance with the music. (LOL)

 

私も挑戦・・・！ I tried as well!

毎回ダンスすると思うんだけど・・・　好きだけど、楽しいけど、センスない！！！！（笑）
Whenever I dance,  I love it and it's fun... but I have hopeless with it!! (LOL)

Rに、 「いずみは運動神経はいいと思うんだけど、リズム感ないよね」っていわれた・・・。
R said, "I think you are good at sports, but perhaps you have no sense of rhythm..."

ワーシップチーム大丈夫か・・・私！？？？＾＾；；；；　
Oh no... I'm in the worship team, that's a problem...

通訳の時の記憶力はいいのに、ステップは覚えられない・・・　笑ってしまいました（笑）
It's funny how I have good memory for translation but I can't remember the steps! I laughed all the way through!

 

続いて空手。 After dancing we learned Karate

超キュートなMとEは実は強い。　Eは黒帯のもちぬしだし！
They both look cute but they are strong... E has a black belt!!!

かわいい・・・。　でもポーズするとかっこいい。
So cute... but she looks cool when she poses!

ハイ・パンチを見せてくれた！　なんか、表情がカメラ意識してるのが面白い（笑
They showed us how to do high-punch! She was aware of the camera...(LOL)

みんなパンチもキックも上手だった。男性のみんな気をつけてね（笑）
They were all good at punching and kicking! Guys.. watch out!!! (LOL)

そんな中、またまたこれもセンスがない私・・・。
Here, I was different from others again...

Mが笑いながら、 「いずみちゃんのキックが内股なんだけど・・・（笑）」って・・・。
M was laughing at me saying, "Izumi, you're pigeon toed...(LOL)"

がーん・・・。　Noooooooo

どうせ・・・内股です（涙）
It's okay, I'm pigeon-toed...

そして、お菓子タイムをはさんで、さおちゃんが自分がどうやってクリスチャンになったのかシェアしてくれました♪
After tea and coffee time, Saori shared how she became a Christian.

さおちゃんは昔アップダウンが激しくて、人をなかなか信頼できなかったっていってた。
She said that she had ups-and-downs before and she couldn't trust people easily.

でもチャーチのみんなとであって、神様と出会ってまるっきり変わったんだって。
But she said that she's completely changed since she met God and church friends.

今は人が大好きだし、何より神様からダンスを与えられたんだって確信がもてるようになった。
Now she loves people and she is so confident that God has given her the ability to dance.

「これからダンスを通して神様の愛を伝えていきたい・・・！」っていっているさおちゃんの顔がめちゃくちゃ輝いていたよ！！！
Her face was really shining when she said, "I want to share God's love to people through dancing!"

Eさんが話してくれたように、この月に一回のウィメンズイベントはジーザスライフハウスチャーチ主催の女性のためのイベント。
As E shared, womens' event is once-a-month event for women supported by Jesus Lifehouse Church.

でも、宗教に勧誘する活動とか価値観を押し付けようとかそういうものではないんです！
But this is not an activity that forces people to join a RELIGION or change their beliefs.

このイベントを通して女性に伝えたいことは・・・
We want to tell this simple message to women through our events.

みんな神様から愛されている価値のある存在だということ。
You are loved by God and you are valuable!

一人ひとり神様から特別な能力・長所を与えられていること。
Each one of you has a special gift/strengths given by God.

それを発見して、磨いていくお手伝いをしたいんです。
We want to help you discover your talents and strengths and maximise them!

神様を愛を知ることで、女性がありのままの自分を愛し、内側から外側まで光り輝くことができることを知ってほしいんです。
We want all the girls to know that once you know God's love you can love who you are. Then you will start shining from the inside out!!!

そう・・・！　女性としてもっと輝く為に大事なのは・・・
So the most important thing to know in order to shine as a WOMEN is...

まず自分をデザインしてくれたクリエイター、神様のことを知ること。
To know your creator God, who designed you!

そして、神様から愛されている自分の価値を知ること。
Then know how valuable you are because you are loved by God so much!　

あなたは神様の宝物なんだよ♪
You are sooooo valuable to Him!!!!

わたしの目には、あなたは高価で尊い。 わたしはあなたを愛している。 （イザヤ書43章4節）

"....you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you" (Isaiah 43:4).

ジーザスと恋に落ちた時に、神様の為にもっともっと女性として最大限に自分を磨いていきたいって自然に思えてくるはず・・・☆
When you fall in love with Jesus, you will have the desire to become more beautiful for God!!!

このジーザスに恋する気持ち、この世の中が勧めてくる恋愛ドラマの一時的な恋する気持ちとは違うの。
This love towards Jesus is completely different from the love that this world suggests. It 's so different from the love expressed in romantic dramas and movies!

神様の愛はおっきい！いつでも、どこでもそこにあるもの。　普遍的なもの。
God's love is SO BIG. You can find it anywhere at anytime. It's unconditional.

内側が神様の大きな愛で満たされた時に、外側にもその変化が現われるはず・・・！
When you are filled with God's love in the inside, you will change in the outside as well!

そして、自分の心が安定して、内側からも外側からも輝いた時に、神様が最高のパートナーを与えてくれます。
And when you become secure and start shining from the inside out, God will provide you the best partner!!!

でも大丈夫！　今恋人がいなくても、好きな人がいなくても、輝くことができます！
But it's okay if you don't have anyone special in mind right now... you can still shine!

ジーザスと恋に落ちてください♪
Just fall in love with JESUS! 　

ジーザスとラブラブの人ほうが、悪い恋愛を続けている子よりも断然輝いている・・・って私は思います☆　
I believe that those who are in love with Jesus are more attractive than those who are in　bad relationships.

ULTIMATE BEAUTY 2

1/12日に行われた、「美を極める」イベントのレポです☆
This is about  "ULTIMATE BEAUTY EVENT". We had this event on 12th Jan.

女性限定「美のイベント」の第二弾！！！
This was the second series of "BEAUTY EVENT" for women

たくさんの女の子が集まって、内側から外側まで更に綺麗になりました☆
So many girls showed up and we made ourselves beautiful from the inside out!

まず、プロのエステティシャンのＡちゃんが自宅でもできるハンドマッサージ法を教えてくれました♪
A, who is a beautician taught us how to do self-hand massage.

ポイントは、腕→手の甲→手のひらの順番にマッサージすること
The tips were to massage in the order of ARM, BACK OF HAND AND PALM.

ジェーンも参加（＾＾） Jane joined too

部屋中にハンドクリームの良い香りが～♪　かなりのリラックス効果☆
The whole room smelt really nice because of the hand cream.. it was relaxing!

次に・・・ Next

シンガーのＥさんが、「正しい呼吸法」を教えてくれた！
E taught us "the correct breathing method"

プリントもくれて、腹式呼吸のコツなどを教えてくれて本格的だった・・・！
She gave us a handout... and taught us how to do abdominal breathing!

授業みたい（＾＾） Reminded me of classes in school!

コツは吸う時にお腹を膨らませて、口からゆっくり吐くこと。
The tips were to breath through your nose and expand your belly when you inhale and breathe out from your mouth slowly when you exhale.

口呼吸だと肩があがってしまい体が緊張してしまうのに対して、腹式呼吸はリラックス効果があるんだって♪　いいことづくし！
If you breath through your mouth, your shoulder will rise and you will feel tense. So abonominal breathing has a relaxing effect!

みんなで挑戦！　一人パパラッチがいる・・・・（笑）
Everyone trying abonomial breathing... I can see one paparazzi!

次は発声法！　お腹から声を出す方法を教わりました～
Then we did vocal training! We learned how to sing from our stomach!

高い声を出すときは顔をあげると、喉をしめつけるからだめなんだって！
E told us that we shouldn't put our chins up when we sing... this will tighten up your throat.

パパラッチ２がいる・・・（笑） I can see paparazzi 2...(LOL)

綺麗な声でてる～？？？ "Can you our beautiful voice?"

休憩タイムにはＥが自宅から紅茶をもってきてくれた～☆
During break time E made us good tea :) She brought her tea set from her house.

丁寧に入れた紅茶は本当に美味しい・・・！　心からリラックスできた！
It tasted sooo good...! It was relaxing too!!!

 

もちろん、お菓子もありました～（笑）
We had snacks too!!!!

少し休憩した後に待ち受けていたのは・・・
After a short break we had...

ダンス・・・！！！！Dance lessons...

と見せかけて、no actually

カポエイラ というブラジルの格闘技のレッスン！
A brazillian fighting sport called capoeira!

 

基本的に相手には触れない。そのため、格闘技とダンスを混合したものといわれているんだって！
You are not supposed to have physical contact with the other person. That is why capoera is a mixture of fighting sports and dance.

ほら・・・！先生凄い！！！！ Wow... !!! Look at the teacher!

よくあたらないね～！ It's amazing how she could avoid contact!

あれ、なんかみんな違う（笑）　Ｃ・・・・（笑）
Hmmm.... we all struggled to copy the teacher (L) Look at C...!

あやしい笑顔・・・（笑） What's that smile Jane? (L)

完全にじゃれているＹこりんとジェーン！ Yrin and Jane are just having fun!

そして最後はモデル経験がある、美人でスタイルが良いＥが美しい歩き方を伝授してくれました☆
And our beautiful E who has an modeling experience, taught us how to walk elegantly!

-　成長期の人は特に高いヒールをはかないこと！ヒールを履いたら必ず足を休ませること。
If you are in a growing period, don't wear high-heeled shoes! If you wear them, please give your feet a rest at the end of the day.

-　こける人はちゃんと前を見て歩いていないから、ちゃんと前を向いて歩くこと（ギク・・・！）
If your the kind of a person who trips over frequently, that means that you're not looking properly. So look ahead of where you are walking... (is she talking about me???)

-　操り人形のようにで頭をひっぱられていることをイメージすると姿勢がまっすぐになる。
Imagine that you're pulled by a string on your head like a puppet... this will help you to keep your postures straight.

このように・・・（笑）  Like this...

また、靴の減り具合をみれば、自分の足の癖がわかる！！！　（ぎく・・・！）
If you see the back of your shoes you will know how you walk...! Especially you can see where your shoes wear off (Oops)

すりへっていることが判明・・・！のＭＩＭＯ（笑
Mimo found out that her shoes got down at her heels (LOL)

そこで、先生のＥが、みんなの前でモデルウォークを披露♪
SO E showed us how to walk like a model infront of everyone.

　

さすが先生・・・　美しい！ So elegant!

そこで、 「誰か実践してみたい人いますか？」という声が・・・
And then the MC asked "Does any one else want to try????"

シーン・・・　みんなの前で歩くなんてできないよおおおおと会場が静まり返った中、ある人が指名された！
We had silence... everyone was shy to walk infront of others.... but one person was appointed to do that!!!

Ｙっしー・・・！！！！ Y!!!!!　

ぶれちゃったけど・・・かなりノリノリでやってくれました！モデルって感じだった（笑）
This photo isn't clear but she was amazing!!! She walked like a model!

続いてジェーン・・・！　テーマは「日本人風ウォーク」　だからピースらしい・・・
Jane's JAPANESE WALK!!!

ＡとＮは「小島よしお、そんなの関係ね～ウォーク！！！」
A and N did "SONNANO KANKEI NE WALK!!!" copying the famous comedian, Yoshio Kojima (L)

Ｎみは「ヤンキー・ウォーク」・・・！！！　大爆笑！！！
N did the "Japanese gangster walk..." We laughed sooo much!

っていうか、どんどんずれてきてません？（ｗ
I thought this was supposed to be a elegant walking lesson...!!!　

ちなみに彼女が優勝者でした！By the way, N won the competition!

そして、最後に最近クリスチャンになったＥがどうして神様を信じられるようになったのか、シェアしてくれました！
And finally E shared how she became a Chrisitan, and how she started believeing in God.

彼女の変化は誰がみてもわかる！
Everyone can tell that she has changed so much!

最初は笑顔をほとんど見せることがなかった彼女だけど、今神様の愛で満たされてる彼女の顔は別人のよう・・・！
She rarely smiled when we first met her, but now, being filled with God's love she smiles differently!

凄く可愛くてやわらかい笑顔をしてるんだ♪ She has a cute, soft smile!!!!　

真の美しさ・輝きは神様の愛を知り、それで満たされることによって得ることができる・・・
True beauty comes from knowing God's love and being filled with it.

私の周りのクリスチャンの女性はみんなキラキラ輝いていてとっても魅力的。外見も内面も美しいプリンセス達です～（＾＾）
All the Christian women around me are shining and very attractive! They are princesses of God, shining from the inside out!

この「美を極めるシリーズ」は定期的に行うそうなので、今回行けなかった人・・・大丈夫です！　次回は是非来てください～！！！
We are going to have the next "ULTIMATE BEAUTY" event again, so those who couldn't come this time, please come next time!!!

明日、美を極める第二弾　というイベントがあります☆
We are going to have Ultimate Beauty Part 2 tomorrow!

女の子皆で集まって更に美しくなろう！という企画。項目は・・・
This is an event where girls get together to increase beauty! The items are

・プロの歌手から呼吸法・発声法
・エステティシャンから自宅でできるセルフマッサージ法
・その他、美にまつわるもの、ウォーキング法等

・Learning breathing method and vocal training from a professional singer.
・Learning self-massage tips from a beautician
・Learning other beauty related things such as walking elegantly etc...

また、フレンドリーで可愛い子達がたくさんいるので、一人で参加しても絶対に楽しめます♪
Also there'll be many friendly and nice girls so I'll guarantee that you'll enjoy the event even if you come on your own.

御茶ノ水クリスチャンセンターで１３：３０～１６：００まであります！
It'll be held at Ochanomizu Christian Center, 13:30 to 16:00!

では、ココから先は12月にあったトレードマーケットの写真です～
From here on, I will post some photos from the last event, "TRADE MARKET".

このイベントでは、まだ使えるのに使わなくなったもの、洋服、アクセサリー、インテリア用品などを、 フリーマーケットスタイルで出品し、交換しあいました♪　
In this event, we brought along unwanted items (in good condition) such as clothes, jewelry or interior items and take way others. It was like a Flea market with no buying or selling.

ついたら、たくさん洋服があってびっくりした！！！
I was surprised to see so many clothes!

しかも、かなり可愛い洋服ばっかり・・・！　
And there were so many good clothes

みんなかなり興奮して洋服を交換してた（笑
Everyone was so excited about swapping clothes

試着室もあった♪ We had fitting room!

どらえもんをみつけて喜んでいるR（笑）

Y、似合ってる～　Y looking good with her new top!

じゃれてる二人（笑  They were having fun...! (L)

チームにつくって、テーマを決めて、出品されている洋服を着るというゲームもやりました！
We also played games. Forming teams and selecting clothes according to the set theme.

Sのカウガール姿・・・かっこいい！
S, dressing cool as a cowgirl!

面白かったのが、自分には全然にあってない服が、他の女の子が着たら　ピッタリだったり・・・　逆に他の人のもので自分に似合う服があったり・・・自分と違うテイストのものを試せたりして楽しかった！
What was interesting was how the clothes that didn't suit me at all suited other girls and vice versa. It was fun trying on clothes that I usually never choose.

神様って一人ひとり違う風につくってくれたんだな～としみじみ思ったよ☆
I realised again how God created us differently.

それから16歳のMがどうやって自分がクリスチャンになったのかを話してくれた。凄く感動的だった。印象的だったのが、「今、私は人生を生きなおしている」といったことだった。
And M, who is sixteen shared how she became a Christian. Her story really touched many people. I was impressed how she said that "I am re-living my life."

同世代の子と比べて、たくさん辛いことを経験してきたM。　でも、ジーザスに出会って今の自分の人生が好きでしょうがないんだって（＾＾）　キラキラ輝いてるよ！
Compared to other people in her agegroup, M has experienced so many hard things in her life. But she loves her new life with Jesus!!! She's shining!
